The new people may intiminate people... but they are usually a great bunch of people and are happy to get to know you. I remember when i was a noob, i didn't understand how to get colours on my texts or anything and i kept calling my friend for help XDD but a lot say that many good people are leaving and that makes them want to leave also but still you should leave when you've had enough of the site, not when there is change
