OOC: I don't know, Star...xP. Did he survive?

Roxas was still seeing the three in the middle, yet wondering who was this girl to his best friend, but he soon got his own problem as he felt someone pulling away from him, and his hold on the blonde female loosened, leaving his arms at his sides as he stared over at Naminé in surprise. Usually, he would've caught the blush, but since it was dark, or at least too dim to see it, he took it as a personal blow. And a hurtful one. Standing paralyzed as his ceruleans gazed at her blankly, almost quivering, and after a while he managed to move his head, trying to ignore the ache that suddenly filled his chest. She could've at least said something if he wanted him to stop hugging her. His vision setting back to the room, though this time just placing it on the wall, now not interested in anything, he gave a silent, "Sorry."

Maybe he misread her intentions, and maybe she didn't like him. But that was stupid. He was sure of it, if the very short time they spent together after he gave Axel his harsh words was anything to go by. That type of reaction made anyone feel better, though, and unreasonable doubts were risen from it.

"Don't be scared. Nothing will happen to you as long as I'm here, didn't I say that?" Axel replied to the small girl softly as he cuddled her closer for comfort, his expression tender as the child took her medicine and thanked him. His thoughts, now that Shigiku had taken what needed to, revolved on what would happen now that the ship had flipped over. Has the cruise finally ended? Was this it? And he knew they needed to get out as well, it wouldn't be long until the water reaches the middle, so they had to make their way to the top...or rather, the bottom of the ship...but now is the top. Aw, screw it. Staring down at the girl again, he said sternly, "What you need is rest now. I have no problem in carrying you while you sleep. You're sick, and your body needs to save the energy to fight off whatever is making you ill. Got it memorized?"

He playfully pointed his index finger at her forehead for added effect jokingly, before turning his head to Tiffany, still holding on to him and this time, massaging his other shoulder. And he wasn't going to lie, that really felt good. Closing his eyes, he went to enjoy it, because he somehow needed the stress reliever, as it seemed he will never get the rest he was hoping for before in the comfy bed. Axel really didn't understand what was wrong with Tiffany...of course, she hugged and kissed him, but she was never a fan of PDA, so why she was doing so now, was beyond him. Either way, with another sigh, he simply asked of her, a bit hesitant as the massage was kind of making him dazed, "Do me a favor? You see those suitcases and bags over there? See if there's a water bottle, if two, bring those, there should be a few. They're around at the top for easy grabbing....and bring a small piece of cloth, if you can do that?"

Tiffany nodded, remaining for awhile on him, before taking her arms back and getting up, feeling much relaxed now that she had a moment, especially with Axel. He provided some kind of warm comfort that soothed her, and she was quite unsure to leave it. But since Shigiku was sick, she'll do it for the sake of her health, and so went over to where she spotted these suitcases, perhaps belonging to Axel and the little girl, and looked to the one that was a deep black, but with red markings. It was obvious guess on whose this one was, and she smiled at that. However, her eyes caught a bit of a water bottle in another, and peering at it, opened the zipper a little, to find the items that was wanted. She didn't know who owned that, yet as Axel said to look around the suitcases, well, she figured it was alright to take the two, as there were four left altogether. Taking them, and a tiny towel that her eye caught in there, she headed back to where Axel and Shigiku were centered, about to hand them to him, but he stopped her with his hand raised. She blinked questionably. "What?"

"Hmm?" was all Janexna mumbled boredly, head propped in her hand on the desk as she turned to look at Xelax, who seemed to be shrinking away. Raising a eyebrow at his words, her eyes followed the new...witness? Personally, she didn't know why Yensid was needed, except for explaining about Nobodies not having hearts, and therefore not having feelings, though he did remember his words back then in the game. However, she didn't find him all that intimdating, got a presence, that was for sure, yet not of intimidation. She was also surprised at the turn of events with Mewtwo, which was solved, yet she didn't know where will this lead to. "Yeah, that's...him."

She smirked sinisterly, baring her whites, closely picking on her partner, before she stopped. Larxene was rubbing off on her. Shaking her head, she just added, in a sort of comfort, "Is going to be fine..."

OOC: Actually, I don't xP, we have the same amount, Star. Jack, remember?

Axel waited for awhile, his body composed now after a few minutes, and his thoughts were mainly on Shigiku's fever now, especially as she could not be ill in this grievous situation that they found themselves in. With much force, he went to get up, carefully balancing himself as he carried Shigiku bridal style, before simply heading for the bag on the floor, deeming it safe to move. You can never know, of course, yet he didn't want to wait any longer. Kneeling down while positioning the girl onto his leg, he took one hand out to get the bag, opening it easily, before deciding to sit down here and treat her close, instead of going back. Making himself comfortable, he browsed around for the Childrens' Tylenol or something of the sort, and grasped the Meltaway version, chosen because there's no need for water or spoon, and is bite-sized which melts quickly in the child's mouth, according to the facts written. And it has yummy flavors. He didn't know much of taking care of a kid, but...that sounded good, right? Still, he had to give her something to drink to have fluids in her body despite not needing it as well, and she was to rest. As Shigiku laid in his lap, he went to open up the box, getting out three tablets, which is supposely right according to instructions. Closing it back once he had them in his hand, he supported Shigiku on her back to sit a bit upright, holding out for her what looked like candy. "Eat these, it will help you. It melts too, and it has flavor....not nasty medicine. I used to hate those..."

