Larxene listened to the girl's request of Sephiroth, though she didn't know if the man was that passive. About to say something again as she went to step in front of Axel, her feet hit something, a object, and raisng a eyebrow, she gazed down, only to spot a cellphone. A cellphone? How in the world did that get in there? She didn't notice anything before. Seeing as everyone else was distracted except for Axel, she picked it up in a fast second, hiding it under her blue sheet without looking suspicious and retreated back beside the redhead. Bringing it out again from eye's view, she studied it carefully this time, findig it to be expensive, and a mixture of silver and black. Curious, she flipped it open, the light of the screen reflecting off her deep aquatic eyes, and pressing with her fingers, she went to figure it out going through it. First, she headed to the name card to see who it belonged to, and a smirked deviously curled her lips once she found it belonged to no other than Sephiroth. He must've dropped it when trying to cut her in half. Well, well... Making sure she wasn't caught yet, she looked over his contacts, hope rising when he found most of his employees, and she stopped when she saw the name of "Genie", as if her eyes were fooling with her. Bingo. She didn't waste any time clicking Send, putting the speaker in her ear as it rang.
I think Larxene's most bad crime is child abuse, the rest are kind of minor. I'm hoping on you looking through everything Erkz, and making a final, fair sentence as I trust you will *salute*. I mean, if we get there when Pika plans to be quiet. However, AXEL WILL PREVAIL >D. With whatever credit card *-*.
OOC: Pika_Power, I am seriously, seriously this close to snapping at you. LET IT BE, damn it :yelling:. Move on. Look, Erkz, the judge's word are final (he shouldn't have even had asked them, really) if that's the decision of the court, then that's it. You have the right to. Slam that gavel.
OOC: She could summon and throw a kunai, is just the her wrists are too hurt to move it right. Because of that, her aim is weak as well. Axel just rolled his eyes at her remark, abandoning her in the living room as he went to look around in the bedroom, were their suitcases were stationed. They never got to take out the clothes and open them fully as they barely got acquainted with the suite before all this happened, so he was planning to store them somewhere safe or in the room the rest were in, because he didn't want to lose his clothes. Going to the bed, he had then spotted that Shigiku's toys had been left behind, May and Muffin. Putting them first under his arm, he was going for the baggage again until he saw a lily placed neatly on top of the mattress, with a left over letter next to it. Curious, picking up the flower, where there was even another one, which was a rose, he placed them in the side table, before sitting down and grasping his hand on the written paper. Beginning to read it quickly, his eyes grew the more the words were going, and so was his fury, to the point that when it ended, he had crunched the object in his hand as it clenched into a fist. That b**tard. How dare he? A f**king apology letter? Like that was going to make up for the loss of her parents. He must be on a very damn high, and when he saw him, if he hadn't died by now with the storm, he'll get very unlucky. Rolling the letter into a paper ball, and throwing it away, his eyes flickered to the flowers, and in a second, with white light, it was burning with flames, the slight flickering heard over his ears as he watched them turn to ashes. That wasn't what bothered him though, it was what Shigiku had thought when reading this. What was her reaction? Did it make her cry? Did she accept it? She couldn't. Letting out a breath as his mind were filled with constant wonderings, with the toys grabbed, he made use of his free hands by carrying his and the two girls' suitcases. Hard, but he managed. Now worried over the little girl that was hopefully safe, he made his way back to the living room, finding Larxene still there. Heading up to her figure, he merely gave her a look, before deeply thinking about wanting to know where Shigiku was. In due time, a portal appeared in the wall again, but not in the same place. Smirking at it, his green eyed gazed over to the Savage Nymph, as if telling her to go in. He felt much better after having his own revenge. "Anyday now." It was a shame, really, Larxene was attractive, and even gorgeously pretty, but her attitude was the complete opposite of her looks. He had yet to see her act nice to someone, except him, which was even rare. Something inside him wished she was different, to approach more easily, but then her personality is what made Larxene...Larxene. He didn't think he'll like it if she changed. Roxas had rested his head in the wall again, aware that Shigiku was feeling much better, and tried to think how long was this going to take. He didn't know what to expect on this trip anymore, and who would've thought that Disney would be so dangerous? Either way, the small sound of a swoosh interrupted him, and his eyes sharply went over to the portal appearing, hearing Axel's voice faintly from it. It could either mean he was coming back with Larxene, or it was Larxene coming. Staying with a sadist. This was going to be interesting.
