Well, from what I understand the rent is like 100$ less than most of the apartments in my area. But that's still like 500$ a month. And I'm still looking for a job. But thanks.
Which is fair, I suppose. Although it would be nice if said rent was significantly lower than the rent of all the apartments in town.
