Beatrice didn't move. "I guess you're right." She sighed, remembering the night she'd seen Hannah out.
Beatrice looked back at the floor. "Well, I did live near Hannah.... And she did like my... my smell...."
"I kind of wonder what would have happened if I hadn't joined this group." Beatrice mumbled thoughtfully. "If I had just stayed at the farm...."
Beatrice rest her chin on her knees. "Good.... Bad.... I don't really know how to distinguish them apart anymore....."
"Oh...." Beatrice sighed. "Well that's just stupid."
"What do you think he motives are?" Beatrice asked.
"Hopefully he doesn't bother us at the full moon... He's scary enough as it is...." Beatrice lowered her eyes to the floor.
The Bridge Of Khazad Dum (Lord of the Rings)
Beatrice looked up at the ceiling. "Yeah... I guess we can hunt the hunter if we really need to."
"He might have gone to see the horses. Or go to another library." Beatrice said.
"Maybe Edward knows!" Beatrice exclaimed hopefully. "I mean... maybe, you know."
"It's my fault...." Beatrice sat on the floor by one of the beds and leaned against it. "I should have stayed with Hannah."
Hannah just nodded. Beatrice walked to the door. "I hope you feel better." She said to Hannah and then left the room.
"Just leave me alone...." Hannah said. "I'll think about it...."
Hannah uncurled slightly, eyeing the boy. All she could think of when she saw that boy was what she'd done to Henry. She swore and then rolled over so her back was to Beatrice, Jinx, and the boy. "I can't." Beatrice went over to the window, sighing. She thought about what Jinx had told her earlier and wondered if Hannah's Dark Gift was being super stubborn.
"Edward won't like it...." Hannah agrued softly, though the scent had already gotten to her. "I'm sure he'll understand, Hannah." Beatrice said.
Hannah flinched at Jinx's cold touch, but she looked around anyway. "I don't want anything...." She mumbling curling into a tighter ball. "Hannah, please." Beatrice beseeched. "You'll feel better. Maybe not a lot, but at least a little." "No... humans...." Hannah said, trying to ignore Beatrice's pleading tone.
Beatrice shook her head. "She hasn't moved at all."
Beatrice looked out the window. This is wrong.... I hope Carl won't be too upset about it. She thought, Van Helsing not even crossing her mind.
Beatrice cringed. "It has to be a human...?"
