Ah, that makes sense, I'm not consolidating as I want to keep talking.

Also lynching the more vocal members gives us information to look back on when they're dead. By no means lynch all the active people as that'd kill the game but killing some gives us a lot more to go on in future days.[DOUBLEPOST=1409261698][/DOUBLEPOST]Damn!!! I was ninja'd, sorry for the post after the hard lynch.

Ughh, I feel stupid, what do you mean by consolidation on the lynch?

I'm not against default being lynched, but I'm not completely convinced either which is why I haven't changed my vote to him yet. I'll be online right upto the deadline so plenty of time for me to change my vote. I won't let it go to a 'No lynch' if it's just a matter of me voting.

...Yeah, you're right. On all accounts here. I have no idea how I managed to misread The Fuk? and Hayabusa as having the same, I think I noticed he was fairly low down and had the same as a lot of people then must have got a bit mixed up and not checked properly when I was actually writing the post. Sorry. Also you're right about counting posts before the game started, I meant to make a note about that but forgot. I think when I made it I assumed everyone would just have one signing up post so it wouldn't matter but now you mention it, it makes the numbers more inaccurate. I'll try to rego over it, shame I can't edit it.

Sometimes I dislike my timezone, I have to either stay up late to catch everyone being active or everyone posts when I'm asleep. Anyway, last day, I'm going to have to work out when it is exactly as I got it wrong with my conversions as to when the day starts.

@Hayabusa Sorry, basically I'm really undecisive. I saw that virtually everybody was suspicious of you so I thought you were probably a good person to vote for so I did. Then afterwards decided to voice me thoughts of Makaze, which I'd been thinking about just to share my thoughts and then after re-reading the OP, which kinda agreed with my reasoning with Makaze, I decided to make a post with that. I then realised I was being a bit of a hypocrite by voting for someone inactive when I was advising people not to so I changed my vote. It was a bit spontaneous though and I can see how it would seem suspicious. Sorry~

(...I thought lost girl was Saxima for ages, oops)

Anyway, I'm going to try and compile the post counts as requested now. Stay tuned~[DOUBLEPOST=1409219762][/DOUBLEPOST]Member Posts

I've seen The Fuk? in the most vocal group and he's got the same number of posts as Hayabusa who's got flack for being inactive.

To add to that the lynch is our greatest weapon. As much as I agree that I dislike people being inactive and avoiding suspicion but with the number of them there is probably more Town members in their ranks than Mafia and we gain no extra information by killing them as they haven't really been inactive. Chances are they haven't voiced their opinions and been set up on. When somebody is killed and their alignment revealed, it puts a price on their words. If they are town we can look back at their suspicions knowing that they weren't trying to mislead us, likewise if they are Mafia their words take on a different meaning. If they are thrown the person pushing to get them lynched comes under suspicion as well as the people quick to agree with them. If they are Mafia, looking at who they decided to defend could be interesting. (I've been reading the OP, can you tell?)[DOUBLEPOST=1409181813][/DOUBLEPOST]I make these points while my vote is still on an inactive member, yeah, I think I need to change that.

    Unvote: Hayabusa
    Vote: Makaze
    (sorry~)

I do not feel confident enough with default to pull the trigger.

Really? I guessed the first bit but I wasn't expecting the no lynch thing, I'd like confirmation on this.

Just been thinking, if you were lynched or killed then regardless of what role you turned out to be, it would actually benefit the town. There's been so many people who have either had it out for you or have defended you, that with the knowledge of your alignment would give us an awful lot to analyse afterwards. I'm glad we didn't just lynch you straight away as the extra stuff you've said today has been helpful and if you die it gives more to look back on. I'm not saying everyone should go and lynch you now as you might be very helpful in coming days, this is simply voicing my thoughts aloud.[DOUBLEPOST=1409179663][/DOUBLEPOST]If you were Mafia, I'd suspect Bite the Dust straight away.

According to that default has voted twice (for both Hayabusa and Makaze). Also what happens if at the end of the day multiple people are on soft lynch?

