I also agree with the fact that there is too many inactive people and as I've said before if there is no obvious person to go for then I think we would be best off voting off the inactive members. The more active a person is, the more of an asset to the town they are or/and the more likely they are to slip up if they are anti-town. Also it gives you more to work with after they are killed to look at in hindsight.

So I just looked through all of default posts and actually he seems quite consistent in the fact he thinks you're better off lynched (logic being as I understand it you're a huge threat as mafia and as people tend to follow you, you could inadvertently cause people to be mislynched faster without as much discussion). If you do end up being lynched and turn out to be town, I think he may come under suspicion for this. The point about being wishy-washy I think you're referring to was the big misunderstanding when you were talking about Krowley and red flags, which I do not understand the point he was trying to make there (and clearly from your posts you didn't either). I'm not sure if that was a case of him simply not being able to articulate his point well enough and get across his meaning, even if it made sense to him in his head or what. You seemed to think it was him trying to create an illusion of activity which I'm not convinced by as I think that seems a very strange way to do that. Thanks for voicing your suspicions, default I mentioned in my previous post as possibly someone to look into as he was under suspicion from I think Marshi and cstar yesterday. I've been trying to find his posts to judge for myself but ughh 26 pages, it's taking me a while to find anything. Is there a way to search for a particular members posts in a thread or actually just words/phrases just in a certain thread? If that is already a function, that'll save me a lot of time. (If not I might be going to your request thread)

Also with The Fuk? I'm undecided if that false quote was just a mistake or not. If you do end up getting lynched, it will fall back on him and Marushi whichever way it goes.

I'll be honest that right now while I'm still suspicious of Makaze, I'm more doubtful (more down to other people that Makaze himself) but what we really need is an alternative, somebody else in the spotlight. Possibly expand on the people who were under suspicion before like default or some of the quieter members? I'm not confident enough about anybody else yet to put them forward with decent reasoning, but I'll have another look to see if I can change that. The members that were mentioned last page on posting the least have all yet to comment on it (I've quickly looked through so sorry if I've missed your post) so it'd be interesting if they have any reason for their inactivity. Ah hmm, in that case vote: Makaze but that's not set in stone. If you can put up some decent defence and we have a alternative then I may change but as it stands you do look quite like Mafia.

Likewise now, we should stop voting Makaze, we have enough for a soft lynch and 2/3 days left so plenty of time for more interaction, more information to be discovered, more slip ups to be made. Let's not be hasty.

I'm also quite curious about the quieter members, so I would love to hear them speak a bit more.

Just spotted that, I'm aware this is no where near proof that Makaze is mafia or whatever but I'd just like to remind people that if he survives today (which somehow wouldn't surprise me) that his scum-reads aren't always right. In fact so far he seems to have got all his guesses wrong. He could still be town, just unlucky with his guesses, but I think that with some of the more confident players of the game, it's all too easy just to take their word for it and just bandwagon with them. I'm tempted to do this against Makaze but I think people need a reminder to look for themselves instead of just following, then if you still think said person is mafia vote for them with your reasons.

I'm still looking through, I just thought that quote was interesting and the fact that Makaze has only voted for Town so far. Other than that I've got a strong feeling Marushi isn't Mafia from her earlier posts though I might be wrong.

Hi, first off I'd like to apologise for not posting sooner, when this day started I was in the process of getting drunk in a city I don't live in and I've only just got home now.

This is just going to be a fairly short post now as I've been on holiday and unable to follow the thread from the start. I've read through everything but I haven't really had time to analyse anything in detail and form my own judgements (at least ones I can back up with my own justifications). I'm a bit nervous about this as I've been notorious in the past for sitting on the fence too much but I'm going to try my best to put forward my own opinions and hopefully be an active player who is an asset to the town.

I will say currently from what I have read I am leaning on the side of Makaze being mafia, some very valid thoughts have been put forward which I agree with. However there's plenty of time left and I don't want to be too hasty, he already has plenty of votes for him and enough mistakes are made that way. If later in the day things still stand as they are currently, I may add my vote.

For now though I plan to read through the 24 pages (yay) of thread to see if I can form some more solid opinions of the people in this thread that I can back up.

Like has been said before, this probably isn't the best place to advertise your rp. You might have much more luck posting in this thread, and/or if you haven't already make an OOC (out of character) thread for the rp in the OOC Lounge. An OOC thread is where you can talk about the rp and discuss the rp out of character as well as posting things like character forms without cluttering up the main rp thread.

My situation with money is I don't have a job but I get a decent student loan so I have money and I can afford that (though my loan's got to last me the holidays/until October at least), but to me that still seems expensive when it's current use right now would mainly be skype chats. So I think I might wait on that, see if anything does happen that requires me to record and I might get something cheaper just to put me on.

I'd not actually considered that as I've never really used a separate microphone before, I have no idea what I'm doing with them. Hmm, I'll have to check that out, thanks for the links.

EDIT: So I checked out your links and Blue Yeti seemed to be most recommended, $100 on American Amazon so that should be about £60 which is reasonable. So check the same thing on UK Amazon: £90. Not impressed. (That's like $150)

I'm mainly just going to be using it for general use when I'm on the computer, skype chats, possibly chorus, and I might end up using to record myself for job purposes. I'll should add usable on a laptop as a requirement. Nothing too intensive, I'm not going to be gaming on it, which is why I'm not spending hundreds but I want something decent that won't break too easily.

EDIT: So for me personally the Astros seem a little too expensive for me for just casual use. Plus I'm not always the most careful with my headsets so I'm a tad scared of spending that much and break them. The turtle beach's look interesting and they're in my price range so I'll have have a closer look at them and see. Also want to find out the box of my current ones as when I saw them online they had a warranty. They were a present though so I don't actually know if I have one.