Why couldn't they have good flavored medicine like this back then? He didn't know whether she was fine enough to put them in her mouth herself, but if she wasn't, he would do it. He just needed to wait and see. Out of nowhere though, he felt fragile arms encircle his neck from the side intimately, but tenderly, and startled for a moment, his eyes shifted over to Tiffany, who was leaning her forehead on his shoulder, positioning her body well as to not disturb Shigiku or his...being a father. Axel wished she didn't, not in front of the people surrounding them. Oh man...why? Cursing at what probably they were thinking, he made certain that he didn't stare at any of them, quite flustered at the whole thing, before asking quietly, "...are you still scared?"

That was stupid, but he didn't want to outright say, "ever heard of personal space?"

"Not much, though I still am a little," Tiffany answered timidly, knowing that perhaps this was bad timing for showing affection, yet something in her made her go to him, close to protectiveness. Much of the time when she was sitting, she found her eyes drifting to that blonde girl with antennae..things, whatever they were, though it was part of her hair, that he was looking at. And she didn't know why, as she was a bit shaken up by then, but it gave her energy and strength to stand up, albeit weakly and with her legs shuddering, go to Axel, claiming him? Her mark? Call it instinct; she just didn't like the way Axel was glancing at the other, who was quite pretty. Who was that woman anyway? She had noted a few things to come with that...about four were wearing the same black outfit as Axel, and she could not forget what he had done when opening that...dark portal. It shocked her, to put it plainly, as anyone would to find that someone had such powers. Not greatly fazed by it, though, she did want to question him about it, but she would save it for when it was the appropiate moment. Tiffany couldn't help to have a nagging suspicion though, and it was then she really began to ponder over the people she was to be with right now.

"So are you okay?" Axel questioned again absently, keeping his eye on Shigiku to see how she will take the Tylenol. He really felt uncomfortable now, as he sensed eyes on them, perhaps questioning. Oh, goodness gracious...this wasn't exactly what he had in mind to happen. To admit, he didn't mind, he had been in a lack of loving for awhile, if you could name it that, yet again...he didn't want to do anything in a audience, one who had a older blonde specific girl, mostly. He shook his head, resolute. Why the hell was that reason popping in his mind so much?

"Uh-huh..." was what she replied with, not getting the vibes he was portruding, and in fact got closer, as she nuzzled her face against his cheek.

He let out a breath, keeping his cool, concentrating on the little girl, though he did lean at her touch naturally in response.

"Are you seeing what I'm seeing?" Roxas questioned silently to Naminé bluntly, eyes narrowed at Axel and the new girl, who apparently had no problem in touching him, in which Axel wasn't doing anything...even returning it slightly. This meant, that he must have had some interaction with her, very closely, obviously, or else his vision wouldn't be watching what he was right now. It kind of stumped him for a moment, trying to process in his brain what exactly he was looking at, because he was calmly holding Naminé close and enjoying the time as his best friend took care of Shigiku for one minute...until that girl started to move and go to him the next. Sighing, Roxas shook his head, wondering why Axel had chosen to build something to one of the passengers on this ship, especially knowing that they may possess a heart. Despite that he kind of felt guilty over it, he knew he didn't spend most of his time with Axel on this whole cruise, so maybe he just didn't hear about him being with another...yet, Naminé, if memory serves right from what she told him, was with him, as they both handled Shigiku together. She might know something. Turning his head softly to her, he went to ask, "Do you remember any mention about...that?"

His eyes flickered to the pair.

Zexion blinked at the scenery he was seeing, not saying anything more, but his eyebrows curiously raised under his bangs. With that girl's "smell", he could tell that she was human, normal, and from what he was witnessing, seemed to have something with Axel. Breaking it down, he knew that the red haired man had somehow done some intimate contact, or else the female wouldn't be as confident on touching him the way that she was. And he wasn't pushing her off, surprised, maybe, but Axel seemed to take it all in stride, even encouraging it, though he did appear quite tensed. Now, he said that things were to get interesting when Axel came back and saw Marluxia, but now things took a swift turn, beginning already with this unknown woman he brought here.

OOC: Just to make sure, the actor wasn't the one that died, it was the girl she played, which would be...Marissa. I think. I never watched The O.C., but people got really pissed off when that character got the axe. Either way, I'll await that sketch, you just take care of what you have to do xP.

Larxene sat back down, noting that Axel was getting up and saying he'll take care of it himself. She just nodded, putting the tray properly back in her lap as she watched him, in more ways than one *cough*, go around and getting the so called plate. It didn't take long, and soon he was striding back, taking his seat, much nearer than before, but she wasn't about to complain. She will never complain. In fact, she wanted him closer...just as when they kissed. It just wouldn't happen now any longer. She was kind of disappointment, as she desired for his lips and his touch again, really badly, even more now that she had a taste. His aroma was back in her nose again, which kind of flew into the air when he went away, though now her senses were thrilled to have it here. Listening to his words, though, she just nodded dumbly once more, feeling a little tired, and held unto his plate, purposely making sure their hands and fingers made contact. Despite that he said little of mashed potatoes, she gave him a bit more than needed, and two fried chickens, three with that extra small one. Before he said anything, she remarked snidely as her eyes narrowed on his waist and stomach, "You're skinny. You need to eat before you actually come to the point of disappearing completely. So your 'plate' better be fully empty, or I'll force it on you."