And due to him being in virtually everyone's most suspitious, I'm really tempted to vote Hayabusa but since he's in everyone's that will include some mafia which I don't know what to make of. Hmmm...

    Vote: Hayabusa

This still has time to change~

@Hayabusa It's only fair if we tag you to allow you to defend yourself. You're in the spotlight now, and while you're there would you mind saying who you find the most suspicious?

So so tempting to click all the spoilers and highlight all the hidden stuff but that would defeat the point. I've got to give my three from each group too. Out of curiosity which group am I in? Possibly middle? I don't know.

Anyway, I'm really really unsure so umm here goes nothing.

So I guess I'll start with most vocal, I'm still very suspicious of due to all the reasons that were thrown at him at the start of the day but my suspicions have lessened through the day but I still don't trust him completely and don't want to blindly follow him. Umm, other than I don't know who else classes in this group. Oh, just remembered would count in this group I think, he is someone that I think needs keeping an eye on, due to his personality I think people automatically want to trust him and his arguments are very logical. There is nothing so far to make me suspect him but if he is mafia I think he might be one of the single biggest threats to the town.

Middle group, so I think needs looking into in more detail. I don't want to be quick to condemn him as I haven't really looked into his posts much and I think the misquote of Makaze might well have been accidental, that shouldn't be the only reason for wanting to lynch him. There's an awful lot of people in this group who are in a very safe place and I suspect that there may be a few mafia hiding here, my problem is none of them have done anything that makes me suspect them so I wouldn't know who to choose.

The inactive lot, I'm really bad for once a see a reason for inactivity to be just like oh okay and ignore them when they could well be mafia like Jayn was and as they aren't posting not give away anything. would be my picks from this group. Mainly because they've both posted jokey stuff I believe and I don't know I think if they tried they could contribute a lot more. It's harder to give reasons for this group as by definition they are inactive so don't give much to go on.

Done. Like I said I'm unsure about several of these but yay, now I can go back and look at all the spoilers!!

    oh

Unvote: Makaze (reminder even if he survives tonight, his 'scum-tells' aren't always right so don't take his word as gospel since he apparently knows what he's doing)

    Still have some suspicions though.

Anyway guys, we're kind of getting distracted here. We need to choose who to look into in more detail, if Makaze is not going to be today's lynchee. We can either continue to try and get the inactive to post, then when it comes down to it, decide on one and lynch them or look into one of the slightly more active suspicious members which we have more to base our accusations on and can get more of a debate going. (default, The Fuk?, Cat~ and Caitlin have all been mentioned at various points)

That said, there was supposed to be two games - one for beginners and one for more experienced players (I think this might be the latter) which was a good idea. Though I do agree the inactive players are never going to improve if they don't post and aren't active, they need to at least make an effort. It doesn't matter if they aren't the best at it.

While I understand and kind of agree, people aren't going to improve and learn how to play unless they start somewhere. I've noticed an improvement with several people who played last game, with much shorter posts. Plus you don't really know how you're going to fare unless you play.

To be honest I think Princess has summed up the reason for several people being inactive. They look at everybody else's posts being so amazing with such levels of detail and analysis that they feel they can't hope to match so don't post as they feel their post is inadequate and if they do make a post they'll be torn apart like Beau was for his. Hell, I feel that way a bit when I see all the really good posts that go up. Makaze, you even tell people off for wasting time and 'creating the illusion of activity' when they try to be active. I think we need to somehow change that perception, though it's difficult when you kind of have to scrutinise people as part of the game.

@TwilightBlader Hey, you've been quite quiet and right now all the inactive players are under scrutiny. In your last post you said you were reading through the thread, did you draw any conclusions? What are your thoughts on everything? Who looks suspicious and who do you agree with? There's no right or wrong answer here so don't worry but posting would be good right now.

    Also

@Bite the Dust You've got one vote now and people are starting to look your way due to your inactivity. I know you said you're better late on but sharing some of your views now might just save your butt. Who do you find suspicious, who do you agree with?
