Yes but that'd mess up the government's plans. Too many people are federal funding. These kids would be put in packed orphanges. Orphanages are basically a slightly better funded Africa. Also it'd mess the parents up less because you wouldn't have to deal with giving away something with such adorable eyes. If so what character are you best playing at without codes then what character are you best at with codes mine would have to be the clone marine without cheats and Darth Maul with cheats which I only need inf.
