No, its not. You have to import final mix+, and it comes with it. You have to get swap magic too.
So, whats the differance between the special edition final mix, and the regular final mix. Besides the price. And yes, this is kingdom hearts final mix, not kingdom hearts II final mix+. I think it should have been in this order: 1) Xemnas first fight (Off-brand Deep Dive battle) 2)All of the final battle Xemnas things until you reach the nobody dragon and destroy it, then Xemnas summons the nobody king. 3)Finally after defeating Nobody King, you fight final Xemnas.