OOC: Pika_Power....*_*. Janexna by long had sat down, reading the charges, and it seemed almost the same because the prosecution kept on talking and no one was stopping them. And neither would she. All that they said was already argued over before, if the judge wanted to look over the evidence that they had both presented to what they were saying right now, to look back, because she was honestly frustrated. Not to mention the judge's decision kept changing by what the prosecution said. She was even starting to doubt herself just what was this court about, and she waited for the charges to go back the same way they were at the beginning as it was looking like it because of the talking, so the whole thing was even pointless to have gone through for these past long, long, long hours. Maybe the exhaustion was getting to her to think this way. Still, she merely said, "I have no problems at all." She did, but she would just be repeating herself with the same thing, and she was sure the judge had read and gone with what they all discussed before and went deeply into what the prosecutors were saying now. Larxene just eyed her blankly. "I told you, I don't care anymore if they put me all the charges. I'll just go back and die myself if I have to then face the decision of this trial, as it's obvious something is wrong, with not only this, but whole idea to have this case against us...." Larxene told Janexna coldly, watching her expression turn into one of hopelessness and fatigued. Why was she so concerned? She sure as hell wasn't. Now the whole trial was looking useless to have even gone through, and they were still on the end of closing it. However, there was a distraction...not the usual out of the blue one, but a voice breaking at them from behind, complimenting Janexna. She scoffed, recognizing it, giving a frown as her eye twitched in annoyance. What the hell was that about all of a sudden? And sexy? She gave a disdainful and unimpressive sideways glance at her attorney. "Hmm?" Janexna startled, looking over at Axel as a huge grin glowed from her face, a blush on her cheeks. Did he just say I look sexy!? OMG. OMG. OMG. OMG. OMG. Okay, okay, don't look too excited, just pretend and take in a neutral manner. Clearing her throat, her body shaking from the held on happiness, she said in a very squeal-ful voice. "Thank you! I-I tried to look good since you were here and all." For the first time in the court room, Larxene appeared disgusted, as her nose cringed. You got to be kidding her. Shaking her head unbelievably, with a sarcastic chuckle, she remarked harshly, "The only good thing you can find in him is that he's attractive. Otherwise, inside, he's a slimeball who's a murderous coward. Do us a favor, and combust yourself again, Axel."
OOC: At least you got that exam over with. "Nah, is okay..." Larxene replied with a whisper, soft and soothing, now her throat feeling at peace with itself due to the liquid that released is dry tendencies. However, as she was still leaning herself against Marluxia's chest, though this time feeling more drowsy than usual, her eyes blinked up at him curiously, and questionably, now remembering something. "How did you get in? I have that barrier...." Marluxia simply smiled, waiting for that question. "As Xemnas is always up early, I asked him a favor after I explained what happened to you, and what I had gotten for you to take. He only gave me a minute, so I had to portal quickly inside. I'll look after you for now, but you really need to sleep Larxene...I'll get your key card and bring you up some food once you wake up..." And without her knowing, the pain killers also makes one tire and fall asleep as a side effect, so hopefully, that would work....because she will never regain more of her strength without giving her body and mind a break. He wondered why she didn't get any sleep in the first place. Was something wrong? "Okay..." she agreed without much of a fight as she would've, thinking to herself that at least one was willing to give all this and take care of her. Larxene had to admit that Marluxia will make a great husband, unlike the one who just admitted last night that he loved her. She guessed it was her own fault for not being able to get the rest she wanted and needed, but she still couldn't help, but feel some sort of bitterness or resent to Axel. Here was Marluxia, who knew and had somewhat accepted that she didnt love him, yet kept trying, and he never stopped from worrying or left her alone for too long, and if it wasn't for her, he would've stayed last night as well. Maybe she was just being too judgmental, after all, Axel did save her, tended to her wound and all... Either way, the thoughts were slowly drifting her out of focus, and she closed her eyes, feeling them so heavy now that they had to be closed as she couldn't keep them up.
