While I do agree that if people are acting the same as they did in previous games, that does point to them being in the same role. That isn't the case 100% of the time. Assuming we are still talking about Beau, he took the flak he got in the last game better than he is taking it now. That could be due to more stress this time or perhaps he is Mafia and wasn't able to slide through this time due to there being less targets. If I can remember correctly last game there were people like Jayn who were inactive and almost 100% confirmed to be mafia so he had room to hide. This time however there is no concrete knowledge. For now anyways, I am going to unvote Makaze until we figure something out. Unvote: Makaze
From an outside perspective your actions are sound and make sense, I see no reason not to vote for me.[DOUBLEPOST=1408430146][/DOUBLEPOST]All that being said.... So you're basically calling me a hypocrite for defending Beau and not Makaze? That makes sense because I am, as are most people. I am not using this as a basis to defend myself, if you want to vote me off then go for it. The whole "Makaze has gotten us places thing" is only true if you actually knew which side he was on and assuming you are a clueless town member like most of us, you wouldn't know. Is it so wrong for me to choose to be neutral. I asked Makaze to chill because some of his posts seemed a bit..."******y" and it was getting on my nerves. Of course I would defend Beau vs Makaze in terms of good vs bad because one was acting super aggressive and the other wasn't. I am by no means "trying to take control of this game" / the people in it. I really don't feel like putting that much effort into something like this. This could bring up the "well if you don't feel like trying, don't play". Everyone plays their own style, and I guess this is where the whole hypocrite thing comes in. I didn't like how Makaze was acting, but I am fine with myself and Beau. That makes me a hypocrite, not a mafia member. Like I said though, you want to vote me off have at it but when we are down one less town member I guess you'll be sorry. Unless you are mafia then good job boy-o[DOUBLEPOST=1408430187][/DOUBLEPOST]Douchey*.
I enjoyed the movie.
;_; So uh, I decided to pick up the remake of The Last of Us for the PS4 because I never actually played it when it came out for the PS3. Not even 20 minutes in and they hit you in the feels. ;_;
I'll be that guy who votes for the car games, been playing racing games since I was super young. Gotta go with what I love :D
And regret
Jesus man a little to into it aren't we? The whole hunting scum thing got old real fast.
Oh god guys, have you ever considered that every person has a different personality and handles things differently. This is how @Beau played last time, and I highly doubt he would play 100% identically if he was mafia again. That being said the whole "play this way play that way, answer to me, clear this up". Freaking chill, let the game at least play out. I get it that (if you are a town member that is) you are going to want to fish out the mafia members. However Makaze if anyone is the most suspicious (in my eyes anyone) its you as you seem to want to take so much control. If you were a mafia member, controlling the situation/how people vote would be ideal, and if you were a town you (hopefully) wouldn't be so aggressive to people as that would put a gigantic target on your back. So I am keeping my vote where it is at least for now because this is getting a tad bit ridiculous.
inb4thecrashlock.
So far you are the only one doing any sort of rational talking, trying to get answers out of everyone. Seems suspicious to me, or hell maybe it was a shot in the dark. Regardless that's my vote.
Town people vote for people they think are mafia.
If you get into an argument with someone while driving, you will lose focus on the road. I don't care how cool of a head you think you have, it happens. And honestly I don't even know why any of us are even bothering at this point. We've given countless personal examples, gave out facts, and advice but it just seems like you only really care about defending yourself. If that's the case, you're only going to learn from mistakes, so God forbid you do get into accident I fucking hope nobody else is there.
Sugar, spice, and everything rice. Vote: Makaze
So adding up all the drive space in my new computer and the old hard drives/portables I used with my old computer. I have about 12TB.... Time to take over the world.
