OOC: I'm back, BETCHES!!! :D Had a really good time, Universal Studios, the beach and all. I decided after a while to stop logging in to the computer and enjoy my vacation for what it was...a vacation xP (and for some reason, I can't concentrate as well as I do when on another person's computer). But, I'm here to post again, starting with this one.

"No..." Larxene interrupted to them both, a slight, throaty sound of her voice appearing low pass her pink lips, apparently getting her vocals back slowly as time passed. After the last rest, she had felt better in the physical sense of her situation, where the pain started to lessen, and she was now able to have enough energy to move more of her joints around, however small it was. If anything, that fall down the rocky slope should've killed her, but here she was...unfortunately. Yet, emotionally and mentally, she was completely drained out of any soul, and she wanted to be that way alone, and without anyone seeing her. Just her own privacy...let her be pathetic by herself, at least. The only reason she had been keeping a straight face so far and not to experience any more hurt from that empty chest of hers, was to keep away her mind from him, or else, she would literally break down again. The cut and stab was still there, burning and stinging, the last thing she needed was to add more to it to the point where she didn't think she could hold herself from crying despite her own oath. Initially, she shook her head roughly as well, protesting against anyone staying, and precisely stared at Marluxia for this. Larxene didn't know what exactly she will decide , but it was up to her to deal with the new emptiness. For that she needed some peace to herself. "I want to be alone..."

Marluxia knew this was coming, it was obvious from the way she was acting before that she never wanted nobody in here with her, but he had to at least try for the very fact that she needed someone, because she was weak in many ways at the moment, and fragile. He wouldn't like to leave her by herself, for a repeat as to what actually happen when they left her in Axel's room, though he really did think it was more on the fact of where she was, than the actions. Marluxia felt tempted to follow her wishes, and he knew perfectly well it would only make her unhappy, even make the tension awkward, if he did stay, especially as it was her room. The decision was a wrenching one, as she was gazing at him almost pleadingly, yet he wasn't positive to let her be on her own the way she was.

"Marluxia, I don't want to get into this, but I really think you should give her at least the space for the night, she needs to think today over, and as you can see, it's the best decision for now for both her and the atmosphere. I think she'll be alright....as much as she is right now, Larxene was strong and is still strong, I'm sure..." Zexion added in, a slight smirk hidden under his finger in his usual position, his mind at how the easy prediction came as a complete success, though at his last sentence, he caught Larxene's eye, almost as if telling her, not to lose herself for just a man, though he was also aware it was more in depth than simply just Axel, and he wondered about the life of the Savage Nymph thoroughly. What made her the way she is? No one is born a sadist, in his personal opinion.

And now, he was even thinking over whether he should really let Axel in, but the situation has to be cleared by his words, and it might help immensely. Setting his focus back on Marluxia, he gave a nod, "I'll keep a eye on her in some way, just in case, from time to time. But she needs to find herself for awhile..."

He eyed the Cloaked Schemer silently, watching as his face was truthful and honest on this particular matter somewhat, seeming genuinely concerned for Larxene as well, and Marluxia sighed, knowing the choice he had to make, but not exactly thrilled with it. He was only doing it for her own good and sense of serenity, and as long as he kept being informed, it would relax him a little to know that she was alright. He had faith in her, he truly did, and hopefully, she would figure just how much she was worth and how strong. Perhaps, he would even be able to sleep after all. Hesitantly, he breathed, looking straight at Larxene almost in uncertainty, "Fine...though I better see you better and alive by tomorrow."

As far as Marluxia can joke, if at all, this was meant to be one, though with a serious undertone, giving a pointed glint to the girl in the bed.

OOC: One thing, can we portal, or can we not? Because then, Axel would've easily left the ship and go back home. It's been kind of bothering me...cause, I don't know then what to do now.

Forgot about Rexwand. I'll make it up for it later.

"Mathematically, if the ship does flip over upside down, the first part that's going to hit the ocean will be the side as it starts to roll, and then the top. The suite rooms are on the very high point of the cruise for the view, thus, we might get killed, no life vest came save us from hard, sharp, rushing waters...not to mention, we have to be cautious of flash fires, though with me on there, I can control it. But, this is even if the ships flips over..." Axel trailed off, particular having no confidence or certainty in his tone of voice at the last sentence, as he sent a concern gaze at the little girl still with him. However, Larxene's words stood out to him enough to pierce his contemplations through with a snap, and glancing a her sideways wtih a taunting, amused smirk, he drawled in the most sarcasctic curious vocals, "Oh, why are you so concerned over this, Atom Ant? Scared?"