And she needed less food than that, though her helping was pretty small now after giving some away. And she wanted to make room for the cake in her stomach as well, cause that was too good to pass up. Thinking of Marluxia's childish behavior though, fork in hand, she went to suddenly caress Axel's cheek slightly with a tender hold, only hesitating a little before committing this act, letting it reside there for a while as she took the sensation in, before sliding it down slowly and gently, though to her, it was temptation. This was suppose to kind of punish the pink haired man, yet she also got herself, as this didn't help with her passion for him. In due time, she took it back, pausing as she stared at him for while deeply, before shifting her eyes down to the food, dabbing it into it.

Marluxia just shook his head at the act. He was well-bred in the mind to know why she did it in front of him, but she wished she really didn't. Just the fact that she went forward to annoy him, did[/I[ bother him, made it less hurtful, to know that it was not that meaningful, yet there was a point where he just didn't enjoy seeing her touch another man, no matter what the reason. Seething to himself, as his lips formed into a thin line, trying not to clench his hands into fists, he simply grabbed the gravy, not willing to show how he was affected, and poured it to his potatoes, his eyes catching Larxene's own for a split second, before the awkward, thick tension was realized between the three. Despite this, no matter what she did, he was glad on his actions on Axel. He didn't like the man, and he didn't have to act like he did.

    This was definitely awkward, however.

Putting back the cup with the sauce, he began to ponder on what she saw in him. Yeah, he was handsome perhaps, he would not really know, yet most of the members, considering female reaction, could be the same as well. She also made a point, Axel was quite slim, while he obviously had the better body, built and strong, so why was it she wanted to pass her hands on his than him? He took care of her and showed how much he meant to him by giving her the space and time, as well as staying by her side. Was he missing a ingredient? Or was it that Axel won her before him?

Axel didn't know how long did the churning lasted, only that he felt like he was about to fall off every time the ship jostled, shook, and made loud howls, though he really didn't care if he got hurt or not, or even a concussion, he just wanted to keep Shigiku safe. Finally, it seemed, the cruise stopped moving, everything was calm, things were quiet, though his ears could still pick up objects and multiple things breaking from under him, as it was felt in the metal that the ship was made of. Making sure it wasn't a false alarm, he still held to the bar...which wasn't really on the floor, but the ceiling. The bar was in the ceiling. As his eyes scouted over once he deemed it alright to, the sight that met him was odd...and literally upside down. Every person in here, while letting out haggard breaths and taking their time to relax now that it was done, was now laying or sitting on the freaking ceiling, he could even see the broken light bulb, where the bag of items that he had brought laid there next to it. The door itself, that they can use to leave, was flipped vertically, and it took time for his brain to get used to the phenomenon. It was like one of those trick mirrors.

After a minute, when nothing went on and the silence dragged, he carefully and reluctantly took his hand away from the railing, its imprint left on him due to how hard he was grabbing. The worse was over, but Axel knew they couldn't stay here for long unless they were lucky to have anyone tilt the ship back to its place. It was doomed to sink, and the rushing water...he knew, was there. Everything, the pool, the clubs, the restaurants...everything flooded. It was almost sad, and he didn't even know about the people. Releasing Shigiku from being hugged so tight, though not from his hold, sighing, he passed a hand through her hair, whispering to her that it was alright now. Her skin felt so hot and burning, that he knew he had to get the medicine he brought her right away. He needed to make sure she was fine, first, nonetheless. Still slightly stunned, trying to take in what went on, he watched everyone else getting steady...shifting mostly to where Larxene was.

He thought, that it was much easier to deal with things when the Nymph was gone like she had been all this time, because now that she was in his presence...he didn't know, yet something unnerved him.

Roxas just nodded to Naminé's question as the ship reeled and reeled, wanting to tell her not to be concerned for him, while he kept to himself that he cared more that she was alright. He couldn't tell how bad was it, or how many minutes passed before he felt the ship sway slowly, peaceful it leisurely became, and with that, he finally raised his head up, not letting the blonde girl in his arms go just yet. The sight that he caught almost paralyzed him, not in shock, but in awe, finding like he was in some kind of weird zone where every piece was upside down, reverted, whatever you want to call it. They were now settled on the ceiling. Seeing as nothing was going to go wrong, he could loosen his embrace...but he didn't want to. He liked it this way...though his grasp did become softer and gentler, enough for her to move if she wanted to now that the danger was gone. Laying his head back exhaustingly in the wall, he muttered, "It's done..."

