"I guess I am." Hannah told Jinx. "I don't really want to though." Beatrice's eyes widened. "What?!"
Hannah cracked a smile but it quickly faded. "Are you sure?"
Hannah looked at Edward. "You won't be mad at me?" Beatrice just nodded in agreement.
"No," Hannah moaned. "Not after what I did to Henry.... I can't...." Beatrice stood up and sat on the bed, trying to sort out her thoughts.
"Jinx wants me to eat a human." Hannah muttered. "You can come in." Beatrice said.
"Edward, I don't really understand anything that's happening right now." Hannah admitted. "I can't think straight and the room won't stop spinning." "I don't really have a choice." Beatrice grumbled.
"Okay," Hannah curled back into a ball. "My father," Beatrice paused. "Well he... he already arranged my marriage."
Beatrice shook her head quickly. "I can't be." "You used to be so warm to me," Hannah explained, placing her warm hand in his. "Now you just feel the same as me. I don't understand either."
"I'm glad you're okay." Hannah smiled softly, closing her eyes again. Why isn't he warm any more? I don't like this.... "I told you, it was his eyes." Beatrice tried not to smile.
Hannah's eyes snapped open at Edward's touch. "You don't feel warm to me anymore...." She said quietly. "But I did try," Beatrice admitted.
"Fine," Hannah answered, not opening her eyes or moving. "Even if he does," Beatrice started. "I can't do anything about it."
"I'm here," Hannah called back, half asleep. "He just looked at me...." Beatrice unfolded her arms. "I couldn't do anything when he looked at me that way."
Beatrice smiled weakly. "He did most of the work...."
Beatrice nodded again, sadly. "I feel badly about it."
Beatrice nodded. "I can't look at him the same way anymore...."
Beatrice folded her arms and sat, cross-legged, on the floor. "I'm just confused."
Beatrice stopped. "Um... I'm... worried about Hannah."
"No," Beatrice denied, but didn't stop pacing.
"No way." Beatrice stood and started to pace.
Beatrice cringed. "I don't think I feel the same way about him anymore...."