Axel couldn't believe he had started over the same when she first came in, now that he noted what he had said, teasing and trying to annoy her when he should be hating her completely. In fact, he seemed to keep forgetting the bubbling anger and irritation he had felt, and still did, especially as she slapped him for no damn reason. The reminder had yet to sooth its stinging on his damaged cheek, and he had felt something wet slip down, which made him wonder if she had cut him in the contact as the smack hit deeper than it should've. Whatever the case, he didn't want to find out.

His eyes narrowed into a wall, planning this time to fully ignore her, before he suddenly felt the ship rock once more, shaking the hulls and metal, and quickly on instinct, held Shigiku close to him again while the floor went somewhat downard on a side for about the billionth time, yet in the exact second, a girl had appeared before it, and a bit startled at what she was doing here, all he saw was that she was pointing at them all. Not holding on, she had crashed into Zexion upon the out of the blue bang, making them slam into the ground, though the Cloaked Schemer reacted in fast reflexes to save his fall. He frowned immediately as he recognized the female who had broken in, the ship getting back to leveled plane, but even with the fact that she fell on top of Zexion, he wanted her out the moment she stepped where she wasn't needed. Glowering at Xengla, Shigiku yet in his safe arms, he asked in a displeased growl, "What are you doing here?"

"Axel was always a softie, to tell you the truth, and he isn't as smooth and snarky so much as inside, than outside. You just got to get around the pointy hedges he built himself in, and get to know him," Roxas replied truthfully, giving her a secret small smile as he gazed at her deeply, knowing the redhead the best out of anyone in the Organization. While he said that, though, he was also listening to what Axel had been saying, wanting to see where did they finally stand in a decision, and he would've added that they should leave right now, at this very second, as the danger they were in could be more than what they can expect. But it wasn't long, and on cue, the ship had moved again with the rising tides and clashes of the waves, and he immediately went back to holding Naminé against him in rapid movement, grasping one hand on top of hers to make sure she held tight to the pole as requested, the room swinging back and forth. It only took a minute for him to realize that a newcomer was there with them, and fell right on top of Zexion, who looked razzled at the sudden form of body weight.

As everything around relaxed, the room had fallen into a dreadful silence, the only sounds cutting through being the creaks and howls of metal. Axel was glaring at the new girl, Shigiku cuddled against Axel a little scared, Larxene was just staring, Zexion was trying to fit in what just happened, as well as how the girl and him were tangled together, and him....well...he was basically having Naminé in his warm embrace, one arm around her waist, while their hands were touching, his chin resting on her shoulder as he looked over at everyone else from that view.

    Interesting.

All Zexion had really flashed back on was that there was a 'scent' that he had picked up from the forthcoming new guest, then, as expected, he saw the unknown girl appear...seeming to be doing some sort of roll call with all of them, only for the ship to rock at that precise moment that she stopped her actions, feeling her crash into him in a bump, and making the two of them fall to the floor. He had managed to react fast enough to block some of the harshness of the impact, though his back didn't get saved from taking a hit, complete with the girl's body mass on him, in a very questionable, but unintentional position, as she was between his legs. Staring into the ceiling for quite the moment, not showing his discomfort as he merely shifted his eyes to the black haired female, he wondered who she was, only to almost wince at a sharp pain in his elbow as he tried to move. Sighing to himself as he felt the slow and floating flows of the ground as he heard Axel's inquiry, finding himself able to speak correctly after this phenomenon occurred, he asked her quietly with his arms layed down at his sides, his voice low as he gazed at her face awkwardly, not really knowing what to make of the situation, "Can you, please, get off of me?"

OOC: It's mostly a RP that spawned from the Was Sora Justified? thread that had been going on debating about whether....Sora was justified in killing the Org. the way he did. Most of the debaters there bringing different points went to roleplay an actually made a real court case trial, and...there you go. If you see, most of us that have the characters had dived into that 24-26 pages of battling in the KH2 section.

Tifa just blushed a light pink slightly at Cloud's gesture, and for a moment, she gazed away, a bit embarrassed about how easily she was being overwhelmed. It was all so familiar to her, yet not....but she did take the offer, her mind wiping blank about Aerith for the moment, though unintentionally not meaning any harm, just unaware of it, as her heart began to beat fast. Smiling at him, she guided him over a step so they can go together and get the needed garments. "We shouldn't waste any more time."