At the corner of his deep, cerulean eyes, he saw Axel stir, comforting Shigiku and studying the place as he did. Good, they were fine, thankfully. As he eyed the "new girl", as he dubbed her, she appeared petrified, yet her head was moving and she was slowly sitting right up. Zexion was just composing himself, and Marluxia and Larxene seemed fine to him...but they were the farthest from him, so he couldn't tell. A few more seconds after, he found himself subconsciously placing back a loose strand of pale blonde behind Naminé's ear, letting himself be free to bask in the tranquility.

Tiffany, knowing that the worst was over, began to straighten herself up as she was flat on the ground...uh, ceiling now, her eyes excavating every person inside, finding them alright, though she really rested on Axel and the child in his arms, watching him gaze at what appeared to be that blonde girl for a moment, before it changed to staring at the white bag sprawled on the surface, almost as if wondering how to do it with the little girl with him. Taking her time to even her breathing, and just...cool herself, she went to take a moment, her heart still pumping fast, her hand shaky as her body closely felt numb. This was...this was so horrible, and the whole cruise...it was ruined. Closing her eyes depressingly, she tried to take the thoughts away as her eyes burned, but then she opened them, finding some kind of strength. She felt weak, of course, and she didn't feel like moving, but she wanted to be with Axel right now. It was weird by herself here....

Zexion just remained placid, he knew that while some may have gotten hurt, they weren't at the heart of the destruction, and thus, will be safe, even for just that small amount. It was easy for him to find peace, and once the ship had paused on its turns, he released any sort of stress that he had experienced through it all, yet he wasn't willing to move. His hand quite ached from holding on to that rail too tight, and the rest of the gang looked very well, all things considered. Maybe it was the lack of heart, but this didn't affect him as it should have. Either way, with that in order, he was the first one that spoke to them all, perhaps the most passive, his silk voice saying, "The sea has calmed, I can sense it...it'll be okay now, for awhile..."

He didn't know why he was saying this, it just felt right at the moment, maybe to soothe them or himself, he wasn't sure.

OOC: Good luck anwita D:, work is hard. Though I think by the time you come back, Demyx might be over with.

Janexna just let things go to Birdman, as he was simply pointing out the things they discussed. It was relief to her, though, that this was soon going to end, and he had to agree with the prosecutor. There was no Attempted Murder, Sora was always needed alive, it was written out obviously, Luxord would've failed in his orders otherwise, at least at that point...and that wouldn't be good, he was sure the member was aware that the Heartless needed to be killed so its heart can go where it needed to be. Sora dead, wasn't the Organization's intentions, until further into the game. And about the Hollow Bastion scenario, he really didn't understand why Mr. Power was pursuing the matter. 4 Counts of coercion, and 4 Counts of Aggravated Assault, the rest could account for 1. That sounded right. Now, all they needed was the judge to comply, or else the prosecution will be talking with him again, and that...that would be it. The gavel should be slammed down then.

It seemed the judge didn't agree with the Hollow Bastion tactic, and while Birdman did explain to him good reasons as to why it should be changed, with the evidence there, and he did, well, the pokémon if not making any progress after awhile, should be left alone.

"It seems so," was what Janexna muttered to him about the creature prosecutor, taking back her arm, wondering what is it that the Pikachu wanted. Luxord obviously didn't like the pokémon, as neither did Larxene, nor Marluxia, she could tell, maybe more members if he kept going, as well as the whole court room, considering everyone else was thinking the same thing of it being over, and the only thing that was stubborn enough to break 1,000 pounds of brick walls was him. So really, he was on his own. Chances are that the Gambler wouldn't respond, and if he would, it will be in riddles again. And it was just really time for Luxord to get out of the stand, he said what needed to be said, and the answers were shown. However, she didn't have the power to do that except for the judge now that the Nobody had been forced on the stand after he left.

All in all, Mr. Power wasn't making himself look good. She was extremely annoyed and kind of pissed off at this point, which took a lot of nerve probing to get her there, and even more so once he went on about making Luxord answer his questions, and putting Sora back on the witness stand. She couldn't believe that he was calling Harvey stupid, or asking such nonsense of him on that sort of mentality. Birdman had more brain capacity and more style than the pokémon can ever hope to accomplish, and it was in good taste if he followed in his footsteps, or shut the hell up otherwise. Her patience was wearing thin, and while she lasted this long, she had half a mind to slaughter a certain something. Every person in the room was ready to go, and she knew that's what mattered. Rolling her eyes as she gave a tired sigh, she rested her elbow on Xelax's shoulder casually, hoping that the judge was going to give his verdict. And right on cue, he spoke. OMG. OMG. OMG. OMG. THE JUDGE HAS SPOKETH. She wanted to cry. Really. She did.

Janexna did try to listen to what he was saying, as well as the charges, but she was too happy to think much else. It was finally ending.

OOC: To make it easier, I just ignore the " it's" and just write "is" so it can flow better when I'm typing...I always miss it as a typo anyway, so I just made it permanent or just didn't care. I could fix it to be correct after this, though, is that it will be a while to get used to ^^;.

