The most effective in my opinion is High Jump. Glide isn't all that great...it's only good for escaping. Quick Run is second to High Jump. Double Jump is okay...but I don't find it as effective as the others.

If you have a High Jump LV2 or up, you can jump over it. Or if you wanna waste some magic (which I doubt), use a Limit. Otherwise, Reflecting is good.