Aerith simply stared from the corner of her eyes at Cloud's hand, and the touch he gave her willingly, though she accepted that too, as she waved at everyone politely to begin walking, quickly turning around and taking her the lead. She really didn't know how long they would play this game, and she was getting hurt, anxious, and stressed by it. Even though Cloud was worth it, he needed to choose, or one of them had to at least admit anything. It wasn't going to be her though...the word of rejection was still in her head, and it couldn't be rid of as it sent a shiver down her spine. No matter how hard she tried, she had the feeling she would always be second....which is why, as much as it will kill her emotionally in the end when the day is over, she had decided to simply give Cloud up to Tifa to finish it all. This rivalry...was a strain in their friendship, yet, she was seeing herself as the one getting in the way.

Axel had stiffled slightly when he felt Rei manage to grip one of his wrists, and before he knew it, he was on some tango and wrestling position that he didn't know he was in, and while he had some way of pulling out of it, he didn't want to take it far by incidentally hitting her. Seeing her block her stomach before he now found their foreheads pressed together, he merely paused for a second there at the close contact, now obviously seeing how near their bodies were...and for awhile, he had halted to think of what action to take. But then, remembering his word on Larxene and somehow wanting to prove himself to her that he could control his desires, he simply snatched one hand away, having bigge strength, and began tickling her neck instead. The stomach wasn't the only weak point. "Don't think is that easy."

OOC: I don't know if you replied ICSP, so just pick me up on it so I can post.

"So, a Mr. Agent Man? Kind of fits, and you're slim and lithe, so that could work to your advantage. I really don't know what I want to be, though. In fact, I never thought I really had a future...considering what I am. We're not even meant to exist, rejected by light and dark, and...I'm surprised you have goals. Could we even have a future? We're just the remains of our whole selves, really," Larxene said outloud, mostly to herself as she took few sips from her soda, though it was a bit watery by then, and she put it back, her lipd curling distastefully a little. It took her into deep contemplation, and she truly did want to know what was ahead of her for awhile, before she just shook her head, and dismissed it. Why should she care, really? She accepted her fate long ago. They weren't meant to have lives, or be breathing...they just...were.

OOC: I'm doing the PM slowly xP, though I'm thinking to fully write it when I get back, or have more free time that isn't wasted by RP or enjoying Florida the whole day, only to log in at night when everyone's sleeping.

And you are, Random Angel? :D That's cool and odd at the same time, though I'm in Orlando. I thought the night would be warmer, guess that didn't prove right *-*. Oh well, daytime is good.

He had portalled into Larxene's front door, aware that Zexion knew how to seek him out, and had no problem on finding where he had gotten to. Marluxia still did notice Larxene's awakening, that is, until he heard a crackly, low, mumbled voice trying to speak, and quite surprised, he stared down at the pretty blonde, whose doe eyes were gazing up at him in all their aquatic glory. They appeared so innocent and adorable, he would've believed Larxene was nothing more than a sweet girl, deceiving as that was. He just somehow wished that those same eyes weren't so blank, since whether it be hatred, anger, irritation, threat, it was something, and he was thinking of annoying her on purpose to see some type of life again, as she's shown before. Gazing at her, he simply gave her a small smirk, "Quite tired out for a while, haven't you? Seems you're getting your voice back as well. You don't have to wish for privacy, we're sending you to your room now."

As if on cue, it was then Zexion materialized, Larxene's clothes in his shoulders and hand, while the other arm held the key card they were all looking for. Not that he lasted that long, since the Cloaked Schemer brought the whole package.

He didn't have anything planned, unlike what he said to Axel, but even then, he simply stated to leave it to him. But, it was merely based on chance, because he knew there was no parting Marluxia from Larxene...except Larxene herself protesting against it. To his previous confirmation before, the female wanted to be alone, away from everyone's eyes, and to have her own privacy, which she will predictably deny Marluxia of when finding out. And that, was what he was depending on, and it had a 98% increase of being right. Zexion knew very well what she wanted, and now, is all a matter of waiting. Not hearing Marluxia say anything to him, he went his own way to slide that card into the slot without any words, the little green light appearing above the handle, and opening the door right off, turning on the lights as he stepped in. Holding it ajar when he came back as Marluxia passed through with Larxene, he watched as the pink haired man went to the bed, softly placing her on the comforts of her mattress after using a wind of flower petals to lift off the covers for him neatly in flow. He saw him make sure she was comfortable and right, before putting back the sheets, wrapping her in the bundle of the blankets, until all Zexion could spot were the hair antennae that was so unquie to her, peeking over from the covers. It was then that the scythe wielder walked to the heater, the room being cold, and while Marluxia was doing that, he put all the clothes in a stray chair that was situated here as well, while the shoes made their settlement on the floor once more.

