Daaaaayum....so many OBJECTIONS o.O. Is like Axel's "Got it memorized?"s.

Kiyoku shita ka (zomg, japanese version).

Yep, yep. That particular post was at 8:23. It would one in the morning now. And yes, I can stay up until four in the morning, and for some reason, my writing still works. Don't know how, don't know why. The only time when I can't write is when my head feels empty and...blank. Like air. Like a balloon. Talking about Axel and Roxas, I really want to reach Axel's case :D. I'M GOING TO PROTEC MY BISHIE! D< (I already outdid myself with Larxene as best I could) I'll look through every script, every game, and every novels...hey, did you know there's actually a Chain Of Memories one? =3 They're just not translated yet, but turkish_delight is planning to. Man, I really want to see that, maybe we can get some answer like how Marluxia and Larxene got into that whole mess. And perhaps get to know what the hell Larxene was thinking stroking Axel's chin, touching his chest, leaning up to him closely, etc. That was hot...I'm jealous, but that was hot. She's lucky she's my favorite female character. It was like Larxene was saying to all fangirls, "HAHAH! TAKE THAT, BETCHES! BWUAHAHAHAH! >D".

And she achieved the fangirl slaughter ^o^. Pissing them off, and watching them whine about her touching Axel's lips after the scenes were out. Those days were a good laugh...

OOC: That was the hardest thing I ever had to do. No matter what decision, you'll displease someone. I always hate that type of situation thrown on me T-T. And ICSP, Larxene didn't hit you >.<. She only shrugged a shoulder, and gave you a small electric shock to get your hand off. Xelax is fine :).

As for the post, I need my brain to recharge.

"Yeah, yeah..." was all Larxene responded with, the end of her lips quirking into a small smile as she held on to Naminé while Axel encircled and trapped the use of the girl's hands. She wanted this harem outfit off for a lot of things, she didn't want this forever, there was always the problem of showering, and it would be morning, day, and night, alll the time with the same clothes, unchanging. Nobody, even with hearts or not, wanted that, and she didn't either. That's a lifestyle she did not want to go through, and wouldn't. Her thoughts were blown away when she caught some red, more darker than Axel's, in the tip of her blue orbs, and her head turned sharply to eye Jafar there. Her hope raised up, only to dwindle once she studied his expression. And soon enough, it was confirmed.

A rush of disappointment and renewed anger passed through her, so much, that the air crackled loudly with a few sparks from the news. It wasn't surprising that she began yelling again, leaving Naminé in Axel's care as she hauntingly stepped up to genie, fists clenched. "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT, DAMN IT! FIX IT! I CANNOT LIVE THE REST OF MY NONEXISTANT LIFE IN THIS HAREM OUTFIT! TAKE IT OFF!" She was about to attack as a rage flowed through her, until it was quelled a little when she remembered what Xaldin had said. At this, her face turned more into one of wonder, and she took a glance at Axel. "Xaldin said something that Genie's phone number was on the employee list along with the rest, and I saw it. I don't have my cell phone with me, but I don't know if that's the real deal or not since genies having phones? We can contact him...that is, if it is possible."

She looked at Jafar dangerously in a piercing and deadly glare, as if daring him to say otherwise. It was then though when she felt something break in the air, and she had to jump back to avoid being cut by a sword, closely getting her if she didn't move out of the way just a second before, due to her speed. Landing back on the floor with a graceful swoosh and a flutter from her bedsheet, she looked up at Sephiroth. Fantastic. Seeing as she backed away more from behind Axel and Naminé, summoning one kunai, she went over to them quickly, stopping his hands gently from continuing locking the teen. It was useless now, and since Sephiroth was here.... that was something more important. With a sharp rip, she cut the strip that held the tape and roll together, before cutting the strips that binded Naminé's wrists with one expert swipe, freeing her. Girl got lucky.

OOC: You just had to have me make a decision, right? *sigh* I had to freaking dig my brains and go through multiple reasons for this. I don't want to be unfair.

And Repliku, the Aggravated Assaults has to fall under the child abuse because is still physical, considering Larxene did them to minors and the same people. Anyway, I don't think is a point on arguing, and let it go. Is not like it just disappeared, they're still there.

Larxene should've thought more before hitting on Xelax, as he was acting all good-natured and smiling, yet she just smirked slightly to herself, she didn't know whether it was cynically or in sardonic attempt. Even so, she did shrug the hand off her shoulder in a electric shudder, feeling a bit odd with the show of affection which seemed almost distant from the last time she had experienced it, long ago. It was...weird, to put it plainly.

Don't worry, hmm? Her head still on her arms, she simply drifted her gaze to the Superior. She never really trusted him, a notice that came too late after she already joined to get back her heart, and didn't so now. Though, if he did sign the papers....

Janexna overheard Mr. Power speaking...she always had a sense of hearing greater than normal, though she kept that to herself, and she went to disliking him again. And to think, she was almost in path that he had the best interest at heart and was planning for fair. Guess that didn't turn out right. So that was his goal? Simply condemn them all because he didn't deem them salvagable or wouldn't let the charges be dropped because he just didn't accept the fact that they can be? Not to mention, the obvious resentment for Larxene was in the tip of the tone and he wasn't going to permit the judge's decision for that reason. Still, the charge left was up to Xemnas, and since the prosecution was wanting the words from the Superior himself, well....she turned to look at the leader, awaiting the decision with nerves, wringling her hands. She was a bit miffed that Xelax talked to Xemnas before to sign the papers and wasn't told, yet now was the moment.

She could even notice Larxene raising her head a little in interest as Xelax comforted her, her eyes flickering on Xemnas. Janexna had nothing else to say that the prosecution kept arguing, they presented what they can, and it was to the judge's decision. End of. There was no reason to keep this trial on any longer, and it was obvious they were all tired and wanted to move on.

Marluxia's blankness was taken away at the a moment, as mixture of surprise and dislike lingering on his eyes, though he remained still. They actually left it that Xemnas decided the conspiracy charge. Perfect. Now is a situation where he couldn't predict what his answer would be, though he didn't expect for Xemnas to sign the papers initially either.

Xemnas was quite jolted out of his own reverie and how intently he was intrigued with the case, until he had heard what Mr. Birdman had placed the decision on him. He had concluded that since he signed the papers, he had escaped from being asked, though as the attorney was quite determined, he took the time to think more on it. What would he gain from keeping the charge? Satisfaction? Perhaps. Served punishment? Maybe. However, there was already the fact that everything was indeed over. The traitors had paid for their conspiracy with death, while Roxas had to go back to Sora, giving up his own existence, not that he ever was suppose to exist. And what would happen after the court sessions reached a finality? Did they return back to darkness where they were summoned back alive, from after being put through the charges and reaching a verdict? It was a lot to to contemplate well, and he knew that he wasn't one to keep a grudge for what happened over a year considering that they all got their deserved fate, and he couldn't and didn't feel such a thing.

