You can still train Valor, it's just that it will take longer since you are much stronger than usual.

To be able to train Valor, hopefully, you are at a pretty low level, like 50 or below. Since Valor levels up by the number of hits landed on any opponent, equip the two weakest keyblades in the game. (Which would be Hidden Dragon and Sweet Memories...I think). Now it takes more hits to defeat enemies. Let's see...Final? Equip your strongest keyblades to this. (Preferably Ultima and Oblivion) Go the TWTNW and start from the area where the nobodies normally appear...(don't remember)
Like everybody else said, Magnet is good. What you should do is, hopefully you have Fenrir by now, is to take off all abilities except Negative Combo. This will help since, if I'm not mistaken, take off 2 hits from the normal 3-hit-combo (without abilities). The...barrels...uh...have no life and are destroyed by finishing combos.