Dusting his hands as they were finally free except for the key, he really didn't want to be against Marluxia, considering that he had shown how much he cared for her in all of this. Yet, he wasn't the one that could heal her, and that was the goal. Larxene's choice on who she wanted to be with was made long ago, and sometime or another, Marluxia had to accept that. With this set in mind, he asked in simple conversation, "So, I'm guessing you'll be staying?"

Marluxia nodded, turning around as the heater was raised to a reasonable temperature to keep her warm. "Yes. As I said, someone has to take care of her."

OOC: Tula, you didn't appear too late in the game, as far as I remember, especially on the whole Axel and Larxene thing, death, and the hypnosis chapter, I think. There's no reason to leave :/. Yet, I don't know what is it that you want to know to explain it for you, since you're aware of the plot now...

"Exactly, I'm completely here in peace. Or, are you still bitter at the fact that I kicked your failed attempt at a trick before?" Axel taunted, raising a eyebrow as he smirked smoothly, contradicting the fact of the matter that he was here for peace. Still, he could tell that Larva here didn't particularly appreciate him, form the expression on her face and all. Not that he was looking for approval from anyone one of them anyway. He stepped wherever he wanted to. Hearing Xadyn speak, he had noticed the fact that he was in a tight situation, as he was the only Organization XIII member here to be with them, and he could guess Xaldin got tired and left. It kind of made him the one in the spotlight, as he wasn't a part of this group. Still with the two books in a arm, he waved a nonchalant hand for Reixa to stop being...fidgety about the questioning of his doing here, looking around at the members. "You know, instead of concentrating on me, you should start figuring out what are you going to do about your home."

He eyed Xadyn precisely at this. Sighing, he returned his focus on Reixa, gesturing at the literature they were carrying, planning to leave. "Where should I put this?

OOC: While Naminé may have disapproved or was not happy with some of the actions of the Org., she had never expressed true hatred, if any at all, to any of them, even through KH and the Novels, she really remained neutral on the matter (as she understood them being a Nobody herself, and never called theme evil nor good, just people trying to gain back their existence). Not even hating Saïx. The sentence that was spoken the first time expressed that, and the fact that she cussed didn't make it any better. Naminé swearing?

Janexna, who was stealing glances at Axel every now and then, simply listened to Xelax speak, a bit glad that he was handling the situation well, the best he could. She knew she needed to concentrate on this, and regretfully stopped eyeing the redhead, though she was kind of cheerful that he was eating the Skittles she gave him. Going to stand again as Xelax finished, she gave a nod politely, before proceeding after him. "Also, since we're still in the topic of weaponry, it seems, I'd like to point out, that the exact charge is Possession and use of weapons without a license. Think on this carefully. What is a license, in terms of understanding and definition? Let's keep going. A license, is...' formal permission from a governmental or other constituted authority to do something, as to carry on some business or profession '. Second? ' A certificate, tag, plate...you know the drill, giving proof of such permission'. Next? ' Exceptional freedom allowed in a special situation '. 'Excessive or undue freedom or liberty '. ' The legal right to use a patent owned by another '. The list could go on. However, none of them, especially the appointed charge, fit the description about misuse of weaponry or able to wield it, and if that was what they were after, it didn't succeed. If the prosecution wanted to make this the topic of dispute, they would've made it more clear, but apparently, THEY DID NOT. Considering that everyone in the said universe of the characters are free to use any type of weaponry, and I'm not only talking about the Keybearers, since just the thought is defensive about that, obviously, I wonder, your Honor, why does the Org. have to be any different? Is there some kind of racial slur in this that everyone else around them can use weapons, but they aren't allowed to do so and are being accused of it, while the rest who wander free, aren't? Possession and use of weapons without a license....is undeniably, as I said before, nonexistant considering who are our clients and where they exist. Nobody needs anyone's permission to wield what they want or to use it for. It's the same way that a person with strong heart can wield the Keyblade, but can either choose to ruin or save the universe it resides on."