Tifa waved at Yuffie's back, and gave a smile at Aerith before she turned her back around, the more and more her friends went away, the more and more tension she was feeling, until she was alone, awkwardly. With Cloud. Alone with Cloud. She could basically do anything...anything, or rather, she could have, since the blond man had made a decision, and they were to stick by it, if their friendship ever mattered. The thought that he said he wanted a kiss from each of them didn't leave her mind, however. Letting out a breath, she turned her head to him, plastering a smile on her face, and she was about to grab his hand, but stopped herself. Instead, she motioned for him to follow her as she began walking, her own dorm room at the second floor. "I'm surprised you're not that tired from that long trip, Cloud, since you came from a long way." She was trying to make light conversation, opening the doors to the staircase, and in pace going up, making sure he was with her. "Hopefully, the swimming trunks will fit you...are you alright, with all of us being friends?"

Tifa knew she asked out of the blue, yet she was curious to know what his thoughts about this was.

Janexna gave a big grin, not even bothering giving a sigh of relief because she kind of expected the answer from him...from faith. Glad that he showed he could be understanding to the others and not really the way he was portrayed to them, she gave him a tight, half friendly hug, putting him in her embrace as she curled her lips in...what was it? Proud-ness? Hearing his question though, she slightly broke it off, her arm now dangling lazily around his shoulders as she felt quite giddy. "I'm feeling just fine, and I'm pumped up for the next case." However, her hazel eyes travelled around the room, listening to Zack's story a little saddened, as there seemed to be a unending war between the bailiff and he feline. "The judge needs to have order in his court, though...."

Axel was surprised to hear Shigiku's voice scream in fright, asking what was happening. It would've been better for him if she stayed just a bit passed out so she wouldn't have to see this terrible scene at all, yet he was so happy to hear her and know that she was okay now, kind of fine...as he knew she had the fever. Before he could think of a reply to tell her, however, the ship screeched to its inner depths, and he felt his body plunge into a slide again, this time slipping in the actual wall as the ship twirled over, and he tried to stop from being slammed against something once more, the ceiling perhaps, as he slowed himself down when planting his feet roughly in the ground with force. Pressing Shigiku tighter to him, what he did worked as his back didn't smash to anything hard that painfully, but as he was going through what seemed to be a ride, he opened his eyes again to look around the slight darkness, his face lifting up from being planted in the little girl's hair, spotting the figure of Tiffany holding a bar around the edge of the floor to keep more from sliding, hearing her voice say something for Roxas and Naminé to do the same. Apparently, now he will too. Quickly grasping unto the said rail, he waited as the cruise rumbled, twisted, and shook, his face staring down at the scared kid with him, saying out of breath, not wanting to scare her more, "Just relax...it will be over soon...you'll be okay."

With that, he kept her on lock, green eyes shifting, suddenly thinking of how Larxene was as he remembered what he sent Marluxia.

Roxas had heard the new girl shout something to hold about there being a bar now, and whether it was for the ship's decoration or not, he took hold in it as he spotted it through the dim haze, saying a quiet thank you which came out as a murmur, as they were all slipping over the walls, because it wasn't the ground anymore. Oh no...he could guess that when it finished, they'll be all in the ceiling if they haven't any injuries. He didn't get as much impacts as he concentrated his weight on the floor, though he did take some minor hits, getting Naminé out of the way and covering her with his body in time as he was determined to, now one arm wrapped around her as the other was keeping them still. He just wanted it to end. Let it end...

He hoped that Axel and Shigiku were alright, because with the whole turmoil, he couldn't really spot him, even with his bright red of hair.

Tiffany just had her eyes shut, her body feeling like it was going through a roller coaster ride over and over, and sometimes, she wanted to scream, yet it was so terrifying, she wasn't able to speak. Hanging on with her two hands to the bar like that was her only chance of survival, her heart was beating so quickly and acting up so badly, that she began to give out some perspiration, too shaken up, and needing, as well as wishing that Axel was with her to have a sense of safety, yet she knew that the child is first concern. Whimpering, she waited until it just halted, not taking this any longer.

Zexion, noting everything as always, even in the face of danger, followed everyone's example and grabbed on, his keen eye getting everything that circled him, keeping his balance well. Yet he also suffered from slides and was hazardously close to being hurt one too many times. He had a sense of calm, not letting this get to him as everyone else, but even he had his limits, and he could feel a faint sort of agitation as the ship shoved. The sounds of, possibly tables, chairs, any type of furniture crashing, and glass shattering was too obvious for him, and he wondered how far did it come to.

Janexna glared at Power fiercely, irritated, and tempted, but did not give in. The case was closed with and now is time for the judge's decision, period. She wasn't going to take bait. The Pikachu can go screw himself if he's not satisfied. The main thing that just made stop from blurting out fully, and perhaps starting this all over again, is the way the little tick basically acted like a pompous big shot that he isn't, actually trying to force her to answer when his arguments are not worth wasting air for. If it was Birdman, she perhaps would've replied, because the guy would've asked more calmly and he was the one she really respected out of the prosecution team, though being the person with most sense, it wouldn't have happened. With a small, fleeting unimpressively look, she simply stared at the commotion in the courtroom, ignoring the yellow rat as someone had to be the bigger person. She didn't know why the Cheshire Cat was being pummeled upon, and liking kitties, she frowned against it, yet he seemed fine for some reason, and she didn't know why Tron was acting this way. From what she saw in the game, he was a pretty good and kind...sprite computer thing. Sure, he got angry, to that red mainframe who was evil, but why in the world would he put a whole courtroom in danger?

