"Dracula was last seen with his brides earlier this year at the tower there." Anna pointed for Carl. "But that burnt down," Carl murmured. "There's nothing there." Beatrice's eyes widened. "OH... you mean that..." She looked at the ground. "You really got Edward upset, you know." John chuckled. "You already know." "Because you like my looks?" Hannah glared up at John. John shook his head. "You were practically made for this life, Hannah." "I was not made for the life of a monster," Hannah retorted. "You have such a negative veiw on things," John sighed. "Remember Henry?" He smirked at Hannah's pain-filled expression. "That was you, Hannah. Not me." "No," Hannah denied. "You made me this. He... he wasn't supposed to die that way... I wasn't... I shouldn't have..." "If you'd listened to me, that wouldn't have happened." John brushed his fingers along Hannah's cheek. "It was a shame. Your own best friend and you-" Hannah threw her fist into John's stomach. "Don't say another word about him."
"He resides within his own castle." Anna said. "This used to be his home, but it belongs to my family now." She gestured at the map on the wall. "My father would stare at that map for hours trying to figure out where Dracula's castle is." Carl stopped by the map. "It's all of Translyvania..." Beatrice spun to look for Lestat. "Do you mean her... lycan abilities?" "Why?" Hannah rasped. "Care to elaborate?" John moved closer to Hannah. "Whe me?" Hannah kept her eyes on the ground.
"You don't know me," Anna contradicted. "I'm perfectally capable of fighting off anything that comes." Carl glanced around. "It would seem so." Beatrice bit her lip, recalling what Hannah had said. She did the math and came to the conclusion that Hannah would have had to have killed at least four people, the last being Henry. Is that why she said it was a matter of time? Because she... liked it? She thought, and then realized that Lestat was still listening. Oh no, please don't mention that to Hannah! I don't want to upset her. You'd burn this whole forest if you tried. John laughed. "And you with it." Hannah growled. But you won't. You're too scared. John smirked. "Stay out of my head!" Hannah yelled. Ah, that's right. You're still hurting. That wasn't even everything I can do, my little dove. John sighed. You'll feel that later.
"My brother is away," Anna answered Van Helsing. "Just go," Hannah insisted. "I'll be fast," Beatrice tried to smile and then ran into the thicker part of the trees. So you want me to kill someone? She asked Lestat. That's murder, and that's wrong. I can't do that. You're opening yourself for me. John folded his arms, watching Hannah from a shadow. Hannah put her hands on her head. "I'll use it." She threatened aloud. Which 'it' are you referring to? You new little lycan abilities, or what I gave you? John questioned. "Both," Hannah snarled.
"Follow me," Anna told the men and headed down the hall to the map room. She's... interesting. Carl thought. "Right," Beatrice said after a moment. "Do you want to head back without me?" "I told you I wouldn't let you out of my sight." Hannah reminded Beatrice, paying no attention to the sting from Lestat's voice. "Even if John's hurting you?" Beatrice faced Hannah.
Anna was about to fire, but lowered her gun, Velkan coming to her thoughts. She looked at Van Helsing. "You're with a werewolf?" She asked, pushing aside his statement. "It's quite a story," Carl said. "We'd be happy to tell you inside." Anna eyed Edward once more, and then placed her gun back in it's holster. "No vampires are with you, are there?" She asked before inviting them inside. "Just hurry up," Hannah let go of Beatrice's hand. "John?" Beatrice pieced together. Hannah nodded, her teeth clenched. "Then let's go back," Beatrice already started walking back. Hannah put a hand on Beatrice's shoulder. "You can't be around Carl like this."
Anna's jaw went slack, but she quickly composed herself, pressing the gun against Edward's chest. "How do you know my brother?" "I killed him, Bee. Before I met you..." Hannah slowed her pace. "I even came across your scent one night... You cut your finger on the broken window in your stables. It was only a matter of time before I lost control near you..." "But Lestat got to me first," Beatrice managed to say. Hannah nodded. "I would have killed you if it wasn't for him." Just like you should have killed that girl in Vatican City. John muttered to Hannah. You know you won't be able to hold back if you go there again. Hannah gripped Beatrice's hand tighter. "Go on, Bee. Get it over with. I don't want to be gone to long." "Hannah?" Beatrice winced at Hannah's hold. "Your voice is shaking."