She then turned her eyes on Naminé. "I'd also like to add, that Naminé spent the days in Castle Oblivion in another room completely, away from where the crystal ball that Axel and Larxene were in charge of was, thus, she couldn't be a witness to anything, except the last battle of Larxene fully. I don't think I need to bring video proof to show that she was in fact, away from the hawk's eye, and spent it drawing to erase and replace Sora's memories. To add, Naminé was somewhat selfish, in it that she wanted Sora for herself, even she admitted it. Understandable, of course, lonely, locked...it could be anyone to wish for their own hero. Yet upon this all, she kind of was doing it for her own sense of mind, not only because Marluxia and Larxene simply told her to. To her defense, she did recognize the error of her ways and redeemed herself. Fact still stands, nevertheless."

With that, she sat down, somewhat awkwardly, clasping her hands together in on top of the table. Looking back, she saw Axel, though had seen Larxene and Marluxia frown in detest at the mention of how fire wielder let Naminé escape, and betrayed them, leading to their deaths. Along with Zexion and Vexen, who didn't need to be killed, as they were never traitors. Though she figured she had somehow wrecked the mood behind her, and she felt really uncomfortable.

Marluxia simply sat still, his lips forming into a thin line at the undirect mention of how the last battle went and why. Yet, he didn't bother to look at the sorry excuse of a man who caused it, and as well, remained relax. Getting outof hand when they were on trial wasn't the best thing at the moment, though he could feel Larxene's energy to a whole other level, his hair prickling and somewhat standing with the sense of static, the female fuming beside him. While he was as well, he adviced tightly for only her to hear, knowing her temper, "Stay calm, remember, violence will not help the situation. What's done is done."

What's done is done? Spare her. Like hell it was. Marluxia was expecting her to remain indifferent to someone who not only took advantage of her trust, but used it to his own game. Not even bothering to find out why they decided to even go ahead with the plan in the first place. The pink haired man did have a point, but her body shook as her fists clenched, trying to somehow appear normal. In the words of Xigbar, "As if". Her insides were burning and raging, and wanted nothing then to strike down Axel dead...again, with lightning. She couldn't believe she had almost forgotten about what he had done, and it took all her strength not to jump at Axel...for a completely different reason than what Janexna had in mind. It wouldn't do good if she acted, considering it was her on trial right now, so she decided to see if she could be a bit relieved by what was happening. However, her sharp, darken eyes settled on the red head a few sits beside her, before forcing herself to see the trial. Wait until this was over. She didn't doubt Marluxia, or even Zexion or Vexen, the harsh way they were killed, could sympathesize at the moment.

OOC: Funny. That's completely out of character for Naminé. If this isn't going to follow Naminé's real thoughts on the matter, I don't know how this is going to work, considering she never expressed any hate or ill-will to the Organization members. Even after Castle Oblivion.

OOC: I'm here, anwita! D: Sorry, I'll get to the PM by tomorrow...er, I mean later today. Is that I took the plane to Florida today (as I told you before xP), so it has been a pretty hectic 24 hours, especially as the flight got delayed and all (twice! D< ). I'm using my best friend's computer now while she sleeps away...though I got any time permission :D. But I'm gonna go soon after I post in this one, I'm tired ^o^.

Zexion just gave a shake of his head when Axel asked him if he could take off his shirt, not minding, after all, they were all men here, and none of them, as far as he knew, went the...other taste. Simply waiting until he was finished with getting out of the wet cloth, his eyes just wandered around boredly, wanting to head out by now, though when he had finally heard Axel's answer, he nodded again in confirmation. So, he had his cooperation. Good. As he was about to leave and take care of Marluxia, he halted when Axel asked another question, which was quite expected, considering it was unusual for him to help out anybody, let alone make a twitch. Sighing, and thinking for awhile, he responded truthfully, "I'm just bored. Have nothing else to do, and since Larxene was moping around, I found my hobby. Didn't think it was to be this difficult. But, I have come to also add that Larxene's state troubled me, as in, it was irritating to see a strong woman such as her reduced to what she is now. Which was your fault, obviously. She's empty, blank, like a hollow doll...you'll understand what I mean when you see what you have caused. In fact, I'm doing this for her sake, not for you. You'll need a lot of luck, she doubts everyone at the moment, especially you. Choose your words wisely, that's all I can advice."

Quirking his eyebrows up at the next inquiry, amused that it was now that he found out, he closed his eyes with a small smirk on his lips appearing. "It wasn't me who had found her, or Marluxia. It was the new Interior Decorator or Designer, Ren, who had passed by your room to ask a question, only to see it open. According to her, Larxene was on the floor beside the bed, kind of abandoned, plus left injured, so, panicking, she went to get her out, thinking she was unsconscious and needed help, and took her back to her room. It was then me and Marluxia broke in to get Larxene back, because I, by mistake, concluded her as a kidnapper. She even worried enough to call the nurses. It was a quick save, thankfully, that I protested against giving Larxene a real check over, or else...they might've found out what we are." Giving a expression to Axel as if that was all, opening his eyes, he began to portal, black swirls curling around his space, wanting to get this goal done with before he got backtracked any longer. Marluxia was waiting, and he will get more suspicious of his doings. "I'll leave you with that. Any more questions, I'll be back soon."