He was much neutral on this matter, among everything else on the trial. Then again, he did think their presence in the court was forced, as they were all dead, even himself. Supposely, he might be going back to his former glory as a human, considering what this Xelax had shown him in these...Nomura interviews. So, to drop them, or to not? To give the members death again, when they weren't even in the Organization any longer, when there wasn't one, and their plans and hard work thrown to nonexistance after it all. Was it worth it now? They could simply go back to darkness and remain there, which is what he wanted to do as he had a path to set upon waiting. Who had summon them?

Thinking deeply, his nonchalant expression raised up to meet the judge's directly as he opened his mouth, slowly replying, "I have decided to..." He thought it over once more, making sure he was making the right move. "Drop them."

However, it did not mean they were saved. He had been planning to confront them himself ever since they were back, especially Marluxia. Now was the proper time, when this was all over. Yet, with Roxas...he had to exclude him. The other two Keybearers were on his side, and he could not take on three.

OOC: I do believe that Xemnas would've dropped them, yet I had to go over pros and cons of this before finally deciding in a unbiased conclusion. Keeping them was close, yet dropping them won it over. Sorry it took long. Though now I'm thinking to having some epic battle for the thread to go with a bang in the end.

Larxene, still holding on to Naminé, waited to see as Axel was going to tie her up, though it was once again distracted by Xaldin. She merely watched them interact impatiently, her eyes sharply going to the Whirlwind Lancer, until she saw him throw a camera at the redhead, Axel catching it gracefully. She liked when guys showed fast reflexes and look sexy and cool while doing it. Curious, though making sure not to loosen the hold on the girl, she stepped more closer to Axel when he went to show her the picture, leaning her head in, and her eyes grew a little. She never thought she'd missed her normal outfit, though she began to ponder what kind of trick was that...did the camra break through the magic so it takes photo of the original, or what? And a computer world? While it was interesting, she shook her head slightly, her eyes narowing as she sighed. "While I'd like to think on how that was done, if it doesn't get my uniform back, I consider it useless. Keep it though."

It was there after she said her words that Xaldin decided to make his decision on not telling Xemnas, which was all they wanted, and she peered at him walking off. Guess the camera was suppose to be a throwaway present, though she wondered what else did the mechanism do.

"We would need to place two or three long strips for her to be make she is not able to speak. That, and we need to lock her hand with tape, unless they are handcuffs close by. We wouldn't want her to try something sneaky now..." Larxene went over with him, smiling at the girl too innocently and sweet to the point where it was creepy, before looking over at Axel normally. She wasn't going to go too far. Well, maybe she was, but then they didn't want Sephiroth on their behind, now, did they? Putting the blonde's arms behind her back as if she was being arrested, and holding her in a vice grip on the wrists to hold it, she went to say, "For now though, let's wait to see what Naminé has to say on her behalf before going to that extreme. If she screams though, be ready to cover her mouth...any questions?"

Janexna shook her head. It seems Mr. Birdman likes to think that everything he says is right and should not be countered, because he simply takes it that way and that's how it should be, from the vibe of his words right now. Like the account of theft and the attempted murder of Sora (which she knew that if Larxene did defeat him, it would be considered K.O.d instead of being murdered like a normal fight, not to mention, the said words Larxene uttered can spider through all different meanings like she had presented. On Birdman's side, those were unfounded as much as hers), and he appears not to look it any other way, but his own. Those two should at least be dropped, in her opinion, as they are the most hypothetical, and it really depends on the point of view in the person, and does not stand as fact. The only coercion she could agree with is the Repliku one, maybe coecing Naminé to do so, but that also cannot be proven, considering how many people were in there, and how many could portal, and that the scene was NOT shown to dictate. Also, as been evidenced by her canon quote, Naminé wasn't force by Larxene into anything. Sora....she wasn't too sure about, she'll see the judge's decision on that. Very, very, minor severity of coercion, if that was the case. She thought the Aggravated Assault was useless to add, and she was going to say why:

"Your Honor, for a last final word, wouldn't the Aggravated Assaults fall under Child Abuse? The assaults were given to what we consider children. As you can see, the assaults are the main reasons why Larxene has been placed the charge of abuse in the first place, so the three counts for assaults are the same for child abuse, to which is why my client pleaded guilty for it. So I think, that is better to cross out the 3 Aggravated Assaults, and simply leave 3 Counts of Child Abuse as permanent, and the assaults would fall under that category. I think is tedious to have the same thing put under a different name."

Repliku "reacted"...wonder what reaction was that. It was still a charge to hit and Larxene had to counter it in self-defense, no matter how much Birdman was sugar coating it. She was sure the Savage Nymph wouldn't have even touched him or even bothered with Repliku if he didn't do so. It would've saved them both from the charged coercion.

The "theft" was still stupid to her and was just there so the list is bigger like the attempted murder of Sora because "nighty night, you sham" and "your funeral" were outright hints of murder apparently. So she wasn't going to think much on that. And she somehow wished Xelax didn't go over the Repliku thing again.

Of course, she wasn't going to say any of this outloud, it was more like a summary to herself and what's been argued this whole hours(?), as now it is time to wait for the judge's final decision. Hopefully, he will go over what all of them said cautiously and put on a balanced verdict enough to be fair, yet enough to teach Larxene her lesson, though she honestly didn't know how the girl will take it, no matter the minority of it.

Marluxia just sat patiently, not at all fazed by what the attorneys brought up about him, though a bit angry at how easy he was to be thrown that way. He did think this whole court session was a type of joke. Not as severe as Larxene, but it was really much more like watching, then really being in anticipation and/or be anxious of. And with what he has done, the attorneys were going to have to pull many to try and get him out of this. Maybe he could save them the trouble, and plead guilty to all charges now, unless they had a argument to lessen one. It was then he decided to wait for his turn, and see where his trial went...by now, he wasn't sure himself. Still, he had known that Larxene's charges were not to be taken so seriously, and they needed to prove that.

Larxene had laid her head in the table on her arms, her face hidden as she closed her eyes, not wanting to hear it any longer. At least Janexna took her word and did not say anything. And now, they waited, not her. She was over it and done with.

