Angel looked at the floor. "Oops." She flexed her hands but nothing happened. She sighed. "I do like you, Advent. A lot."
OOC: cool! i'm ahead of you in a book for once!! XD BIC: Hannah folded her arms. "Oh, okay. My... my dreams are still... bad."
"Don't you dare try to lecture me!" Angel snapped. "I know what I'm doing! As soon as Claire is safe, I'm leaving them to do whatever the hell it is that I'm supposed to and then I'm going to try to have a life! But what confuses me is why I feel the way I do about you when you're supposed to be the bad guy!" She clenched her fists and the pipe systems of the museum broke, quickly covering the floor with ankle-deep water.
Hannah's anger at Edward and Van Helsing moved to the back of her mind. "Right... I'm sorry. It was out of place for me to ask. I just... I don't want to be the only one who's done it without wanting to." OOC: jamie's innocence makes me keep reading. but where there's innocence, there's loss of innocence and that will make the book boring again Dx
Hannah cringed and looked at Jinx. "Fine." OOC: the host has failed for me >< no edward=boredom
I didn't like either. I really wanted MORE! I kept flipping the page back and forth looking for invisible text... ANYTHING. I still can't accept that it's over ='(
Angel glared at Alex. "For your information, today is my birthday. I'm eighteen." She looked back at Advent. "I'm going after her." Her tone was acidic, but her anger wasn't directed at Advent or Alex. She walked past Alex. "We'll need to stop at my house," She muttered, just loud enough for him to hear. "I need my daggers."
Hannah sighed. "Edward, will you walk with me? I want to go outside." (pg 177) Beatrice sat on one of the beds, carefully thinking over what Lestat had said to her that morning. Absentmindedly, she played with her waving, blond hair. Seems both of my 'fathers' aren't the best for me. But I do feel like I can trust Lestat more than my father. He... Well, I think he cares for me more than my real father.
I still wish that she had gotten her punch in. Jacob deserved it.
Hannah clenched her jaw. "You two are the weirdest of this group."
"I don't." Angel retorted in a steely voice. "It's none of your business what I do anyway. Why do you even care?"
Angel backed up this time. "Do you have any idea what my mother would do if she knew that I was leaving because of the, as she called it, 'bogus' that my father got himself killed over?"
The wood of the doorway frame cracked underneath Hannah's hand. "It didn't look like that." She muttered. "Fine then. I'm interested as well."
Hannah grit her teeth and shook her head. "Never mind. It was stupid of me to ask. Just forget it. Besides, the boys are making so much noise I wouldn't be surprised if the whole town has heard them." She turned around and went back into the room. "What the hell are you two doing!?" She shouted at Van Helsing and Edward. Her head throbbed painfully and she gripped the doorway frame for support. "This is exactly what I meant when I said I didn't want to miss anything, Edward!"

I agree with you there. Vampires beat out wizards any day. ^.~
Hannah got up swiftly and took Jinx by the hand and out the door. "I was awake before you came to the carriage." She confessed in a low voice. "But I honestly didn't want to move. I want to ask you something... You've had a lot more experience than me... Did you ever... kill someone close to you?" She spoke lowly and quickly, too quickly for a human to catch any of her words. Beatrice folded her arms. Hannah's acting a lot different.
"I- I can't." Angel stuttered, her heart picking up pace.
I agree. The ending of Breaking Dawn made me want to e-mail Stephine and demand more. I thought it was a bit of a vague ending. I knew I wasn't the only one that wasn't satisfied. But the seires as a whole was, in a word, AMAZING.
Hannah sat up instantly and looked around until she met Jinx's eyes. She shook off her nightmare and asked, "Jinx, can we talk? Alone...?" Alone? Beatrice thought, surprised. But she never wants to talk to Jinx. She told me she didn't like the idea of spilling her guts to Jinx. Why would she want to talk to her ALONE now??