    And he left.

Now that she had calmed down, she thought over what the judge said, and he did in fact, ask the prosecution. However, she didn't know what the case was at this moment, which was why she was lost. She also didn't know what she was defending against anymore, since the charge was Possession and use of weapons without a license. That not did not include...oh. Janexna bit her lip as she might've found a hole, however, she heard Sora come up to testify against Larxene? That was another hole in itself. Yet, before she could do anything, she felt a familiar voice ask for a Skittle, and she froze. OMG. OMG. She knew that voice. Turning around slowly, her eyes caught upon the redhead that she loved so much, and her eyes widened, just...staring, her eyes glinting in glee. ZOMG! He's hotter in person! If that was even possible! Squeeeeeeeeee!

Her hands went to hair again and her face, wondering if she looked good, until she forgot that he had asked for a blue Skittle. Blue skittle....she looked at her Original Skittles bag, and found that it didn't have any blue. Wait. The Tropical version had some blue. She wasn't planning to open it now until she finished the other one, but hell, IT WAS AXEL. Smiling at him, she dug into her purse blindly as her focus was on him, grasping one of the many bags in her hand, and took out what she was searching for. Opening it without concentration, she simply gave the whole bag to Axel frantically. "Here! You can take it all! Cause you're sexy."

Her body was almost jumping in anticipation, as if she wanted to jump on him, though resisting nervously. Do not glomp. Do not glomp. Do not glomp. Do not glomp. Do not-

She then listened to Xelax, and then remembered that she was in court. Frowning, she gave one last longing look at Axel...upon a few more minutes, before reluctantly nodding to her partner, and gazing ahead. But OMG. He was behind her. Yay! Happy now more than ever, she stood up giddily, getting back to her job with a grin, this time, super excited. She had missed most of what happened, all there was the crowd mumbling in protest and seeing Sora...spark. "Your Honor, in due time when he wakes up, I would have to deny Sora coming up the stand any longer to counter against Larxene, or Marluxia, due to the fact that he does not remember Castle Oblivion, and therefore, does not remember the titled Savage Nymph. In other words, Sir, he cannot be counted as a 'witness'."

Larxene just looked with disgust as the girl...what was her name? As Janexna, was practically on top of him, and even if she was defending her, the whole drooling over Axel was irritating. Great. The defendant just had to be a fangirl. She was about to electrocute the pest to get away hard, until she got reminded about her professional work by her partner. Getting more comfortable in her seat as she glowered at everyone in the court room now that the problem was solved, not even wanting to be here, she listened to Janexna's objection, considering she was chosen. God, why couldn't Marluxia go first? He was the Lord, after all. She eyed the pink haired man at this, who sat next to her by number, though his expression was a complete blank. Either way, the faster this goes, the faster she'll get out of this dump.

At least she was entertained by Sora getting a piece of lightning to knock him unconscious, and she smiled in satisfaction. She could've done that willingly though, might gear the kid's brain to start working up his low IQs.

He had asked the prosecution? When? Surely, he was in straight point, looking at her in question, speaking to her and her defenses before, wasn't he? He had said nothing concerning the prosecution, except for now. Either way, she simply twirled her pen, paying attention while getting another bite of her Skittle. She should've gotten something to drink before coming, now she was thirsty.

"It is made to be fact, your honor, that if the defendant has pointed out many holes, we have the right in the process of charges made against my clients, that it can be dropped, no matter whether the Keybearers are or aren't the ones I am defending. Being a judge, you should know this. After all, this court is ignited by the fact that we are trying to defend those that are in trial, and therefore, acting on what to take or not to take depending on what it's said, is it not? Then what is the point to prove guilty or not guilty if we proved a point, and is impossible just because it isn't the Keybearers who are being questioned, your Honor? Especially as the Keybearers are going to be questioned sooner or later themselves depending on who he wants to speak up. You can obviously see a double standard in this matter, and by law itself, this shouldn't be overlooked. It only makes Pika_Power's clients look guilty as well. This is what I deem shocking and unethical. And since the conversation is obviously about the matter of whether the Keyblade is a weapon, and you did not explain throroughly what was cleared, this let me to believe that it was the argument at hand," Janexna said patiently, knowing where this was going, but not really caring anymore by this point. Let him do what he wanted. And so she ended politely, "You can do what you wish your Honor, I have nothing more to say on this matter."

