"I want to know what kind of things they can do." Hannah said. "And maybe why Dracula likes them so much." She paused. "And... dreams too. Can they tell the truth?"
"I want to know more about werewolves." Hannah said quietly. About Edward, really, but I don't want to say that.
Hannah got off Sorin. "Van Hesling... can I talk with you... alone?"
"Yeah, I'm fine." Hannah said. I just don't want to think about that.... Edward wouldn't do that to us.... I'm sure of it. But then... no! I've got to forget this. Dreams aren't real.... She looked up to see the sun setting. Finally, I can get some alone time to sort things out.
Hannah shook her head. "Are we stopping soon?"
Hannah woke with a start, sitting up straight and breathing quickly. It was just a dream.... She told herself. "How far have we gotten?" She asked normally, trying to calm herself.
"Edward...?" Hannah murmured again. "No... don't go..."
Hannah was still alseep.
After a while, Hannah did fall asleep, falling back lightly on Edward. Her hair obscured her face, but it was still easy to see how pale she was. "Edward...." She murmured, a small smile crossing her lips.
Hannah bit her tongue. After a moment, she said, "Okay. Fine. Brilliant. I'm going to sleep." She let go of Sorin's mane.
"And why is that?" Hannah asked, now closing her eyes against the sun. She was tired and getting irritated.
Kairuto closed the fridge door. "Neechan? Are you feeling better?" He asked. His body language and tone of voice said nothing had happened other then he had gone down to get a snack. Wizard woke to find his pillow of a stomach gone. He jumped off the bed and hopped down the stairs.
"I will." Kairuto said, folding his arms. "I definitely will." Rei was silent. Kairuto opened the fridge, not really looking for anything to eat. It was his first big figth with Rei; and he wouldn't think anything other than he was right in the matter. OOC: *yawn* see ya guys tomorrow. i'm going to bed
"But what about them?!" Kairuto yelled, not bothering to use mind speech. "She puts her life on the line for us! I won't let her be killed!" "It's her duty!" Rei argued. "I know what you're feeling, trust me, but I know what must be done. This has happened before-" "Then put an end to it now!" Kairuto protested, getting angrier by the second. "You DON'T UNDERSTAND, REI! You've never had a family! Don't act like you can understand!" Rei was shocked. "You're right.... Do what you want then...."
Kairuto paced down in the kitchen. "None of this is making sense." He grumbled. "Then try thinking clearly." Rei advised. "Damn those Hiwataris!" Kairuto shouted, kicking a low cabinet. "Shut up, or you'll wake your sister. And besides, you know you don't feel that way about all of them." Rei added slyly. Kairuto shook his foot, the pain slowly ebbing away. "Their picking at my last straw, Rei. If they so much as look at her again-" "You'll what?" Rei inquired. "Kairuto, I'll stop your for the good of us both."
Hannah closed her eyes for a moment. "Edward... you told him." She said, a slight tone of bitterness in her voice. "And then you stopped him from killing me. And I don't really understand why."
"But he's right about me killing innocent people." Hannah said, thinking seriously. "And you all know about Henry...."
Hannah was silent for a moment. "You... care that much?"
Hannah exhaled. "Edward... Van Helsing has a good reason to kill me, you know... What's stopping him?"
Hannah managed a smile. "Thank you." She wanted to ask why he cared about her so much, why he would got through the trouble to help her. What puzzled her more was why she felt for him.