"Already with the name calling, eh? I hope you don't think your threats mean anything," Axel breathed again, unfazed and enjoying this all to much than he anticipated. He was even trying hard not to laugh. This side of him never usually showed, but it came once in a while, when irate enough of people and stressed. He was called a wild card for a reason, and with a second, just like the swiftest of flame, can turn into the complete opposite he was just a moment ago. He felt her nails dig into his skin, puncturing it slowly, even feeling a slight shock, but he wasn't going to be taken over that easily. As he had a hold of her wrists and his gloved hands were inside the sleeves of her cloak touching her own skin, he gripped her harder, not secure, but enough for pain, and began to twist them. Now, he wasn't to break her bones or anything, he knew the limits, yet his hands were heating up, sweltering every second as smoke began to billow out. It came to the point where a sizzle could be heard, and as his eyes looked down from her shoulder, he saw the faintest hints of red of her ivory surface. He wanted to leave a mark just as she did his cheek, and despite that he was making her skin get burned, he took it away after a while, as he didn't want a permanent scar, but one enough to heal in due time like his cut and bruise. Checking her wrists once more, he almost winced at how it was now, that must ache, as does every minor burn. Hmm. Maybe he went too tough on her little self... With this done, though, he let go of her roughly, slightly pushing her away as he composed himself and dusted off his trench coat. Letting out a breath, he went to walk away, leaving her to her own devices, only saying nonchalantly, "Should've apologized. Now we're even." He was still alert for anything she might try though, and while her marks weren't seen, he knew she wouldn't be able to use her hands properly for awhile without getting a sharp sting. That was enough to make up for it. Roxas had closed his eyes, waiting for when Axel came back, or when the storm was over. It was awkwardly quiet, nobody speaking, and the only thing that broke through it was Shigiku's little voice, wanting May and Muffin. Either those were pets, or those were stuffed animals. He'll go for the latter. Aw. Opening one eye at her, he comforted, giving a small smile, "Don't worry, Axel usually always checks a room when is time for a emergency. He always did it back home, just to make sure to take anything of importance. He'll come back with May and Muffin, I'd think."
"I think that sounds about very fair, your Honor. I would argue more on the property as Larxene didn't defaced it, whether to be planning, which still wasn't clear, and doing so is different, but it is something minor, and I'm not going to force to change it. Otherwise...that's it, really. If the prosecution doesn't have any qualms about the trial, we won't either...." Janexna replied, trying to keep her voice straight and calm from the nervousness that had built up when Mr. Power kept arguing a point that was considered moot already. Though now that she heard the charges, she found it just right. Larxene didn't get off clean, but it was perfect for what she had committed. The Savage Nymph was going to have some facts of coercion in there, though instead of Naminé, who wasn't really coerced by Larxene in opinion due to Marluxia's threat, she would've put Repliku. But it'll still be two accounts in the end, no matter. All in all. Just right. She rubbed her arm then, fighting off a yawn as to not show disrespect. Larxene, a bit surprised at Xemnas's final decision, made her face dig into her arms again, hiding it from view, her eyes shut as she thought over what has been going on since her trial started. Something told her it wouldn't be that easy though...meaning, on Xemnas's part. Maybe it was her distrust, dislike, but the conclusion of the Superior didn't rise in respect at all. Yet, she started to seriously wonder what would become of them after this court. Mr. Power kept complaining about them living near him, but really, these people seem to live in different universes. Where they belonged, they were welcomed and could exist, not to mention they had their own world to live in away from others. As far as she knew, they never hurt people or killed them, except destroying Heartless, which many do...and it wasn't like the Organization was going to be renewed after the past disaster of what a "organized" group it was. And they were dead. They were suppose to be dead, but they were here, to be on trial. She didn't think it would ever make sense to her. Marluxia just kept his stare on Xemnas sharply, not surprised or seeing him in a new light, but turned back his attention on the end of Larxene's trial, which will hopefully be the end. It had gone long enough, even for himself to watch.