OOC: I'm actually surprised when I read ICSP's post myself (yeah, he didn't tell me that, though I guess since we play Xemnas , it was common sense), because I was planning to actually discuss what Xemnas would do first, so it wouldn't be unfair like that. Yet...what's to be is to be unless it could be retracted :/. Though if you ask me, I really honestly think that Xemnas would've chosen to drop it. The punishment for traitors in the Organization is obvious, and it happened in the time of need, so that's it. That, and I can't think of how Xemnas would take the court here to give them a lesser sentence to said traitors. And if there was to be any punishment given, it seemed to be right for Xemnas wanting to do it himself. Erm, that's what I was planning to discuss ^^;. I think we can still go over I though...

Janexna had to answer to this one in particular. "So she attacked him with lightning and kunai. Is just like there's a hard metallic key that coud literally blow or beat someone dead in reality. Is just like Axel's chakrams, who's pointy ends should've stabbed enough to kill where there wasn't even a need to be a second battle, and Sora never dies. All you get is that he's K.O.d in the game. That's the thing, is a game...fighting with weapons, is like fighting with Sock'em Boppers or something..."

She shouldn't have said that, because now she had the jingle stuck in her head. Sock'em Boppers, sock'em boppers! More fun than a pillow fight! Blow them up, put your hand inside, get ready to have, the time of your life! Sock'em Boppers...

Janexna shook her head. What the hell was wrong with her? Though she noted that it was like the Power Rangers theme...great, now she had that stuck in her head. Go, go Powe-

She got a grip on herself.

"No. She attacked him, but while she was doing so, the charm had fallen out by itself and clattered to the floor. It could be seen in the scene itself by watching how Larxene hits Sora, that she wasn't aiming for that objection. When the charm was on the ground, she picked it up. It could not be proven by fact that she was going to destroy it, if not, just merely taunting Sora with that so that she would see his reaction, which would make more sense. Bet she didn't expect for him to hit it out of her hand like that, though," Janexna stated, remembering to herself that's what must've gotten Larxene pissed considering the look in her face after that. "That's a possible canon outcome that can't be refuted, and it should not be unheeded, which is why I even said so in the first place. Is not for my own benefit here."

Those were little nitpicks though, and she went for the real reason she was responding.

"And now that Vexen's added, I bet Larxene said something when Marluxia told Axel his order, and she talked it over with him here when there's no such conversation, because in the very scene it was decided right there Vexen's death order because of what he was doing, and apparently....Larxene had a hand in it, she probably even sent hand signals to Marluxia and put a finger slash across her neck, or maybe Marluxia could lip read and that's how she could be charged. For the quote of her saying testing Axel, considering he had gone, leaving Larxene and Marluxia alone there for Marluxia to explain what the order was about while Axel was taken care of it, this could be deduced. Your Honor, all you have to do is see the video, and that would be answer enough that doesn't need to be explained. Maybe we should present the scene again to see the nonexistent 'association' Birdman has now placed," Janexna replied in a very sarcastic tone once hearing the Vexen charge, shaking her head unbelievably.

She thought anything where Larxene is in the room would be considered coercion or association. Seriously. It was getting kind of ridiculous in her opinion, and here she was thinking the charge of "theft", God forbid someone picks up something on the floor, was bad enough. The only coercion she could see was the one with Repliku. And she was honestly lost on how could Larxene's words to Namine, for the rare times they interacted, which was two, could ever force the girl into anything. She really did try to see it, but with Namine saying Marluxia threatened her with keeping her locked up forever as a permanent incentive for the girl to alter Sora's memories, which was proven to be a direct quote, she just couldn't. And maybe for the first time ever, she appreciated that Mr. Power at least sees the things that were said, or be more fair, despite the fact that it bothered him to admit it. It appears he wasn't as hotheaded or ravish into blaming as before. Maybe it was too soon to judge (pun not intended) him.

Feeling a piercing stare on her, she found Larxene giving her one of the most deadliest glares she had yet to see from her, the expression reminding her of what she had sworn to. Janexna did send her a apologetic look, and stopped herself, a bit guilty that she went on when she had promised, but the unfairness was blatant in her eyes, and it irked her. She had to say something. Still, as Larxene didn't want to be defended, there was nothing she could do, but take the slaughter that were being put against her. Before doing the final decision though, she stared over at the blonde, sternly replying slowly, "Are you sure this is what you want, Larxene? The things they're putting are making it seem more like a crime than it really, truly is..." And it was killing her. However, she got a firm nod from Larxene, but even then she was reluctant.

"Just do it, as I said, I've made my decision and I won't change my mind....let the prosecution think what they want," Larxene somewhat encouraged tightly, though also a bit genuinely surprised that she got Vexen on her charge now for whatever reason was going through this Birdman's mind. She was even more surprised that Mr. Power, the yellow thing (she didn't know what he was yet), even somewhat agreed to some of the arguments, as small as it was. It made her think that it was perhaps Birdman who she should be weary of. Again, though, it didn't matter to her. Now she was being more determined because of that, and the truth of the court room and its twisted versions were finally rearing its ugly head. If she ever wanted to be defended, it wouldn't be right now anymore.

She nodded, and now looked over at the judge, closing the case, then. Janexna didn't know she would feel such disappointment in this, but it was to be taken. She tried her best to convince Larxene otherwise, yet it was for naught. Breathing a sigh, she gave a serious look to Xelax, asking him not to defend, since that confused her a little, and it was only keeping on the trial going, which was why she didn't answer to anymore of Mr. Power's words. That was it. It was over. And it was then she spoke. "First, I would like to apologize for my loose of words there when my client did not want me to. Let's just...just finish it. So, for the matter at hand, the Defendant has decided infinitely to end her trial, and in final, no going back. Though I think it could be possible, considering we've gotten really far on the case to go over almost everything, including the Vexen charge now, for it not to go to waste, we can set the list of charges, to determine the decision for each after checking the arguments put all around them until now, and see the final verdict you choose, your Honor. I do believe that's the best path to conclude all this, and you can even do it now or after all the members are done. Is only a suggestion, so, is really all up to you whether to do that or just close the whole thing, Sir. And the prosecution."

And she waited, a bit upset at the turn out of Larxene's refusal. Favorite character or not, the girl was like trying to break through a thick, strong, solid boulder.

OOC: They're inside a hall, close to the dorm rooms to get changed..have their bathing suits.