She simply opened a folder, beginning to pass over the notes and papers she'd written and collected.

"You're not under dressed dear, you're just fine," Janexna assured after he finished his speech, giving him a confident nod on his direction. "As long as we can do our work, our matter of dressing is not important. I simply took the time to be elegant just in case Axel appeared. Otherwise, I wouldn't have really cared. And OBJECTION, your Honor."

She looked straight at the judge at the last sentence, before beginning. "The tail can work in many other attributes as well, other than balance issues. We have seen, as I'm sure all of us old school kids have, that the Pikachu has used his tail to attack other of your...kind, let's say, as well as making it more deadly by the use of Iron Tail. A Keyblade is a weapon. There's no other way around it, magical or not. It can hurt and kill others, as we've all seen ungracefully done, as well as shoot magical hits such as ice, thunder, and fire. The key is made of hard metal, for pete's sake. IT IS A WEAPON. And even if it jumps to the owner's hands when it is in danger, it is the owner's CHOICE to use it. Not only that, but the Keyblade can also be summoned by will, just as the members of the Organization can do so. They can also utilize it for self-defense among that. Question is, Pika_Power: How do you even know if they make their weapons? It has not been proven in game canon evidence whether or not they make it, or are born with it, just as such with their elements. Unless you can prove so by facts, your point is ABSOLUTELY moot. Sora, Riku, Roxas, Mickey, all possess a weapon and use them knowingly. Do not try to make it appear more innocent on your side. It's been said that the Keyblade can bring peace or ruin upon the worlds depending on the one who wields it. There's no arguments for this, this whole thing is ludicrous! How could anyone not consider a Keyblade a weapon that can be used for mass destruction? They may not be on trial, but I am simply using a comparison of how his clients can use their weapons freely without any charge on the matter, yet the members cannot escape this. Can you see the double standard, your Honor? Surely, you cannot accept this. I cannot believe this is seriously happening, everything points against it. It shocks me."

She could not fathom how the judge could simply take Pika_Power's side on the matter, considering that its been stated that the Keyblade is in fact, a weapon, in game and written works. She wanted to command bias on fault, but remained shut, knowing better. Completely unfair. Unbelievable. This had to be the most stupidest thing she had ever heard in all the court cases she's been in. Books and pencils can be used for weapons if intended for harm or to hit anybody. Unbefreakinglievable.

It was then she felt a shock go through her, feeling her nerves and blood veins numb for a moment, before glaring at the culprit. Though instead of attacking in court, she just smirked , and she pointed out to the judge about the action that was just taken. "I rest my case, Sir." She then went and munched hard on her Skittles, shoving many into her mouth and chewing, fully outraged.

    Unbelievable!

He stared at Saïx blankly, getting exasparated, and narrowing his eyes at his most trusted worker. "I think you know what can you help me with, Number VII. I won't repeat myself again, and for your sake, you better answer. What happened for the shelves and the items to be spread all over the floor in my absence? And why is Larxene not in her post? As well as Axel and Marluxia?"

Janexna had felt something scrabbling around under her as she worried about her hair, and stopping her movements momentarily, she put her gaze back under the table, only to see a yellow tail scurry away. She gasped indignantly. And gasped again. And just gasped. Nuuuuuuuuu! That little Pokémon stole her Skittles! Nobody stole her Skittles (pun intended). Grrr. Feeling her eyes tear up as the piece of candy was stolen from its family...and her, she was about to jump and attack in rage until she spotted that the rat had stolen a yellow one. She didn't like yellows. Sitting back down on her seat as she calmed down, a relieved sigh passing her lips, she barely heard Xelax's defense. Paying attention now, she gave a stern nod, predictably agreeing, hearing her partner's compliment and Pika_Power's retort, "The fact is, you can use your tail as a weapon, and it is matter of choice as well, concerning you, if you put any electrical charge into it for attack. So if it counts for those questioned, it counts for you. 'Possession and use of weapons without a license', as well as choosing to use them, can also be given to Sora, Riku, Mickey, and many other characters that possess them. Last time I checked, they have no signed permission from any form of authority as well, no matter what the action for using them are. Your honor, as you can see, it would be counted unfair for those charged not go the same for the rest of his clients. "

She then turned to Xelax once more, grinning at him, in high spirit, "Well, thank you, my friend. I spent many hairsprays on making this bun perfect and choosing the right earrings." She also checked out her outfit, a woman's suit with added skirt, color of a navy blue, with black stilettos for finishing touch. She then went back to her Skittles, having another bag ready, this time, the Tropical flavor version when the other finished.