OOC: Is fine xP. "Hahah...as handsome as he is, I don't think I'm going to be ready for a long while..." Tifa said both quietly in a elated voice, yet with a sad undertone, knowing that to put her love away from Cloud was going to be the hardest thing to do, especially at how strong it was. At least, she'll still be able to care and love him in the way a good friend and someone who appreciates him would. That was enough. Still, the thought made her a bit down again, though she smiled to herself, forcing to cheer up, as Leon went to speak to Aerith. Leaning in to Cloud's ear too, she asked in a whisper, "How do you know him?" "Oh, I headed off here, as you can see. It seems I'm notorious on disappearing, aren't I?" Aerith replied, rubbing her arm sheepishly at how many times she just up and left without any warning. Packed with that, she was trying really hard not to smile when the male kept eyeing Tifa, and she even had to bite her lip as to not giggle, as she heard Cloud's tease. While she felt bad for Tifa at the moment when she responded, she inhaled very deeply, trying to keep the final decision out of her mind. Time for fun. And now being reminded of it..."Hey, Leon, if you're not doing anything at all at the moment, want to come with us to the pool? We were just heading to get our bathing suits."
Larxene saw the girl scurry away quickly and hiding behind Sephiroth, peeking over from behind. It reminded her of a mouse or kitten, but shaking her head, she looked upon the One Winged Angel. If it was any other time, she would've thought him deadly beautiful with a dark, but elegant glow, yet all she did was set her ardent and hard gaze on him, prepared for anything else he tried. That was a close call, if she wasn't acting out at anger, she could've sensed the slash coming at her sooner. Looking down, she checked her blue bedsheet, to see there was a small rip from where the sharpness of the sword had managed to cut...she knew she heard something. About to step out, she was surprised when Axel stood in front of her protectively, and despite herself, she felt a warmth....knowing that he cared for her safety that much. Still, as she appreciated it, she wasn't defenseless, and instead of hiding under a male and let him do the heroics, she would stand by his side and fight with him. The reason why she suddenly found herself next to Axel, close to his body, but not willing to stand in the background. She was about to open her mouth, when she saw a flash, and spotted Xaldin with a camera. She facepalmed. Great, that would really help matters with Sephiroth if another WalMart employee was disturbing his store.
OOC: Is fine, don't worry. The only stress was that I had to make a decision that is befitting, since I'm going to have to sacrifice one side, so I'm going to displease whichever way you put it, and I had to think very well what would be in character, whether Xemnas would've taken it upon himself, the court, etc., because I did not want to be unfair and biased. Despite the fact that it was dropped anyway, I had to think to make sure it was the right thing to conclude.
OOC: Guys, this seriously should've ended the first moment Erkz posted the decision after he went through all that was posted (for some reason, I feel for him on that D: ) except for the Xemnas confirmation, don't freaking run this to the ground, is not like these are the real Organization members (though I'm trying to keep Larxene in character). Please, Erkz just ignore what's happening now, and continue where you left off or something if you haven't changed anything, I beg of you :/. Then we have to wait until the next time you show up and we won't be able to continue.
OOC: Ooooh, can't wait for Axel's reply in Court RP :D. I'll put my reply later on, but I have to say, the right now excuse is that he had asked of Xemnas to lower the barrier so he could get in, after explaining what had happened, and to put it back up again a minute later. Ta da! xD An exam on a Saturday!? Blasphemous! D:
I always thought as Zexion to be 18 or 19, somewhere close. From Nomura's artwork, you could tell he's being dropped off as still being on his late teens. As for Nobodies aging, I think they do not. But that, along whether they bleed or how they can eat, not to mention their names, seem to be something Nomura doesn't want to explain, and nobody asks. Maybe when 358/2 gets out, we might have more answers. You won't find it in a Nomura interview, at least Axel's returning back to his original form, because that's only in the Kingdom Hearts 2 Novels (not manga), where Naminé confirms that he returned to his real self. The reason for this, and I think this is the Nomura interview you're looking for, is because: If you want the link, just ask. Basically, to summarize, when you kill a Heartless, the heart that is release goes into a state of suspension, and if the Nobody is destroyed after, you can return back to your orignal self. However, if the Nobody is killed first before the Heartless, it depends on chance whether you return or not, so this is a vague situation then if you're not lucky. Axel was confirmed of this in the Kingdom Hearts 2 Novels from those who have read. Is being translated by some members in Livejournal, specifically turkish_delight, and if you want to check it out, I'll give you links to that as well. They haven't reached to that point though, so you might have to wait. As for Xemnas/Ansem, think about it. We killed his Heartless in KH, then his Nobody in KH2. Just add two and two together, and it makes sense. Xehanort is the main vilain of the series, and I wouldn't doubt there won't be one last epic battle with him to end it.
