John lowered his head near Hannah's neck, brushing her hair away. "I told you: she's mine." His fangs lightly touched Hannah's neck. Hannah shuddered. "Edward...." She brought herself to look at him. "I'm sorry."
Kairuto struck a Superman pose. "Good as new!" Wizard came to a halt and stared at his reflection in the full length mirror. "It's an alternate dimension..."
John smirked again. He held out his hand, palm up. Hannah rose, walked to John, and took his hand. John turned Hannah around so that her back was to his abs. "You see?" He looked at Edward. "She'd much rather be with me than you." Hannah kept her eyes lowered, feeling completely useless.
Kairuto laughed. "About time too." Wizard ran in circles around Becky's feet.
John looked at Edward. "Anything Hannah does is my business." Hannah nodded meekly, staying on the floor. "And I'm not fond of the thought of her with Count Dracula." John met Edward's stare. "Leave her to me and she'll be safe."
Wizard hopped onto Becky's bed. "Kyuu?" He tilted his head. Kairuto stood in the doorway. "Hey," He grinned. "Go look in a mirror."
Hannah squeezed her eyes shut, not wanting to hear an answer. "Edward, I.... " She trailed off. John's mouth formed a kind of smirk. "She is mine."
"Wizard, I want you to keep smiling." Kairuto mumbled as he went up the stairs. "I'm not feeling well-" He saw the look on Wizard's face. "Nothing you need to worry about." He assured the familiar. "I just don't want Neesan worrying." Wizard nodded. "M'kay." He hopped out of Kairuto's arms and bounded to Becky's room.
Hannah gripped Edward's hand. "You must understand, Edward," She said, unable to look away from John. "This man-" "Hannah," John's voice was smooth yet forceful. "Let's save stories for another time." He looked back at Van Helsing. "I'm simply watching over Hannah." He replied. Once John's eyes were off her, Hannah moved as close as she could to Edward, still trembling.
Hannah shook her head harder. "Don't make me...." She begged quietly. "Please, Edward...." Three slow claps echoed in the room from the doorway. Hannah raised her head to look at who had made the sound. Her tearing eyes widened and she froze. "Quite a show, I must say." The man took a couple steps forward. Hannah trembled, fear starting to take her over. She was glad Edward was close to her. "Not even a 'hello'," The man stopped. "Hannah Rose?" He noticed Van Helsing's body language and stifled a laugh. "Forgive me, I am John Totten; an old friend of Hannah's."

Hannah's eyes fluttered open and she moaned softly. Her vision was a bit fuzzy at first, but she didn't need her sight to recognize the smell of blood. For a brief moment, she thought the worst but she quickly shook the thought away. As her vision cleared, she looked around the room, slowly sitting up and looking back at the floor.
Hannah sank to the floor, spots dancing in front of her eyes as she tried to get her breath back. Aleera glared at Hannah. "Your blood is mine." She hissed before following Dracula. Hannah felt a pressure lift from her, but that didn't prevent her from passing out.
Aleera yanked the knife out and hit Jinx away, the wound healing easily. She turned back to Hannah. "You're not getting anymore special treatment." Hannah tried to prize Aleera's hand off her neck but was denied the pleasure.
"Don't strain yourself." Kairuto told Becky and then went down to answer the door. Wizard jumped up onto Kairuto's chest, getting caught by Kairuto. "I was waiting." "Sorry." Kairuto smiled, heading back to Becky.
Hannah had a sickening feeling in her gut. I want to look, but I don't at the same time.... Aleera screeched at an earsplitting level. "Verona!" She wheeled to face Van Helsing. "Rose will die for what you did!" She flew toward Van Helsing, getting dangerously close to his bow, before sharply going upwards and back to Dracula. Hannah was a bit surprised to see only one bride return. "Too hard to handle?" Aleera's vampire appearance disappeared as she went for Hannah. "You have cost two of us our lives!" She yelled, gripping Hannah's throat and backing her against a wall.
Kairuto grunted slightly. "Easy, I'm still a bit sore." He gently broke away from her. "But I'm okay. What happened to you?" Wzard pawed at the door. "Rei-sama!"
Wizard hopped back to the Ayume's house, hitting his head on the door to be let in. "Kyuu!" Kairuto left his room, picked up Becky, and took her to her own room.
Kairuto sighed. "Must've imagined it." He muttered. "There was definitely someone here." Rei said.
Hannah stayed rooted to where she stood. "You will pay the price if he is harmed." She said, her voice dangerously low. Aleera slashed at Edward again. "So you're the one she talks about. All she says is how much she wishes you were dead."