Thinking that she should pass the charges through Xelax and make sure it was alright with him, since it didn't seem fair that she was so decisive as far as ignoring his consent, she turned to her partner with a sheepish smile, almost a bit guilty. With the prove that was presented by Harvey before, she asked softly, "So, what do you think? Can we come to a decision with this and move on?" She knew that Xelax only replied back to Pika, so from there, she figured her partner would understand as he had remained kind of silent before it happened. And if he wanted, they could go over it together if he needed something cleared for him.

Janexna was about to go at it with Mr. Power, again, to counter all that he said with ease, but Birdman cut in, somewhat stressed and exasparated, and it stopped her. For a moment, she thought of how glad she was that he was the pokémon's partner, or else, the trials will still be up to Larxene, never ending if Mr. Power went at alone, until the judge made his own verdict. Sighing, for the while, she let it go, the music blaring in her ears low again, though she also was getting tired. Either way, she nodded to the one prosecution with much level-headedness, simply saying with a shrug to Harvey, "I'll stick to the charges we agreed on if you do. I find no problem in them, really." Her eyes drifted to the judge. "Your Honor, it seems we will keep these by mutual decision..."

Summoning of an Emblem Heartless (Possible Creation of the Grim Reaper Heartless)
Theft of the Aztec Gold (the 4 pieces and having to deal with the Heartless)
    Theft of the Black Pearl
    Attempted Aggravated Assault (with cannon)
    Redo-cursing of Jack Sparrow
Coercion of Sora mainly (with added Jack, due to his curse or he's stuck that way, with Donald and Goofy who accompanied him).
    Assault on Will Turner

Now freaking go over them and END THIS, DAMN IT!! she yelled at him in her mind, though it wasn't harsh, but rather, begging and pleading, yet she didn't show that in her demeanor, appearing calm outside. Luxord's case wasn't suppose to last this long, it was closely over until it got more screwed, except for the new two charges that were pointed out. The rest though...bleh. She wanted to get to Demyx, who will be a breeze, and then Axel already. It was like Mr. Power won't be satisfied until the members get multiple among multiple charges just to higher the punishments, which weren't that hard, supposedly, for his pleasure. AND she wondered why Axel wasn't getting pissed at the fact that the pipsqueak kept stealing his catchphrase, misusing it annoyingly and badly, and which was said more and more times than Axel ever could accomplish in the years of his two lives in what Mr. Power used in maybe a few minutes. Shut up. Only Axel makes the damn saying cool and with that flare. Hiss. Snarl.

OOC: You're already on a high level from what I see, you just have your own unique way of writing like each of us. Is good that you want to improve, just don't beat yourself over it.

"I won. I. Just. Won," Larxene instigated with a smirk, wanting to throw it in his face at least in a minor way, because he brought it upon himself by not gong first and underestimating her experience. She still felt proud though. Call her a dominatrix and all, yet she loved how men can be in her hands (literally too) and she in control, it was fun. Especially as women are so unappreciated compared to guys. At first, she got confused for awhile when Axel had suddenly lifted her up softly and pulled her away in his gentle hold before, taking back her "naughty" hand in the process from where it rested. But now? Now her breath was caught in her throat as he was slowly touching her, sending a shiver of pleasure through her back as she closed her eyes as he traced her chest, then furthering lowering down, erupting a small delighted giggle from her. Her legs were around his hips loosely, feet resting on the couch as she sat on him, which she did naturally when he moved their position. Besides, she did have her freedom to touch him, and it was his turn, something she took gladly and with her permission. She let out a mixture of a gasp, a hum, and a moan when he felt his fingers travel down to forbidden territory. Not minding, she opened her lust clouded eyes halfway to see him, biting her lip to hold back a shiver, and she smirked, breathlessly saying quietly, "You know...you had your chance...and you let me go first, when you should have at least done what you are doing now to try and beat me...or distract me...and you're already unbearably sexy enough to do me in...okay, not really do me in, but close anyway..."

Letting out a breath, her hand grabbed his collar tightly, forcibly pulling him down on top of her as she went to lay down on the other side of the couch opposite where he was, making herself comfortable with him in between her legs now so he'll be able to go anywhere with his hands if need be. Lightly trailing her index finger down his cheek, she then moved her hand that had taken hold of his clothes to his neck, gently making his face come closer to hers as she gave him a quick, light, affectionate and tender kiss as her lips moved against his own momentarily again, breaking away with a calm expression on her face as she relaxed, her blue, twinkling eyes gazing at his face above her with a smile. It was then, she wondered, how long has it been since they've been gone from WalMart? Would Xemnas have their heads? She hated searching for jobs, and this one paid well...

Here we go, here we go, she sing sang in her head.

"The Reaper had a Heartless symbol, true, but by the time before Kingdom Hearts 1, it was obvious that they were rampant and in existence due to the past. They were made by a machine, called by the Ansem Reports. Most of the Emblem Heartless could've even been simply summoned to come to a certain place, instead of created, because as far as I know, we still need substantial evidence that any member of the Org., including Xemnas, were making them, or they have a machine in their territory to do so. Without that, the whole argument is moot and shouldn't be brought up. The reason why 'creating' isn't the right or proper charge, unless, of course, you and your partner do have something to back it up by quote or any other source," Janexna simply explained, though she didn't bother to answer to the rest, because she had no idea what the hell he meant with cars or whatever. He lost her there. She didn't think she needed to.

