I generally tend to bottle all my negative emotions up. I really hate getting seen in a state, and I find that talking to someone about it never helps me. On very rare occasions I will just snap, going on to do things such as scream, or slam something down fiercely. I try to avoid hitting people on such an occasion. If I'm alone, and I just can't keep it in, I break down into tears.
