  1. Garxena
Garxena's Oblivionblade vanished as she moved closer to Reon. "I'll see what I can do." She placed her hands, surrounded by her twilight energy, on Reon's chest. Her face screwed up in concentration as she worked. After not much time, the twilight energy turned to darkness splotched with Garxena's blood; her hands torn from the amount of energy she was using.
"I've almost got it," She breathed raggedly. The darkness vanished into her hands and Garxena stumbled back a step, her torn palms making drops of blood on the ground as her arms hung limp by her side. "Got it all...."

Garxena rolled her eyes. "I'm not that useless." Her hand flexed by her side and twilight energy wrapped around Reon's wrist, forcing his arm back. Garxena stood and dusted herself off. "I know I have a heart. Nothing you say could change that."

Garxena held up her Oblivionblade in defense. "That's not true. We do have hearts. We do have emotions!" She struggled against Reon's strength, having underestimated him. "I fight for those who I hold dear in my heart: Silax, my friends... and my sister! Don't you have someone to fight for?"

"I can handle this guy," Garxena responded to Kairi, her gaze still locked onto Reon. "Just keep the replicas away from me."

"Does it have to be fancy?" Angel practically whined. "If you insist on this, can't we just go through drive-through or something?"

OOC: I'm gonna go to bed now! ^.^ See ya tomorrow!

"There's food in the fridge," Angel murmured and then looked up at Advent. "Wait... you're not taking me out, are you?"

Seeing how serious Advent was, Roger let go of Angel. "That's some luck." He muttered as he went up the stairs to Angel's mother's room.

Angel rubbed her arm, eyes on the floor. "Thanks."

Angel looked at Advent, tears in her eyes from the mention of her father. "It's okay, Advent. I'm alright." She tried to assure, though her voice broke.

Roger finally looked at Advent. "And you're supposed to be her boyfriend?" He laughed. "You sure know how to pick 'em, girl. First that guy Thomas, and now this one? You're asking for trouble, aren't you?"

Roger ignored Advent, his gaze turning towards the couch. Seeing the blood stains, he looked back at Angel. "Care to explain that?"

"I...," Angel searched for an excuse that would explain all the blood.

"I haven't got all day," Roger snapped.

Angel cringed at the sharpness of Roger's tone. "I just... It was really nothing..."

Once again disregarding Advent's presence, Roger grabbed Angel's arm and yanked her towards himself. "You're lying has really gotten on my nerves, girl. You're lucky your mother didn't see that mess. I thought I set you straight the last time we had to discuss your behavior. You've not gotten it into your head that I'm going to be head of this house soon, have you? And when that happens, you'll really wish you hadn't killed your father."

"I'll let you know how that's going to turn out," Angel laughed bitterly. She was silenced when her mother and her boyfriend, Roger, came through the garage door.

"I didn't know you were home," Angel's mother commented happily. "And your friend is still here. Did you two have a nice trip to the museum?"

"Um," Angel hopped out of Advent's arms, holding his hand to keep herself steady. "Yeah, we did."

"That's good," Angel's mother smiled. "I'll be right back. Roger is taking me out to dinner and I want to change into something more formal." She kissed Roger and then hurried up the stairs.

"The museum, huh?" Roger muttered in his low, bass voice. "Heard there was some damage done to that place the other morning."

"They cleaned most of it up," Angel tried to lie smoothly.

"You wouldn't happen to know how it was caused, would you?" Roger pressed.

Angel squeezed Advent's hand. "No. It must have been a gang or something."

"We've still got a lot to go through," Angel reminded Advent seriously. "The future is always changing... especially if one of us dies...."

"And what if I don't want to resist?" Angel smiled, resting her head against Advent's chest. "About that date... it was the furthest in the future I've ever seen. It seemed like years from now. So... let's just go with whatever happens. I don't want to lose that future."
