Well in Australia you hit 18 you drink, I don't really know if it should be raised, as it well shouldn't be lowered. I mean if we raise it, the law would be stricter, people wouln't be happy, and there'd probably be a riot. Then again, there'd be less stupid stunts, which means less deaths on our roads which is a big plus.

Even though people hate wearing uniforms... it is better to actually have them. I mean if you can't afford new clothes then you may get teased for being poor, or for being unstylish. Wearing uniforms also can help against wagging. I mean you walk out of the school withyour regular clothes and people see you.. will they think you were wagging, or you had been given a day off. They may also help against crime, like if someone went missing, someone could easily tell the police which school they went to and may be able to track her easier as it gives a direction of where he or she was going. I hate mine but its okay... you just have to get over it