Tifa was rolling her eyes at the so manly greeting, and was just listening to the rest talk, keeping close to Cloud, until Leon was staring at her, saying a greeting. Basically, she had mostly seen him in school, though she had met him once in a life time at Hollow Bastion, or what was now called, Radiant Garden, according to the rumors. She didn't expect him to notice her, but a smile going to adorn her face, she gave a nod at him. "Hello. Nice to actually finally meet you, personally."

Aerith giggled to herself, finding the talk between him and Tifa funny, considering she was kind of awkward, but either way, her smile turned into a grin, almost in a welcoming manner as she eyed the new male to the gang, or rather, talking to them. "Where were you heading to, Leon? You're usually rarely seen."

"Yeah, well she shouldn't have been spying and peering at us in the first place, maybe even planning to notify that we're here," Larxene replied, quite startled that Axel had come back, yet she didn't show it, as she was still a bit miffed at him. Though it didn't stop her from going less angry at Naminé, and she still kept her kunai at hand. Picking up the girl from the scruff of her clothes in a tight grip, she went to stand straight back up, dragging the younger blonde with her. Placing her hand in Axel's shoulder casually, who was right behind her, she smirked down at the form, telling not at all a request, "I'm going to have to babysit, it seems. Is there some tape to shut her mouth with or gag her?"

OOC: Well, we're going to have to plan it now, as Larxene's court case had closed in a unexpected bang. I'm making her flirt with Xelax since he was looking at her (playing with him), though we need a comment or something to stir it up.

And my hectic week is just starting :/, I'm making head way now just to post in the RPs I'm suppose to. And, yeah, make to end the night.

"Wake up, Larxene. I know you're not sleeping."

It was true, she wasn't, she hadn't been able to, and she blamed Axel for that. If he only would've stayed, as he always just walks away without asking her, though he wasn't exactly at fault. The whole night she spent looking at the darkness, closing her eyes momentarily, only to open them again, thinking, pondering, contemplating, feeling lonely. She wanted to repeat the time when she was in Axel's arms, and would've slept in his bed with him if it wasn't for the future interruption, which was something that she had needed. As for her throat, on top of that, she didn't even know if it was still working properly, that's how bad the dryness affected her to the point of it feeling numb like sand paper. Nevertheless, knowing the voice and the scent that now lingered the room, her red, heavy lidded, bagged eyes stared at up Marluxia, who was fresh and clean to the cut in his Organization uniform. The sun's strong rays that were now coming pass the window of the day outside, lit up the whole room in its glory, making her eyes shrink and worsen. However, it didn't stop them from spotting what Marluxia was holding. Water. Pure and fantastic water. Oh, the joy. Along with a glass, and a packet, which from what she read in a blurry vision, was something on pain killers. In her bits gladness of the object that she had prayed for the constant hours before being present, she muttered, not in her voice, but breathing like she was gasping for air, "You're wonderful, Marluxia..." He saw the guy smirk at that, though just for him not to get the wrong idea, she added just a second later, in the same lack of vocals, "You brought exactly what I needed with the water. GIVE ME WATER. NOW."

"Well, sure looks like you need it. No offense, but you definitely didn't get the rest you were suppose to, and you look like it," Marluxia stated, pointing out the obvious as he studied her face, with the bags under her eyes, and the fact that she looked like she was to go unconscious in the world of dreams any given nano second. Hopefully, this wasn't going to be a case of insomnia too. What amazed him the most though, and what caught his attention, was that her beauty somehow shone through it all. Yet, as she was needing the liquid, he sat on the chair that was left over last night as he moved it to the side table, where he prepared what he brought for her. Pouring the water in the glass from the bottle, he placed it down when it was to the brim of the long cup, and went to open the small packet of pills, two prepared to be drank. Placing it on the surface for the moment though, he got up again to move and sit down beside Larxene closely in the bed, slowly and carefully, picking her up and helping her to sit right up, to which she was dazed to, considering her lack of sleep. Marluxia found himself in the same position he had her before, slumped on his chest, along with her slim and curvacious body against his torso, and with his one free arm, he handed her the glass.

Thankfully, she managed to hold it, though he saw her cringe a little, and for that he quickly grabbed the two pills and placed it on her other hand, putting his hand on top of hers in the cup to hold it still and lend his strength. He had been planning to do this ever since last night as he left, thinking that she needed nutrients, water which was necessary, and to help her from the physical pain, from what he had been thinking before, pain killers.

Larxene had to admit at her nature-loving friend, that he did care enough to spend so much time with her, and even go out of his way to tend to her needs, especially right in the morning. It made her feel a bit guilty that her love wasn't for him, and that she couldn't return it, though all she had was the close friendship they had conjured, and she hoped...that would be enough, despite knowing that he wanted more. This also reminded her of the lack of Axel that she didn't get last night, though this time, he didn't wish he was in Marluxia's place. She could at least give the Graceful Assasin that honor for being here unlike Axel didn't, it was what she could do, despite her inner yearning for the redhead and his smell filling her up as she leaned her head into a chest. Forcing her arm to move in a painful stroke, she popped the two pills inside her mouth, letting that part of her body slump on top of the covers now that it was used in ache, only to begin drinking the water with Marluxia's lending hand, immediately swallowing the pain killers, though also not stopping from gourging the H2O down her throat like she had been through the hot, sweating, desert and back, and in great need of it. But ithe water was super cold, supper soft, and it was soothing her throat as it smoothed it out inside...she wanted more and more.

That couldn't happen though, because the glass was then empty.

"Want what's left on the bottle?" Marluxia asked in his ever deep, blank voice, though somewhat amused at her slurping it down like a drunkard to his beer, putting the glass back on the side table, and picking up the said plastic bottle, bringing it close to her face. Seeing her nod, this time, he brought it to her lips, not wanting her to move her arm, and tilted it a little for her to drink, which she did so...very gratefully. Waiting until it finished, he went to continue, "You should get some sleep, and I'll stay here if you need any kind of company."

OOC: By the way, the blue Genie is hiding as a coffer maker(?) in Riku's house in the kitchen counter. And Jafar is in Riku's house.

Larxene, deciding to ignore Xaldin at the moment, knew that there was a phone in many of the counters here, though she was still willing to let Jafar handle on seeking the Genie out, as with his connection magically, he could figure out where he was. Couldn't trust him either though, so she was willing to do it herself, as Axel went his own way. Before she could step anywhere though, she found someone fall over in front of her out of nowhere, and looking at the girl figure, she recognized her as one of KMart's employees. Naminé. Glaring down at her immediately, kunai were suddenly close on the girl's skin of her neck as the Nymph bent down in rapid movement, threatening as her blue orbs narrowed. "I suggest you keep that we are here shut, wouldn't you?"