"Outwordly visitors or not, Sora, Donald, and Goofy, weren't a part of what hit Jack Sparrow, because they weren't affected. End of story, Mr. Power. The said pirates attacked Sora even before when cursed normally, so if any attack should be blamed on anyone, it would be those pirates, because obviously, they had a brain intact. Luxord didn't command them."

"I could say the same for you. Give proper reasons for your upgrading, and stop pretending they do hold any air that is realistic," she simply countered nonchalantly, holding back a yawn. The Hollow Bastion crap was ungiven as well, so if she needed to argue that one, she will too. What the hell was the pokémon's problem? Seriously. And to think she used to love Pikachu, her cute preferred Pocket Monster. Presenting the ending verdict, she again, finalized. "There is no evidence, what you're saying barely stands at all. At least with what I'm saying, you can look at the game, and is prove enough. The charges that would stick still because the rest don't hold in any possible way is:"

Summoning of an Emblem Heartless (Possible Creation of the Grim Reaper Heartless)
Theft of four pieces of Aztec Gold
    Theft of the Black Pearl
    Attempted Aggravated Assault (with cannon)
    Redo-cursing of Jack Sparrow
Coercion of Sora mainly (with added Jack, due to his curse or he's stuck that way, with Donald and Goofy who accompanied him).
    Assault on Will Turner

Being done, she raised the volume up again, her body swaying and moving slightly in her chair as she listened to Rihanna's Don't Stop The Music, with a obvious tempting dance beat. She needed to the club again.

OOC: Then prove that Luxord did create the Emblem Heartless, Pika, in any form of KH canon xP. Without evidence, the whole charge of creation wouldn't even be given a second glance if not proven. Why do you think investigators go out of their way to collect as much evidence to make fact their point before heading for trial to convict?

Janexna rolled her eyes, just wanting to laugh, because it was always Mr. Power in the end to complicate things and worse than it was, wasn't it? He was even more irritating than they say Xelax supposedly is. Making sure to have her iPod at a low, low level, she stood up, composed, "Luxord, just...ignore, to keep your sanity, that's my advice. Jiminy was never seen as hit, or had been shown hurt, or injured, or attacked directly, especially if the defendant did not know of any Jiminy Cricket that existed, so it wasn't done with ill will. As I said, Jiminy is not Sora's skin or Sora himself, at least Donald and Goofy were outside in the field. To move onward, I think considering the situation and who we are dealing with, is better to put Summoning Of Emblem Heartless as it falls to the same thing, and we have two other cases with it. This isn't exactly a normal court trial. Let's keep it easy to what it really is. So, to simply finalize -"

Summoning of an Emblem Heartless (Possible Creation of the Grim Reaper Heartless)
Theft of four pieces of Aztec Gold
    Theft of the Black Pearl
    Attempted Aggravated Assault (with cannon)
    Redo-cursing of Jack Sparrow
Coercion of Sora mainly (with added Jack, due to his curse or he's stuck that way, with Donald and Goofy who accompanied him).
    Assault on Will Turner

She turned her head to Mr. Power, eyeing him idly. Janexna was confident on this one, I mean, the other two were unproven and didn't hold at all in any case whatsoever, there wasn't even a need to explain herself on why she took them out. However, now that the new charges were brought up, because it was obvious to her now the pokémon was out for revenge or something (while at least Birdman was understanding), they would be hard to fight, as Will Turner himself said by quote that it was the man in a black cloak. And Luxord did shoot a cannon. For the assault on Sora, this one was tricky, so she placed her eyes on the table in thought. "I would've conceded with Assault on Sora, but Luxord never envoked in any physical contact on anybody at that time, or any show of violence."

With that, she cracked her knuckles, preparing for Mr. Power's rants to get going as she let out a breath, and she waited for the incoming barrage in tranquility.

Grabbing on to Tiffany again, who was starting to calm and realize the nightmare she was stuck in as her head was turning to look around, he saw her settle her eyes at the portal and what he had done in surprise and in wonder, maybe more shocked now that he revealed what he could do. Axel just dragged her through, going inside the opened black void and running in to the room where all were staying, or at least, his peers. If this wasn't such a importance, he actually would've frowned and disliked the fact that Marluxia found his way over here, and he stopped to dig his eyes at the pink haired man for a second, in question of why he was here and why he was so close to Larxene. Thinking of his little girl again, he skipped confronting anybody, and browsed for Shigiku, only to find her unconscious in Naminé's hold. Damn, Damn it! Why the hell now?! Still holding on to the brown haired female, he forced her to move with him as he speeded up to his best friend, and the lady sitting next to him, all the while announcing, "The ship...the ship is about to get hit by a wave...a tsunami, is a tsunami... hold on to something..."

