The chairs were placed higher and lower according to whoever completed more missions successfully. Zexion had one of the lowest chairs, because he could get others to do missions for him. Roxas chair was higher up showing that he completed more missions successfully.
You have to use codes. That's the only way to get antiform on the drive menu.
