You should probably ask this in the specific thread your game applies to as you can pretty much T Stance in most games.
You're allowed to have your own opinion about certain genres. I don't care about that at all, however its a tad bit ignorant to call an entire genre "not music".
Spanish rice.
I don't think the high amount of posts that Makaze has been making makes him any less mafia (in the same sense someone who doesn't post at all makes them any less town). My point is post count is irrelevant. In fact I think it is more or less working against Makaze, if he becomes "too important to lose" by contributing the amount that he has, he gets a free pass to the end of the game. Mafia or not. That risk alone scares me. I'll admit that either Ashwin is trying too hard to seem like town, or he is one of the best people at writing out mafia essays. This is also a bit of a scare. Why would a mafia member be that open, helpful, etc? Well if they did such a thing, it would more or less buy the trust of the townies. So this brings up the question of "at what point is 'this person' going too far". Perhaps this is another reason why people aren't posting as much, they don't want to step too far out of that "foggy area" where people just don't know about them. People being indifferent about 'that person' is far more comforting than being on the opposite side of suspicion. I mean look at Beau, he even ducked out. That's enough to scare people into not posting. ---- This may all seem like me rambling on endlessly, but people wanted me to post. Sorry if it seems confusing.
Because it is music, just because you don't like something doesn't mean that it is automatically "not music".
Obvious bait is obvious.
I don't like this much at all, it seems as if multiple people are being set up with a semi-even amount of votes so things can be changed last minute. Perhaps i am being paranoid but can you blame me?
So let me get this straight, people are still very suspicious of Makaze, but instead we are all unvoting him to target some floaters who are for the most part staying silent. If someone is trying to slide through they aren't exactly controlling the way the vote swings, if people think that one of the top contributors of the thread is mafia. Vote them out.
Yeah eff that.
It's difficult to do so sometimes, I look at a thread like this and I see many things. I see people that are 100 times more proficient at writing than I am (People like yourself and Ashwin), so whenever I want to write out some big rant or what have you, I get discouraged. Then I see people who are much better at being controlling the situation/the people in it (people like makaze for instance). This makes me look at the previous game where I was a live bomb waiting to explode (despite being town) and I look at the setlist of people in this particular and game I am like, "well fuck nothing I could try to do is going to work on these guys". You may not believe me but there have been countless times where I have written out a response and just deleted it all together because it either didn't make sense coming from my thoughts to text (not being able to convey them properly), or I think to myself that it just isn't good enough. One reason I chose not to give my reasons when voting for Makaze is for one thing, I've dealt with him in the past and when it comes to talking to Makaze he will find a way to prove you wrong even if you are right. This of all things I find to be quite irritating (no offense man, some people just don't mix) so I tend to avoid the subject all together. I agree with what people have been saying about him and I have found his ways of "pulling the strings" suspicious from the start. And tbh even if he is town we will at the very least be able to go back to playing Mafia, not Mafia ft. the overlord Makaze. I am also to an extent trying to not to let everything loose all at once and then become a prime target for the mafia themselves. If anyone has any real questions about what side I am on, ask away because I will be glad to answer them. However I believe there is a time and place for everything and for me right now. I don't think I am quite ready to take this game at a faster pace (due to the people in which I have doubts about). [DOUBLEPOST=1409090306][/DOUBLEPOST] This ties into the "me writing out a huge response and deleting it" thing I said in the post I just made. Also I just came home
Are we seriously going back to the "ya'll" thing? Some people use that 'word' in conversation without even thinking about it. I do sometimes, but only when in a vocal conversation. If that's not what you meant by Beau's word choice, then continue and ignore this post.
Holy fuck man.[DOUBLEPOST=1409034664][/DOUBLEPOST]I'm going to have to read that over a few times before I have an actual response, but so far this seems at the very least helpful in the sense that there is more conversation going on.
lol.
Yeah it's been bothering me a lot that people think that trying to defend yourself and keeping a high priority on your own survival means you are anti-town. If you are a townie, and you are trying to stay alive that action in itself counts as you doing something pro-town. You don't have to go campaigning left and right trying to lead the holy charge towards destroying THE FILTHY SCUM MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMakaze.
As a correction to what some people may think. I am not Mr. "likes to debate about car safety". It isn't a debate to me. If someone wants to do something unsafe behind the wheel, understand that doing such a thing comes at a cost. That doesn't mean I am going to nag the entire forum to be 110% safe. That is unless they try to defend their actions. Then I will certainly be like "um no". However a line has to be drawn somewhere, in which case I eventually stop because you can't always convince people to change their opinions/lifestyle. Safety is important unless you want to risk having brain damage and a seizure disorder like me. Because getting shots into your head every three months (pretty fucking expensive btw) to control the pain you would have everyday if you didn't take them, having to take medication every day to control the seizures, and my favorite part....the accident being a part of your life for a very very long time that just so happens to be one of the only things you can't forget. All that aside, I am not some tool to be used every time someone does something dangerous behind the wheel and talks about it on khv, or doesn't get enough sleep, etc. It's their lives and they can do whatever they want. Sometimes people like me just want to forget about "car safety" and go back to living a semi normal life. @Amaury
Gurl you'll be fine.
Glad I wasn't the only one who was worried about Makaze, Vote: Makaze.
Jokes exist ya know.
Don't let something like this freak you out. Getting a mole removed (even if you are being put under) is a cakewalk for even new doctors/surgeons. I had one of these done earlier this year and they took a pretty big chunk of skin out (gross i know), and I am fine.
We could always follow Makaze's lead for another day and if he is wrong again we vote him off lol.