He jumbled out those words as he crouched down in front of Naminé, rattled, abandoning Tiffany for the moment as he focused on the fainted child, placing his hand on her pink and warm cheek in worry and in stress with all that was happening now, noting a towel on her forehead. He couldn't believe it had turned this serious, and it was such a bad place and time take of her...

"WAIT?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN A TSUNAMI?" Roxas blurted out in shock, not really believing what Axel was just telling him as he came in out of nowhere, only to deliver the this verdict, but the redhead didn't appear as he was just joking. He was almost a nervous wreck as he checked over Shigiku, and this news was so sudden, that Roxas didn't even have a chance on what to think about it at all. A tsunami? How...was it the storm? All he knew was that he was close to trepidation, and his eyes quivering in concern, his body feeling like it was just blown by a boulder, he instinctively protected Naminé by bringing her into his arms tightly and securely, wrapping her in his protection first off, speechless at what was occurring at the moment. This was...he just dug his face on top of Naminé's forehead, pondering over what was going to happen to them. He knew that Axel would take it upon himself to take care of Shigiku, so he didn't need to be anxious for that...

Glancing over the girl Axel brought with him, he just shut his eyes as his breathing became uneven, knowing that his priority would be Naminé before him. The water is going to get in the ship, and rise and rise higher as the cruise sinks...he knew that well.

Zexion had known about this, there was a disturbance in the sea that he had sensed, yet he couldn't really figure out what it was. Before he could even tell anyone about his thoughts, Axel had popped in, claiming that a tsunami was heading towrads them. He was aware he wasn't lying, and even though he usually remained relax, something did grip him, and his eyes were on Axel and the others, a child knocked out under all this. Trying to keep his cool, he slid down the wall and to the floor sitting down, making sure to prepare for what was going to happen, digging his feet hard. None of them had the power to stop this, and Vexen couldn't even freeze it in time, if he tried.

All they could do is wait.

"Tiffany, hold on to something or sit down!" Axel yelled at her in command, though it was for her safety, to which she leaped up as he kept his eyes on her, but she obeyed blankly, and shakily went to hang on to what would be a terrible experience as she sat down too, staring at the others with her. Taking Shigiku in his own arms after, he sat on the ground as he placed her in his lap, close to the wall and leaning against it, covering her almost fully with his body as he leaned down to dig his head into her pink hair, going to take all the blasts and all the pain that was going to be place, not going to let her get hurt in any possible way. Finding his sight swirling over to Larxene and Marluxia, despite that it killed him by doing this, he sent the man a look...telling him in a silent message to take care of the Nymph close to him as their eyes connected, only seconds before the ship trembled with a bang, everywhere shuddering like a earthquake, the metal vibrating and screeching as it convulsed like a gigantic hammer had just crashed and pounded on it, solid rushing water blaring in ears as the floor began to tilt over, hurtling and sliding him down to the next wall in a slam, though thankfully, it wasn't that hard as hit his back, wincing. It was there he knew the ship was turning over....upside down...

Aerith nodded to Cloud's question, watching as Leon went away to change, in which they could do the same. It was time to forget the emotions and sadness that the day has provided for them, with Cloud's decision and more, it would be relieving, just to have fun. Starting to move her feet, making the rest of the group follow as they walked down the hall, heading to the tunnel, she turned her head to her other buddies, asking to make sure, a honest happy smile on her face, "So now we have a extra person here. Do we all agree to meet in Yuffie's room for the gathering?"

"I suppose so, her dorm is closer. That should be right. And you already said to Leon that is that or meet us at the pool, so it's not like we have a choice," Tifa provided, standing besides Cloud and in between him and Aerith, as it wouldn't do good now to get too close. That Leon...she wondered whether he was really checking her out, or if Cloud was trying to make her feel better about the situation before. For the rest of the time, now that the decision to meet was made, they silently walked, reaching and passing the tunnel, the air comfortable between them again. The tension that they had before was gone, and it was truly...calming.

Once she was seeing that they were nearing the end, she went next to the male blond properly, now in the entryway of the dorm building that they stopped in. Everyone looking at each other, she went to say as she clapped her hands together, almost sheepishly, "Well...this is it. Go our separate ways...we'll meet back in Yuffie's in a few minutes. Sound good?"

It would be dumb if they just stood there without saying anything, so might as well finalize the arrangements.

"Fine to me," Aerith agreed gently, trying not to mind the fact that Cloud and Tifa were going to be alone for the while. Admittedly, it did kind of bother her, but wanting not to see them go together, at least, she stepped up first, heading to the right, giving a firm nod as she paused for a second. "I'll begin this way, then. We better hurry, to have more time in the water...see you later, guys." Waving slightly to Yuffie and the rest, she went to go with a twirl as she turned around, her thoughts now going into what to wear.

    Oh dear. Bikini?

Darn, I guess that could definitely conclude this topic with the final hit xP. I'm just glad that my school did not block the Great Gatsby, and got to read it. I think I have it here in my house, too. The people that lived before here left a bunch of books behind in a shelf, and that was one of them. Wonder where they went...

Though now, I'm obsessed with a song by Moby, called South Side, featuring Gwen Stefani. It sounds dark, or maybe lke grunge or something, and I remember back then hearing it. It's the chorus that makes me like it though xD.