this ^ And here is the problem (that has already been covered in this thread by me one time....) you are turning this into some personal thing. It isn't. Everyone who has posted in this thread (for the most part) haven't said what they said because you are "Amaury, the legendary walking target". Its because, you can't take this stuff lightly. I'm 100% sure if I were the one doing these things, I'd be getting flak for it. Everyone would. This isn't about you personally, its about the actions that are being made. I can tell that you to an extent are taking this personally because you tend to react the same way every time. And because of that, any and all the advice given in this thread are going to be interpreted as "im being attacked im being attacked". It's clear because you keep on defending yourself time and time again. It's okay to make mistakes for the love of god man. We are all human.... Granted this is a "harsher" version of what we have been trying to tell you this whole time but it is accurate none the less. Well the thing is, you can't really be like "this person did 'x' wrong why aren't you yelling at them instead of me". Not to be rude here but didn't you get into an accident and leave the scene recently? You know...a hit and run. You wonder why all of these people are concerned???? It doesn't matter if you are getting three more hours of sleep than Nights, driving with a disadvantage is driving with a disadvantage. Also if you don't want people talking about this kind of stuff then don't make threads about driving, you've made a ton of them if I could recall correctly (granted a ton is subjective in this case as activity is lowish) but my point still stands. I don't get why you are defending this. "I'm only being a little unsafe that's not a big deal guys" is pretty much what you are saying. You have no control over what happens in this big world of ours so why the hell would you increase the chances of an accident for yourself/others. UGH and okay the whole mom thing. I scratch my head about this because you are basically saying "you are negatively biased about me so I am going to listen to someone positively biased about me". The bias is still there dude. Plus (and I say this for the 1000th time) this isn't about us picking on you because we aren't. We are simply saying "yeah man you should really focus more on safety so OTHERS I REPEAT OTHERRSSSSS don't get hurt. Which seemly enough based on your actions, you don't care much about. My accident was less than five minutes away from where we left school, so they can happen at any time really. Even if it is just ten minutes that's still something you know. People get quite upset when the safety of other people is compromised, and as I have said in previous posts if it is unavoidable then yeah that's understandable however there are ways to get around things. Like getting better with scheduling. From what I've seen Amaury is pretty active on khv and he can do whatever he wants in his spare time but if he is getting little to no sleep due to things other than work, school, etc, then tbh that is a tad bit irresponsible. Risking the safety of others because you can't get enough of those good ol kh forums seems a tad bit silly, or videos games etc. Whatever the case may be And hell I could be completely wrong, Amaury could be the biggest worker, scholar, etc but if you are spending time doing things that aren't 110% needed then you could use that time to catch up on your sleep and actually be more alert behind the wheel. That isn't too much to ask for, and if you don't feel like doing that then like I said before. Don't drive. You need to be responsible.
I love me some music. It went from a day to about five hours. Now its down to three.
Well this is gonna be fun...... Spoiler
If there is a reason that you are getting little to no school (School, work, volunteering, etc) then I understand, but if you are like that all the time then you should try to stay away from driving unless you need to. If you DO need to then you should adjust your sleep schedule. How you feel doesn't say a thing about how much attention you are CAPABLE of giving to the road. It may seem like "you got this" because you are giving 100% of your energy to the road, but if your capacity is low then 100% is quite low. 100% effort with a full night's sleep is more than 100% effort on less sleep. I get it man, you don't want to feel like you made/are making a mistake because it doesn't feel good. However if you acknowledge your mistakes and actively try to fix them then you WILL become a good driver/person but until then you are really messing up on this. I've said this once before but I'll say it again, this is by no means personal to you. If anyone was doing this (family, girlfriend, best friend(s), etc) I would be saying the same thing because if anyone knows how much car safety matters its me, and to be honest when I see people turn a blind eye to it....that really makes me shake my head. Gonna lay down some serious shit to the folks at khv. I've only really told my best friend who used to live in the same town as me, and Sabby this but my accident wasn't due to some mechanical failure like I originally said it was (granted the car wasn't exactly new so that is always a factor, in fact it looked awful and didn't run that well either) but anyhow my accident was due to some jackass driving without really caring about the road or respecting the car he was driving. I wouldn't have seizures, brain damage, etc and need to take medication every day of my life while getting pain treatment every three months if that guy just decided to be safer rather than rolling the dice. My life WILL NEVER be the same thanks to that, so it breaks my heart to see people not care enough about this sort of thing. I say "care enough" because I do believe somewhere deep down you care about the safety of others but you just need to fix your priorities man. Take care of yourself so you don't hurt other people and if you are incapable of doing that, then get off the road until you can. I'm not entirely comfortable sharing this but if it gets you to be safe then it was worth it. *shrugs*
People like to slap the word addiction onto everything but that isn't really how it works. If you were to talk about having a selfie addiction, well that could just be someone who has low self esteem and feels a need to post pictures of themselves onto social media websites to get attention or "fish" for compliments. To put something like this into the same category of real addictions is kind of silly in my opinion.
That isn't the point they are trying to make though, just because you feel fine doesn't mean you are and more importantly risking the safety of others isn't right. Do whatever you want to yourself, you have that right. However when you risk the safety of others, that's a huge problem. Take it from me, accidents CAN and DO happen and when they do, people get hurt and they have to suffer and deal with what happens because of that accident for the rest of their lives. More than anything else though (and please don't think I am "attacking you" here) but why in the world are you even defending yourself in this? Wanna know why it is illegal for people like me to drive (unless I go seizure free for six months)? It isn't because I could hurt myself, its because I could hurt others. Car accidents are serious ****ing business and for whatever reason you are fine with increasing the chances of hurting people or even killing them. That sickens me. I really really hope that these threads are just for attention and you actually do care about the safety of others let alone yourself.