Wait. Considering the girl might yell for help, she took her kunai away from the danger of slashing her throat, just in case.

Aerith, along with Tifa and Cloud stopped in front of what Yuffie, and who she recognized as Leon, a companion of hers. Politely, she smiled at him in greeting, giving a small wave with her free arm, though also wondering what he was doing here. Thinking that she should also say something, she went to eye the handsome brown haired man again. "Hey, Leon. Surprise to see you here at this moment." Letting go of Cloud, considering they didn't have to force him to move anymore and as they were friends now...much to her heart, she waited questionably. She wasn't expecting for someone to pop up to where they were exactly, but all the better company, and Cloud might have some male to talk to.

Tifa didn't say anything as she let go as well, just watched, as while she knew Leon by appearance, but being a Skater, she didn't really speak to him. If at all. He was gorgeous in his own right though, yet she remained silent and let Aerith handle this, who seem to know him, predictably.

OOC: Decided to give a bit of closure in my free time. I think that doesn't really be considered a charge on the prosecution's side of the matter, as it was within Xemnas's own Organization, and he was suppose to be deemed the right to place it as a charge, not the prosecution. The Organization in itself is a unregistered group. Thus, it can easily be claimed considering the conspiracy was to him, to make Xemnas have the decision to drop them.

"Is not just the death penalty, is the stupidity of it all. We were dead, which could consist of getting the punishment of all the suppose crimes were being charged against. Only to be brought back alive for a freaking trial, for two egotistic sides to steer the other wrong for mere pride, and going through this unneeded bull, minus lesser punishments? Spare me. I already made my decision," was what Larxene snarled, as if it wasn't clear to everyone else what she said before, leaning on the table. Going to prison? As if. She could easily leave right there or self-implode...but she didn't have fire, yet lightning was a millions times hotter to the temperature of the sun than flames anyway. Let's see how that one will go. She then shifted to Repliku, to which she laughed at his words, and simply crossed her arms, very entertained by his shout out. Was he expecting her to get angry? Sure, she was a bit furious, but it made it all the better as her stare pierced at him darkly. "I'm not created in the way you are, I'm a missing piece of someone that's real. You're a copy. Shut up and sit down like a good boy, this isn't your problem and your case. I have nothing to prove or show my self-worth to anyone in here."

As for Mr. Power, that yellow rat couldn't be taken seriously at all and fueled on bias than anything else. It was like the thing was asking to be hated. At least Mr. Birdman was there to overshadow his lack of discipline. In a unexpected flash though, her body turned around, and grabbed a Xelax's briefcase and some of the papers in the table that were out in uncanny speed, and waved it above the attorneys, looking at the objects in interest. "I wonder what happens to paper once it's struck by lightning."

Janexna had felt the urge to continue, she really did, as the charges were strictly in it score merely interpreted to be found as coerced, yet in all the words Larxene had spoken to Naminé before, if it's look, she couldn't see how that would ever force the girl to do anything if it wasn't for Marluxia's threat. That, and the prosecution's were hypothetical too. From what the judge said, it was really up to her to continue. However, she also didn't doubt Larxene would destroy half of the evidence they had, as a crackle was heard on the air, and looking sadly at the blonde, she nodded, not going to argue it (which she was going to do anyway). "Fine then, we'll stop as you requested." She didn't feel good about it all, but it wasn't like she could force Larxene to be defended if she didn't want to. Yet, she was expecting to get their stuff back, though Larxene was still holding them, a light spakrto be seen very close. Was she missing something? It was then the realization hit her, and smiling a bit weakly, she stared at the girl. "I promise."

Her smile widened even more when Larxene put back the folders and sheets, and handed the briefcase to Xelax, becoming empty handed. The Savage Nymph did hesitate as if thinking over whether to make their stuff wander away out of existence, yet she decided on a good conclusion. She watched as the female began to leave without another word, though not at her assigned seat (with the other members who appeared more like the jury than anything else), but to the door. Or she could portal. From her body language though, she did look tired, so spotting a open chair that was empty, she stepped to it and dragged it up at the table, and for Xelax's sake, since she had caught him at one point eyeing her, she put it between them. "Wait, you can rest here if you like, there's a table to lay your head in, in case you want to stay and see the rest of the proceedings. Your trial is over, so I don't think it will negate any form of objection, as a defendant is seen to always sit besides his or her lawyer when in court...that is, if you're still firing me."

"I never even hired you in the first place," Larxene replied in a voice that was deemed for people who lacked the full process of their brains, looking at Janexna wearily. That was the thing, none of the Organization asked for this and they were being forced through it. Law was indeed corrupted. Yet, it did make her wonder what was seriously wrong with that girl. She had some fire hidden inside, but otherwise seemed overly peppy and Skittle obsessed. Bleh. Smirking to herself though, she did want to see how the rest of the members were going to be prosecuted, not to mention being offered a front seat to it. Then she can leave. Reluctantly, she retracted back her steps, and sending a suspicious gaze at Janexna, she sat down on the chair between the two attorneys, and pulled it in silently.

Still, being here reminded her of how Xelax was staring over at her from time to time, and smirking deviously, she eyed him in a almost seductive and suggestive expression, her eyes lowering slightly, and she placed a finger to his lips slowly in a hush manner inside his shadowed face. Her blue eyes glinted looking up at him as her face pulled closer...too closer, almost as if to see through the dark, yet to also hint, as her voice whispered in a breath, "Why are you always hooded?"

Larxene could see the outlines well enough, so she could imagine, but the face was very obscured. This was mainly her doing this because she wanted to play around with his mind a little, though now that it was out, she did ponder on why he kept it hidden.

NUUUU! YOU'RE SUPPOSE TO DO THAT TO AXEL ONLY! Janexna screamed in her mind in sorrow, her inner Larxel fangirlism appearing slightly, in which she had locked away completely for this case, considering the two surely didn't like each other. Or, at least, the whole touching and flirting thing, as well as getting along with Axel was over after what he did. She never really understood why in CoM the Nymph was all feeling up on her man either, yet she would get her a** kicked in a fight in a half a second, so it was best not to bring that up. Though what Larxene asked, made her stare at Xelax questionably in a calm manner, in curiosity. That was a good question. She had never seen Xelax's face in all her time on knowing him. Odd.

OOC: By the way, I don't think nothing really disproves that Naminé doesn't have Kairi's memories either. She seemed pretty well in touch with her past, and is all mixed anyway.

"YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" Janexna boomed at the news, pointing her finger at her in a 'OBJECTION' pose while her eyes blared and narrow, furious in more ways than one. First, this would be unfair to Larxene, who's charges weren't that much compared to others. Second....she just went and replied to all the prosecution's statements. Sniff. Oh, how she wanted to cry. She couldn't have gone this far into nothing.

"I HEREBY FIRE YOU!" Larxene yelled with just as extreme booming voice, pointing a finger sharply back at her in one second reflex, making a swoosh sound, though her expression was far more deadly. As it should be. She heard Janexna just give a very over dramatic gasp, her breath sucking in like a vacuum. Yeah, that dramatic. Rolling her eyes, Larxene put her arm down. "Considering, you're the attorney that's defending me, I have a right that I don't want to be defended, do I not? You can take care of the others…" Given a pissed off look at Janexna, she once more stared up at the judge, her lips in a thin line as her expression was determined, waiting for him to see that she was right.

Still, making sure that this wouldn't go on, she excused herself as she headed over to the lawyer hauntingly in slow steps, until she was face to face with the female, who took back her arm sheepishly right away. "If the prosecution demands having to reply, which....I'm happy to say, is predictable from Mr. Power, swear that you won't go and counter it, and let this crap go. I, uh...appreciate...okay, well, not really, but still, admittedly you've done a good job so far...and that's the LAST compliment you'll ever hear from me, but I'm sick and I'm drained from this. Trust me when I say I will stand against it. I don't even care, damn, I'll even create suicide, worked for Axel. What's the point? Brought back from the dead, which would serve enough of a punishment I would think, only to be tried when there's a death penalty? Do I have your word or not?"

Her icy blue eyes bored into her intently and in expectancy , though there was a calculating glint as if daring her to refuse. This was to work in convincing her.

She pouted, and Janexna went to look over at Xelax, as if asking for some help on convincing the girl not to. Or...to do something. She was really not sure what to do now. Larxene really want it to leave it, but...

EDIT: Forgot to change the pink xP. I'll go rest after this, maybe if I feel better I'll come back for awhile.

OOC: Aw, but my favorite color is pink...just one last time then. And when I said continue, I would've have liked it to wait until I finish posting it all.

She ignored the first part, as that would be added right, but wentt for the second. "The fact is, picking something up from the ground and simply waving it at somebody, is not to be considered theft in the crime. I guess that means that if my friend dropped something, and I picked it up, only to play around with her to get it, that considers me a thief? I should've been to jail years ago then." She looked at the Pokémon. "Now let me finish, please.

"I don't understand this, Larxene is not dead by that time, and this only proves that by not heeding Larxene was somewhere in the castle, the forceful and intimidation weren't as drastic as the prosecution places, or else Naminé would've been staying put. Though in the end, you could guess that she would be reasoned by Axel. If you look at the transcript, with only Naminé and Larxene, you could see she did not do much to harness any mental damage, if at all, apparently at her words. Tell me, if you see how this could be turned into coercion, and I mean her words...which I will continue..."

"I would dismiss the luring into the castle argument, as this pertains more to Marluxia, than to Larxene. Considering Mr. Power's quote here, that he presented, Naminé says she's been alone for so long? How long precisely? It's been said, which I will find in my folder if need be, that Naminé was found and born in Castle Oblivion, meaning, she was there already, alone. The time she spent there is unknown, and she perhaps did not know where to go, yet why would Larxene instigate the loneliness, which again, none of her quotes pertain that she was adding to the said feeling, when Naminé was lonely enough by then to lure Sora in? There's obviously a contradiction there, and it's apparent that Larxene had nothing to do with what Naminé had garnered over the rest of her existence. Is safe to say here, the quote that I posted, that Marluxia keeping her locked in the Castle forever would've been enough to alter Sora's memories and coerced her into obeying, considering she was already feeling the loneliness. He's in charge of the castle and the child, meaning he has to keep his eye on her. Larxene doesn't have that power, and this has nothing to do with her. Who's not to say that Naminé, with Larxene, wouldn't take the chance to escape? It's proven Larxene wasn't always chatting with the girl, or in the same room, and wasn't kept on watching her, if at all...and it looked rare. We can presume that it was the same way even before the whole plan came to existence. Why would a person such as Larxene, talk with a meek girl such as Naminé more than she should when half of the Organization was sent there? ANOTHER good thing to note here, is while Naminé kept mentioning Marluxia, nowhere, even before and after the death of the Savage Nymph, did she found blame out loud for the other, who presumably, according to the prosecution, terribly forced her, coerced her, manipulated her, or...'mentally damage' her. Considering the fact that Sora defeated Larxene, that would've been a perfect reason on Naminé confession to harbor some thoughts on the female. But there is none, nada. If only the ones present here are, and we can also think, making this fact, Naminé herself said nothing,. We can believe that the child, perhaps being angry or upset at Larxene's actions to Sora, did not blame her fully."

"Again, your Honor, how is that in anyway forcing her to do anything she wasn't already told to do? While Larxene's was a reminder, nothing seem to possess such a tremendous action as, to put it in Mr. Power's words, mental damage. Precisely, I think there are only two scenes concerning the only two females, if it wasn't this one that coerced her, then what was it? The other didn't also put that form either, as Larxene was merely asking her in a genuine matter as to why she was so gloomy all the time, when she was going to Sora? Perhaps in Larxene's mind, as she could be deemed by her personality, it looked alright with her that despite the actions that were taken, in the end, she would have what she wanted. In this case, it wasn't the same view for Naminé, in which she replied to it as so. Another thing to note, is that Naminé wasn't scared to respond to Larxene's statement in case of retribution, and Larxene herself didn't give a biting remark or attacked her either with physical hits or verbal insult, nor did Naminé show any sign of recoil. Psychologically, if the person was being harmed, shielding herself would've been a expected move. You can even say that she was, in her own special way, pointing at Naminé's constant dejected appearance and giving her a reason not to be so sad over it, as we can interpret that to Larxene's opinion, this was nothing to be sad about.

