"Aw, come on, Luke," Alexandria called behind her. "Have some fun!"
Claire peeked her head out of the curtains of the window. Seeing Advent, she burst out the door and ran over to him. "He's gone," She told Advent. "But he told me to tell you that he'll be watching. Where's my sister?"
"I know you will." Angel unclasped her necklace and handed it to Advent. Once it was away from her, the necklace's turquoise saphire dimmed.
"As long as Claire comes out okay," Angel started. "And there's no mess in my house, I'm fine with it. Right now, I'm up to nothing else besides playing dead."
"You're not ripping apart anyone in my house," Angel said dryly.
"Alright," Alexandria laughed. She grabbed William's hand and pulled him along as she jogged over to Elizabeth.
"What is your 'odd plan'?" Angel questioned.
"I don't know," Angel answered, trying to gather some strength. "I haven't taken it off since I got it. Hmm," She was quiet in thought for a moment. "Since I've put it on, my visions have happened during the day instead of just when I sleep... Maybe... maybe it's some kind of enhancer... Either that or I'm going crazy from lack of blood."
"'S okay," Angel murmured. "I just... can't right now."
Eva grit her teeth and nodded again, her eyes still closed tightly. All she cared about right now was her uncle. It had been too long since she'd seen him and now she might not get to see him again.
Eva nodded, a small, jerky action. She was afraid that if she opened her mouth, she'd only scream.
Angel didn't move. She was too tired to bother making up a retort for the stunt, but she also was too worried about her sister.
Eva heard Switch command to be quiet, so she tried her best to keep silent.
"No," Angel answered dully. "In all honesty... it feels like..." Her eyes closed. "Death."
"You did what you could," Angel replied quietly.
That's okay. She just called me and told me that she might be going out tonight.
"S-sorry," Angel apologized. Guess I've lost too much blood... She thought sluringly.
Angel stumbled her knees giving out, her legs refusing to move any longer. She felt dizzy, like the ground was jello beneath her, constantly moving. Her focus wavered in and out.
"Why not?" Alexandria challenged. "There's no one here. It's not like we'll get into trouble."
"I wonder where we are," Alexandria mumbled, running her hand along the tree trunks that she passed.
