But he easily could have told her to follow. He could have offered to lead her to her next class as an excuse to get her alone. He lasted a whole hour sitting next to her. He could have asked to be excused and then not come back to class. But he stayed and held himself in control. Granted, he was thinking of ways of how to do what he so badly wanted to, but then Carlisle came to his thoughts. I think Carlisle is the root of his self control.
"I try not to." Garxena explained. "It's not my life really. Kai's told me enough."
"They wouldn't." Garxena snapped.
"What note?" Garxena questioned. "I didn't have anything with me when I met Riku, Sora, and Kairi. Nothing...."
"Destiny Islands, with Riku." Garxena replied. "I could launch into my whole story, but I know you've heard it."
Angel smiled a false smile. "No, I'm fine. You didn't hurt me." She weighed her options carefully, keeping them within her range of ability. She knew that Advent didn't know any of her weaknesses, just as she didn't know any of his. If she ran to the left, surely he'd come up on her right and she'd have no chance then. If she ran to the right, he's probably come up on her left and then she'd have a fair chance of getting back to the others if she could hold off Advent. Without warning, she bolted to the right of Advent, heading back to the museum. I really hope he isn't faster than me.
Garxena flinched. "Don't say that, Dexeon."
Garxena gripped Dexeon's hands. "If you're asking about my Somebody's name, I know it was the same as mine. Kai told me."
"Xeal..?" Garxena spoke cautiously.
Garxena's eyes flickered to the new dragon, but she focused back on Xeal. "You are so important to me, Xeal.... I thought... when did see you for so long... well, I thought you'd-" She broke off, her arms falling to her sides.
Garxena stayed her ground. "I won't choose between you two." She whispered.
I get really nervous about scary movies. And this one is rated R, so I'm assuming it's pretty scary. I'm checking out the work of some of my favorite actors and actresses, so that's why I'm considering watching it. Should I or shouldn't I?
Garxena thought about what she was going to do only for a split second. She quickly moved herself in front of Dexeon and held her arms up, staring Xeal straight in the eyes.
Garxena started trembling. "I don't think of him that way, Dexeon. He's my friend. My most important friend." She gripped Dexeon's arm to hold herself steady.
"I won't fight you, Xeal..." Garxena cringed closer to Dexeon.
"Oh," Angel absentmindedly looked around. "Right. Are you okay? I mean, you didn't get hurt, did you?"
I know what you mean about wanting more. XD I've read what she has on the site over and over and over ^^ It's amazing to see Edward's restraint.
"Xeal, please stop." Garxena pleaded softly.
"Everyone has dreams." Angel stated simply. "Sometimes it takes longer for others to realize them though."
Hannah exhaled. "I don't think I can either." She noticed that Edward's skin didn't feel so warm to her anymore. Huh... Weird. Bee must be right; I'm running a temperature. Or Edward's just really cold from going shirtless. John looked back at Lestat. "You're missing all the fun then."