"I don't trust strangers." Anna raised the gun. Van Helsing, a friar, and two other men come here asking for information? They either know about Velkan or they're going after Dracula. "Used to it?" Beatrice looked at Hannah, trying not to think too hard over Lestat's words. Hannah noticed the look on Beatrice's face. "Not the killing part," She clarified. "The other parts." "Oh," Beatrice laughed lightly. "Though I do miss the sun...," Hannah said quietly. "I used to take walks with Henry after our classes.... I miss him too... so much." "I'm sorry, Hannah," Beatrice murmured, feeling guilty for bringing up a painful subject.
"Van Helsing," Anna said after giving him a second look. She turned her gaze to Carl. "And you brought a monk?" "Actually, I'm just a friar," Carl corrected. "Why are you here?" Anna asked Van Helsing, ignoring Michael and Edward for the moment. Beatrice took Hannah's hand, practically dragging her along. "Calm down, Bee," Hannah tried not to smile, returning Beatrice's grip. "Sorry," Beatrice murmured. "But just think about everything that's happened.... It's all a bit... surreal." "I felt like that too," Hannah watched her feet glide across the forest floor. "At first. But now... I guess you could say I've gotten used to it."
Anna opened the door, gun ready at her side. "Who are you?" She asked after surveying the four mens faces. "Oh my," Carl breathed, noticing Anna's gun. Beatrice relayed to Hannah what Lestat told her. "Alright, I'll go with you. But I'm not letting you out of my sight." Hannah got out of the carriage. "Deal?" Beatrice considered for a moment. "Okay."
Anna stood in front of the map of Transylvania, hands on her hips, her dark brown eyes scanning the map over and over. At the sound of hard knocking, she pulled her gun from it's holster and made her way to the door, cocking back the hammer. Carl waited nervously. "You think she'll be angry?" Beatrice tilted her head, considering Lestat's words. "Bee?" Hannah looked up. "You look like you're concentrating on something." "Oh," Beatrice leaned against the carriage. "Hannah, would you...go with me..." She nodded towards the trees. Hannah sighed in understanding. "John is out there, Bee. Can you wait for Jinx or Michael?" "I think so," Beatrice agreed.
Hannah sat back in the carriage, keeping the door open. Do not, Beatrice replied stubbornly. He's here to help Hannah, that's all. OOC: woohoo! i get carl and anna whilst little angelyn ish gone!
OOC: Lestat got 1400 BIC: "Well that will get us far with a lady," Carl commented. Beatrice looked over at Hannah. "Are you okay?" "Don't worry about it, Bee," Hannah sighed, watching Edward go. "I just... got myself in a situation." "Situation?" Beatrice repeated. Hannah folded her arms. "That's what I said. Don't bother yourself with it. Edward's going to help me."
"Go ahead," Hannah smiled. "I'll wait with Bee." "That doesn't hurt at all," Beatrice murmured, flinching away from Michael's touch. "Are you going?"
"Don't you think a bunch of people just appearing at your house at night might be a little much? Especially a group like ours?" Hannah shook her head. "If this Anna is a hunter, I'm perfectly happy waiting right here until Van Helsing gets what he wants." Beatrice nodded stiffly to Michael.
"Thanks," Beatrice quickly took her hand away from Carl, acutally aware of the pulse of blood beneath his skin. She shoved her hands in her pockets. "Yeah," Hannah tried to smile. "I know..."
Angel let go of her daggers and swiftly kicked Advent behind the knees. "Don't mention kissing again." She warned.
"It's hard to explain...," Hannah said. "I did it once when John made me angry... but I haven't tried to do it since... I burnt half of that house down. I think he's still mad about it." She looked at her hands. "I'll show you later."
Hannah shook her head slowly. "Not me," She hesitated. "The fire." OOC: nighty night!
OOC: she is dudet. ^.~ Valkin is busy being a Dracula-controlled werewolf T~T BIC: "You just have to be with me to stop it if I lose control again." Hannah said and then gasped as she felt the sharp pull of John leaving her. "I've only done it once," Her voice faltered. "It didn't turn out well."
