Public is the only kind I've attended, so I wouldn't know much of anything in regards to a private school. I'd stay at a public school though. It's fun and there's no uniforms (since that's what comes to mind when I think of private school).
I'm 17, turning 18 next month. She's 16 (recently turned it Sept. 10th, and I started really hanging out with her like, 3 days afterward. LOL). And y'know, it really doesn't bother me I don't have a car right now. I should still try and ask her out. When I get a car it'll be easier, but I really feel like I should start slow on this one. Uh, it really depends on the context in which you're expressing it. If it's the "I love you!" in the sense of that person is your best friend and you love them as such, then it really doesn't matter. If it's the actual "I love you" in the sense that you want to be with them (relationship wise or other), then it might be strange and not so wise to say it. But I'm not in a relationship and I say it to most if not all my friends when I'm in a good mood. lawl