Zexion had picked up Axel 'scent' long ago, however, he made no action to move, as he wanted to see what would he say or do to his presence here. It didn't take long for the man to come and notice him, however, he seemed to be suffering from a cold due to the sneezing. But what stunned Zexion the most....yes, stunned, was that he had stated that he wanted to speak to Larxene. Could it be possible? Did his brain cells return just in time to do something about what he'd done? Gazing at him blankly, his eyes growing, he kept staring at the redhead intently, pondering over this. Or was Axel just planning to break it off fully? No. Considering what he had told him about Larxene's emotional state, the fire wielder wasn't that cruel. Or so he thought so. Feeling his faith increased back, though, sensing from the look of his green eyes that he meant it, after all this time of arguing constantly for him to see the truth, he wanted somehow to call him out for his stupidity. Yet, that wouldn't do good.

For a while, he had though that getting through him was useless, and he had given up on it all, though he was going to help regardless. Only for Larxene's sake. As uncaring as he was to this all, he could not take the Savage Nymph appearing so...pathetic. That was not her. Taking in a breath, he began to say, in his low voice, "As you can see from the clothes, I'm taking these back to her room, where they belong. Listen to me carefully. Larxene is with Marluxia righ this moment, carrying her while she sleeps, and waiting for me to come with the key card to her room. We could have portalled inside, yet, I don't know if you heard....Larxene had asked of Xemnas to put a shield around her room to keep any from transporting in there, because she doesn't trust us men. The point is, unless you're looking for a fight, you better remain here for awhile. I will find a way to get Marluxia away from her, and leave her in her room alone so you can go in and...say what you need to say. After Marluxia retires to his quarters so he won't be aware of anything, I will come back here to give you the key card. From then on, is up to you."

He raised a eyebrow in interest. "What made you change your mind?"

OOC: Lol, well, I'm not familiar with her, but I'm playing myself. And I will be eating junk food xP. Eases the nerves.

"Of course not, you cannot defeat canon. It is explicitly stated in the game, that the main reason Roxas left was because he wanted to find more about his past, and why he wielded the power of the Keyblade, as well as figuring out who Sora is. While I'm sure he was somehow suspicious about the Organization's doings, we still don't know whether it was because they were keeping secrets away from him that he picked up, or something else entirely. Not to mention, a main source, the Kingdom Hearts Two Novels, had made it clear, and I quote, Roxas saying that 'the Organization are pretty bad guys', yet, it is also placed in text, that he was only trying to justify his flight from the Organization. I do not have to repeat what Naminé replied with, because it will be used. I assure you. Unless the prosecuter makes something up and pretends that he knows what were their thoughts on the matter, he will only mark his own funeral," Janexna explained in a low and tight tone, her eyes narrowing, munching on more Skittles as he watched the prosecutor's end, and she growled at what Pika_Powrr implied. The audacity!

"Obviously, if there was nothing to defend against, not many members in the poll and in posts agree on Sora's little killing spree." She gave a dark look at the yellow rat, chewing off the candy once more. Remembering back on Xelax's question though, her face turned back to a happy and casual one, smiling over at her partner as she said in a carefree voice, "I don't think hair matters. It looks crisp and neat anyway, so don't fret. Wait --- how's my hair?!"

She patted her head in anxiousness.

"Saïx! Get back over here," Xemnas ordered at him darkly and low, loud enough for him to hear, watching his assistant manager walk away from the corner of his eyes, while hearing Sephiroth hang up in his ear. The only thing that was going to happen to those emails was to throw them back into nonexistence, that's what. Placing the phone down back to its base, he turned around swiftly, marching over the Luna Diviner who was feets away. He wasn't going to leave his sight unless he fully explained about the recent mess made in his store. His patience was wearing thin.

"Do not worry, Xelax, we can do this," said his partnered Defense Attorney, Janexna, confidently, popping a red skittle in her mouth from the bag of the said sweet delights as she glared at the opposition. She was all ready for this case, albeit a bit anxiously, though she was ready to defend the members of the Organization, to show that Sora wasn't completely justified in killing them all. Then again, if the kid had the right IQ in the first place...she wondered where Roxas got his brains from.