Eh. The whole movie was fanservice for cool fights, there wasn't even a real plot, so it was just action. Graphics were awesome, but that's about it. Though to understand the background story, you need to play the game. Or search and read about it. The only reason I watched it through was to see all the CGI boy prettiness :3. Cloud, Reno (who Axel is based off, epic favor right there. Wish they didn't put him as slapstick comic relief though, along with Rude, I can't see that the guy who dropped Sector 7 without a seconds thought as a clown), Sephiroth, Rufus, Vincent, and...all the other pretties that I missed. That and, Aerith. She's so beautiful.
And there it goes D:.
"Well, this is quite the gang..." Zexion muttered quietly to the people in the dark room with him, watching as Roxas and Naminé, along with the little girl, were situated here. He never expected to be in the company of these two...three, as he never spoke much to any. Still, he listened to the lingering voices of Axel and Larxene speaking, and aware that the redhead was going to stay, he closed the portal, leaving Larxene with him. Knowing those two, it was going to be quite a while. And the child couldn't hear that. When they were ready, they could create another portal to come, as they knew where it was now once a Corridor Of Darkness is set. "Yeah, well, tragedy brings people together..." Roxas remarked, hearing Zexion's little murmur to himself...not that it was a tragedy just yet. This calm...the ship almost not moving, was making him anxious, because there's no way the waves would suddenly stop like that, and it gripped on his stomach. Signs of things to come. And usually, when the sea was silent when there was a obvious storm brewing around them, it was bad. Keeping this to himself though, as he didn't want to worry Naminé and Shigiku, he went to sit down near a wall on the floor, leaning against it, motioning for the two girls to do the same. The only thing that distracted him from his cynical thoughts were hearing Axel and Larxene's discussion, and all that he noted was Larxene's angry tone replying to him, before the portal was closed, and he stared at Zexion. Though he understood why he did that. Someone tell him that wasn't the reason Axel wanted to be left behind. Then again, he had to repay Larxene back for that slap, and that alone was justification enough. OOC: It isn't the reason why, by the way xD. That's just a bonus. "If you heard me, of course not," Axel replied lightly, staring at the female as he let out a chuckle. This was going to be entertaining, his cheek still stung, and he wasn't going to let her go until he was satisfied. However, the small sound of a swoosh resonated around the room, and he set his green eyes on the portal closing just in time. A fox-like grin just washed over his face then. His attention shifting to Larxene now, as a hunter on its prey, knowing she was getting irritated, he simply went to touch her face, stroking her cheek softly, his expression not wavering. If this wouldn't break the fuse, he didn't know what will. Whispering animatedly, he stated, "Looks like they left you to me." And the second he was done, in quick reflex, he twisted Larxene's arms back, as if she was getting handcuffed, and pressed her into the wall face front, trapping her. Keeping a tight grip, knowing that while Larxene is strong, she wasn't as strong in muscles as the men in the Organization, he held her still, his chin resting on her shoulder from behind as he looked at her casually from the side, invading personal bubble as he was close to her face, breathing out silently, "You willing to apologize?" There's no way of avoiding rage after that one. He didn't want to get too close as that wasn't his hint or intention, just enough to tick her.
LUUUUUUUUUUV it =3. I've always been a fan of Alvin and The Chipmunks, my ultimate favorite cartoon back in the days, use to watch it every day on Cartoon Network, and then Nick. Back when toons were good. I wasn't too keen on the movie though, but I actually liked it. The problem is now they're really tiny chipmunks, when in the cartoon they were human, little kid size. They didn't touch a lot of Alvin's ego and arrogance though. They showed the troublemaking and bad boy side of him, but he's really....egotistic, in everything he does. Maybe it might come up later in the second movie with the girl chipmunks, The Chipettes. I didn't expect the movie to be such a success either o.o. Beating Pirates?
Never underestimate the power of a fellow fangirl D:. There's only two accounts that I think Axel won't be rid of fully, if at all, and that's a obvious one. I just drank a Pepsi and I'm on sugar high. Excuse my insanity.
ROFTL!! xDDD Video is classic. Explains my feelings on the Court RP perfectly. At least right now anyway. The Larxene case drained me. I had to look over cutscenes, script, Naminé, blah. In the words of the Beatles: Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be... Whisper words of wisdom... Let it be.... That, and we're spamming >.<.