By not understanding Sora's fake promise that kept him going to protect Naminé despite it not real, it can be imagined that Larxene does not recognize people's soft intentions and loyalty. Is more like a contrast, that if she was in Naminé's place, she would be sure not to feel anything regretful and be real in the person's heart she wanted to be. It works when before beginning, that she says, 'So what?', as if there was nothing wrong. It didn't force or coerce Naminé into anything, and the child in fact, explained against it, so it wasn't like she was manipulated. Again, this is another situation that can be seen in different views depending on the person thinks when watching, so I rather not take this too much into consideration, except of course, that it seems that there's no 'mental damage' that's being talked about here either. THAT's what I would like to see. Prove that Naminé was affected by Larxene, with something that she WASN'T feeling or looking down, forlorn, quiet, at the time already before even Larxene stepped in. And PROVE that Larxene had supposedly made it worse in reactions. And no, angry pout/glare doesn't count, that itself contradicts it, since it proves more that Naminé wasn't being coerced or manipulated to not agree. Of course, since Larxene was on the plan, she wasn't going to be 'you're free', as that would ruin what they were working towards, but as I'm sure she left later, it goes back to Naminé being hold up by something else."

Her main goal was to lower Larxene's charges, and if it works out, drop them, but as it were, whichever works was fine. And, damn, she was feeling really thirsty now, and in a daydream, she could see herself fulfilling her thirst oh so sexily by kissing Axel on his hot lips and making out in a passionate-

*cough* She flipped over some papers, fanning herself with her hand. Thankfully, she was almost done.

"Nobody is refusing the fact that Naminé wasn't the one who came up with the plan, Mr. Birdman, so that was pretty much unneeded. The fact that Naminé had no real memories of her past is considered to be not correct, as while the Ansem Reports say perhaps that she has no exact memories, is not guaranteed pure fact because by that time, Naminé was simply being studied. Everything after and in the game, you'll see why it contradicts the reports themselves. Now, we know that Sora go turned into a Heartless for a short period of time, which made Roxas not get his memories. That's fact right there, obviously. But with Naminé there is no such thing. Kairi's situation was different, in that she didn't become a Heartless, and her heart was inside with Sora's, as well as her body was out in the open, and by the Ansem Reports, since we're referring to them, it says so. Think about this, if Naminé didn't have any real memories, than why did she think that of not being best in Sora‘s heart? How did she even manage to switch Sora's memories by putting herself in Kairi's place when she, by standards, had no real memories? How did she know Sora? How did she know Kairi? How did she know Riku? How did she know that making herself appear like Kairi to Riku when he was being swallowed by the darkness would affect him more? How did she know about the beach? How did she know about Destiny's Islands? How she could even draw scenes, which we have seen, that she has 'no real memories' of? How did she even replace Sora's CHILDHOOD and switching what happened by adding herself into it? DO I even need to mention Kingdom Hearts 2? I rest my case on that one."

Janexna didn't really have to answer to this, but the whole fact was skewed, as none of them even have the slightest ideas what are Nobodies thoughts and feelings, except from personal opinion. There was no evidence to say the special Nobodies, which were only being referred to Roxas and Naminé, are that different from the rest. "Is also been said in the game, that Roxas and Naminé are considered special, ibecause of their odd and rare birth, as well as the abilities they gained. And as well, only Roxas has ever been said to maybe possess a heart, which of course, runs through what would be the next installments coming. In Axel's and Roxas's final goodbye, Axel himself says that Naminé thinks he might have a heart, but nothing there says about herself. Coming from these, there's no reason to claim that Larxene's actions and emotions were a 'act', unless she is a pretty damn good actress, and 'impossible', because that's completely untrue. There's a difference between what is considered fact by most majority in a belief, and what is understanding. I'm sure, your Honor, you can agree with me. If there wasn't such a big deal on the fact that Nobodies weren't suppose to have emotions fully, then why is there so many cases were it is questioned, thought of so much, and even having disagreements. Axel is by no means, a special Nobody, and Mr. Power, I'm certain, can't prove that. Yet, he shed a tear, and kept asking himself if he had a heart. Nobodies don't have hearts, and they are incomplete and desire to fill that hole, which is why Xemnas created the false Kingdom Hearts, but by all means...there's no backing that up."

"I also like to add to Xelax's defense, that Repliku, when Larxene tossed him, was out of service, so to speak. Short-circuited, got cut off, unmoving, numb, and....appaering like a normal dool, though I'm not saying that he is, just that he resemble dit in that scene. It's sufficient enough to say he was damaged, as would Larxene think, and that the boy did not feel nor had anything clue on what was being brought upon him. It therefore, did not hurt the boy assault. Not saying to drop it, just saying to keep it in mind." Taking a breath there, she went to continue, looking at Birdman’s charges, or counts. "And-

    "Stop."

She looked up, happy for the interruption as her throat was stinging, but curious at why Larxene told her to. Of course, there was no reason to respond to charges just yet, as what she did could be considered that, but...eh...

Larxene hesitated a little, but stood up from her seat, and went out without permission out of the stand, wanting to stretch her muscles, yet since last time, she held herself. The fact was, she was tired, and her trial seemed to be never ending. She was positive the prosecutors would come up with more arguments, and it wasn't going to be let alone until....whenever the hell it finishes. Nothing in this court mattered to her, and the defendants were working too hard just to defend someone who didn't want to be defended. Or even had to be defended. For goodness sakes, she died! Holy...leave it at freaking that. Packed with what she thought of before, she walked in front of the judge, saying exasperated, "Look, your um...Honor, I want this trial to end, and it doesn't matter to me what punishment or what my verdict would be, so I request for it to finish, and think what you want to think on the matter with what you've gotten. If it helps, I'll just plead guilty of all charges and let it go."

OOC: And that would be it. Actually, I think's that's going to be my first and last long post o.O. Can't do it...T-T, too much brain power that I could use to study since now I have exams. And now, I don't know if I'm sick or something, I'm even shivering (and is not cold).

OOC: Man, I feel sick to my stomach. And I mean in going through the mouth sense. Gah, let me just post this, and to say, it will be split in two parts, as is a bit long.

"What it does mean, is to keep the ruse up, as it was getting closer to ending. It still doesn't explain why that would force her into anything," Larxene replied, though not thinking on how that would suddenly make the girl ponder more on her loneliness, as her words were even babied compared to what she could do. If anything, it was a reminder to what she was already doing. She didn't know how that would fit into this coercion, as her job was handed to her before this. Still, she didn't like where this was going, as it seems the more she answered the more the trial was kept longer, which wasn't her plan, really. She thought she could testify, get cross-examined, leave the stand, and them the prosecutors and defendants would argue whatever the hell they wanted to about it, as she didn't care what was her penalty or what she was considered guilty of. Is like they thought this was a do or die situation for her when it meant crap. Death. Torture. Rehabilitation, like that was going to work. Jail sentence, like she'll even be kept in there unless she had a say. None of them really seemed the least bit threatening. Basically, she didn't even mind creating suicide and go back where she came from, by now, nothing could faze her. This was still ridiculous in her opinion. If they were dead, or died, then why would they need to be summoned again only to be charged of crimes that might consider death penalty or any sort of punishment, if, by the way it was, they already passed through it? It was absurd, stupid, and did not make sense. It would've been better if they did this when they were alive, but why now? What's the difference? Same old, same old.

