Me too, when I turn my bedroom light on in the morning it makes me uneasy and restless, but... when I'm scared I like the light, so I guess light may affect the mood kind of.... but... Mood is mostly a personal choice, you can be in a bad mood or a good mood and it's all up to you I read lightning too, lol :P
