Maddie felt the sadness inside her melt away slowly as Haley called to her. Her fists slowly unclenched and she inhaled and then exhaled deeply but quietly to calm herself down. "I-It's alright..Haley..." She forced her best smile on her lips to try and make it look slightly convincing. She looked over at the boy named Andrew and gave him a small wave as he spoke to her. "Erm...hello..." Rubbing her arm awkwardly as she made her way over to the group, starting to feel bad for getting angry over the matter. "It's alright...I guess you could say it was the other way around." As she arrived, she looked and the sleeping girl being carried by Andrew. "..What..happened here? Is she alright?" It seemed that almost as soon as she said this, the girl woke up. That put her mind at ease slightly, but she still wanted her question answered. "Umm, are you...okay?" She asked as suddenly Andrew left them to go do "something important".
....Is that meant to be Auld Lang Syne up there? IS THAT EVEN A CHRISTMAS SONG?! Regardless, it's Scottish, I shall vote for it.

••• Save the world, or die trying. ••• Rita slowly slouched into the room, her arms folded tightly across her chest whilst keeping her favourite books up close and safe. She was expecting some form of noise to emit as one would expect from a classroom, however, everything seemed to be dead. No one seemed to speaking and everyone was keeping to themselves. Slightly bewildered, she examined her peers carefully to make sure they were even alive. "Well this will be just great..." She muttered bitterly under her breath as she made her way to the nearest seat, noticing that maybe one person in the room was actually smiling, the rest were being very withdrawn and were making the whole atmosphere seem kind of depressing.
I just tried to favourite a vid and got the same results as you. I also have never had this happen to me. Maybe it's just a slight glitch with the new layout?

I didn't really get upset about anything in the games, though I suppose I was a little moved when Sora cried on your first departure from Twilight Town. And I guess when Sephiroth kicked my @ss a few times, it upset me but, that's beside the point.

We're studying Industry right now. Although we did some horrible homework on Australia a while back, which wasn't even for us >.> It was to give us a push. I was told Geography was fun... THIS IS NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR!

Maddie's heart drooped a little as Haley ran off, leaving her alone once more, though she smiled as it all happened so suddenly, not wanting Haley to see her unhappiness. She knew she was being selfish, all she ever wanted was a friend that she could talk to without fail, and she had that, and she was grateful for it. She sighed deeply with a tone of sadness and slowly straddled over to the exit of the room, having no intentions of doing anything as rude as following her...or she didn't, until she heard Haley saying a bunch of gibberish so quickly and excitedly that she could swear she was having such a much more enjoyable time than she was with her. She scolded herself quietly under her breath for thinking that way as she made her way towards her friends voice, keeping as quiet as possible to avoid attracting attention. Finally, she caught sight of Haley from round a corner, flicking her hair backwards out of her eyes as she stopped so suddenly and caused it to come crashing down on top of her. She couldn't believe what she was seeing, there she was, smiling politely as usual, speaking to some older guy who she knew she had seen before. She clenched her fists slightly and felt her heart droop slightly more as she watched the scene unfold. She couldn't believe it, she had been ditched again...for some guy. A wave of sadness washed over her as she backed away from the area as Haley seemed to turn and look over her shoulder out of interest. Hundreds of thoughts conflicting with eachother as they raced through her head at what felt like the speed of light. OOC: Overreaction perhaps?