And she was already feeling exhausted being hounded on. Let the prosecutors go ahead. Is not like she gave a damn if they wanted her to be guilty.

"It seems you've missed the point completely, as I never denied the fact that he did have a conscious and a heart, you're misinterpreting the whole thing. I said he was a doll, despite the outcomes that ended with him. You need to go back and see. There's no difference between calling him a toy, as why would I call Sora a toy when it was obvious he wasn't a copy?" Larxene began to explain, wondering why the hell was he uptight like something was in his lower cheeks about this. "I already gave you the definition of a doll, by the way...nice going there by simply basing it one word, when it could've been puppet, but I digress. I said that the way he is fabricated, is not like he's born naturally out of a womb or be the damn original, is because the creator had made him to be a doll of someone else, a copy, a fake to the real one. Hence, the reason why I refer to him as such. Is the same way people call him a Replica, including you, despite the short abbreviation, because from the definition itself, as much as I am educated on this, is suppose to be a copy and reproduced work of art, produce by the maker of the original or under her, or in this case, his supervision. Want to search for that, be my guest. Doesn't that sound the same way a natural plastic doll will be made? Does it not? Why, oh why, by the word itself, should I call him anything else since I'm not exactly breaking any rules from the original meaning?"

She eyed Mr. Birdman questionably, it wasn't like she was denying Repliku's sense to be, or feelings, or whatever the hell the kid had when she saw it herself before he got his memories and acted on them. The 'toy' calling was always a tribute of hers, even real people. She continued anyway, thinking that there was no reasoning with the guy. "That, and what memories exactly? The ones where the Replica woke up and came to see us, when he was just recently finished? He was basically given a source of thoughts that would fit into his yet to be use body the moment he was created. And if a idea is a invite to coercion, why the hell did I need to ask Vexen for? A idea is just a idea, is up to someone else to take it as it is, and that's not blaringly on my fault. If I was forcing anyone on taking this, that even the memory replacing itself was in the air before I decided to suggest more of it, would I have asked? Told him, do you or do you not want to test your little follower? What makes you think I was going to do otherwise if he disagreed? As I said, point being, is not up to me. And again, I don't see why the thought of a simple 'it won't hurt much', will give the right for the Replica to come and charge at me? There's still a decision to be made, and he chose full frontal assault. "

She sounded more like lawyer in this since she was getting the hang of it, though she did not know how else to explain it.

Janexna just went with this, having been pointing notes down madly in rabid writing, that she would be able to understand enough. Also, she was surprised of Larxene herself giving areas on she referred to Repliku as a doll, and concerning how he was created, it did fit the bill, somehow. Though she couldn't tell whether that was for the court case, or for Birdman to quiet down. She also wrote down about the taunt and of Repliku responding, because it might work in the Demyx case when the very own prosecutors believe in the set defense, only showing the hypocrisy in their words when it benefits them. Just in case it comes up. Now that this was done, she went and stood up, raising a hand to stop Larxene from answering the one last question that was directed at her. The girl looking at her, she simply smiled. "I think that's enough, Larxy." While she glared at her for the nickname, Janexna waved a nonchalant hand. "I do believe the cross-examination is over with, and it only looks like you're repeating your already set examples, and I'm predicting you will again. I called you to the stand, and now you can leave. We'll handle the rest, since it mostly seems to be discussing evidence than questioning you. Hell, you can even sit by us if you want, lay your head on the table...you look tired. But it's up to the judge first, so I will continue until further notice."

With that, she prepared herself ready for the full confrontation, going by what her training had taught her.

"I would like to add that 'it's your funeral', is a offhand comment that could mean anything in it's derived form. If someone is tired, let's say, and has to go to work, but the other suggest that he doesn't go and stays home. However the other refuses, and it can be said to add that 'it's you funeral', as a rebuttal. It does not by fact means murder. It is the same with 'nighty-night, you sham', who's to say is not for knocking out? Again, it does not pertain to murder. Therefore, this does not really hold."

"I would also like to say on the matter, that by then, it was not Kairi's charm, but Naminé's star that she switched .Larxene did not coerce Sora into anything he wouldn't have been aware of as he kept stepping further in the castle, with or without her interference. It is to be expected that if he didn't hear it from the Nymph, that it was to be remembered as the time went on. The only thing that Larxene succeeds in this is to make him remember Naminé's name, as well as saying the girl is being held up by 'bad guys' at the top of the castle, which Sora would've reached anyway despite the fact of not knowing, and as I stated, would've known in the long run. She didn't make him drive for a girl he has never met, as you can clearly see before this cut scene, he was already driven by the memories Naminé had already planted. If anything, it only made him get there faster. I'd say this is more manipulation than coercion, though my goal isn't trying to break both, despite the fact that manipulation is not considered illegal, and isn't subsequent as a charge. It is to see that the actions we're not as forceful nor as brain breaking as it may seem, even barely. The abuse, the defendant has already pleaded guilty to, so I won't progress the matter further."

She coughed a little there, a bit nervous, this was the real first time she has actually spoken out about anything, minus the 'OBEJCTION'. She didn't want to do that. "As for the theft, you have to think of the scene for a second. While it was indeed Kairi's paopu fruit charm inside, it was still Naminé's star now. Going from that, Larxene picks it up when thrown in the floor accidentally, yet does run off with it, or simply keeps it to herself. How is that thievery? All she did was mainly tease Sora with it, and acted on what explained beforehand. So, the only charge there is that she threatens to smash it. Keep this in mind. Threatens. This would even be more considered still playing around with him. Does she destroy it? No. And since it will come up, would've she destroyed otherwise if Sora did not stop? Is all up to interpretation, which everything is, as I see, and neither side can foretell a good conclusion. I want to give in that, would it be worth it, to in fact, smash it? If that charm was something that Naminé switched over that would maybe even help Sora to become more passionate on the girl, why would Larxene dent it when it was for good measure? Why would she take away the thing, which obviously, would've represented the act of Sora's promise? I'll leave you to that. As I said, it is opened."

And ya right, it is just like Deathsight to plan some take over to attack the families xDD. And he's on the MOOGLE family D:. The Moogles are cute and harmonious creatures that should not be consider to such atrocity. The family would do well to follow that.

By the way, Fire, you have to wait until ICSP comes on for it.
