OOC: Alright. The thing is Demyx ran off to the Coliseum in the novel (let's spell it the KH way), then Phil said into the Underworld. Unless the Underworl is located around the Coliseum or inside, then I don't know xD. Though how Herc knew about this while Phil was knocked out is still a mystery >.<.
OOC: Intensely. I'm just wondering at what he stated about the Nobodies. And how the hell does Herc know about the black hooded figure if Phil was knocked out? (He said "we"). Did he see Demyx? o.O Seriously. I swear Nomura needs to quadruple check his plot and script.
OOC: Not really. I mean, wasn't Hercules the one who found the stone missing and then the knocked out Phil was found? There could've been ways that Phil could've run from the Nobodies and got there until that point when he reached the Underworld. He did appear near the entrance, right? In the novel, the end merely shows the Nobodies appearing and Phil yelling at Demyx about where is he going. We don't know what happens from there. Then I forgot what Phil says to Sora again.
OOC: Hope you're alright, Pyrɸ :/. I'm hoping you'll come back soon, cause I'm lonely *sniff*. "You're regressing," Zexion stated grimly, closing his book for awihile as he finished the chapter, Larxene done with the current events that took place. He honestly didn't know what to do or say anymore to her. Of course, he understood her doubts, but things seemed to begin again from the start. "I told you, Larxene. It is up to you to take the steps to move on and find what may be happiness to you. You already know, as we all do, that Axel loves you to death. Don't let what Marluxia said get to you. We all have our faults. If you are aware Axel is being real and truthful, why hesitate? Axel, yes, can be a wild card and all, but he's shown that he will do anything and take care of anyone that matters and are important to him. He's not all evil. Roxas is important to him, and he will never hurt him. And so are you." Larxene blinked, not really thinking it that way before, or in that view. Zexion was right on that account, that Axel will do anything to the end if it's someone that really meant to him. It kind of made her feel better about the situation, and it released some of the stress over that for quite the amount. Sighing, she shook her head, eyes full of uncertainty still. "I don't know...I'm just anxious, scared..." "I think I finally understand. Axel isn't the problem right now," he said enigmatically, and once Larxene stared at him questionably, he went to explain, "Is not Axel that you've been unsure with, or his personality. What you fear is what will happen in the future, and what he will do then, rather than what it is in the moment. That's holding you back, and honestly, I think you have to give Axel the benefit of the doubt. He hadn't done anything to gain your distrust except for that time with the misinterpretation of him supposely abandoning you. Which was solved already. In other words, Larxene, it's about time that you get over yourself. You're giving distress on your own, and you have something waiting for you that may end this bad luck streak you have in your life. Take a chance on him. I say he deserves it." She glared at him sharply when he told her to get over herself, about to give him a piece of her mind in ice, but then her wrath left once he continued, and her eyes shifted to the floor. Despite the fact that he should watch his mouth when speaking to her, his words did engrave deep in her mind, and she frowned slightly, recalling back on her and Axel's times together. Including the one where she imagined him touching her right smack in the middle of the floor. Larxene knew it was getting to her slowly, and that she wanted him more than anything...she loved him. And this thing holding her back from having him completely was a menace, to him, to her and her real desires. She couldn't help it though. This was serious and hard for her, if Axel loved her, he better love her until they both die, and not leave after a few, small years, or betray her. Yet, all she had to do is go for it. Forget what she was scared of, erase it from her her head, and gain what might be the man that can be right for her. Letting out a deep breath, she muttered, "I'm going to try..." "Trying is over now. Is time to act," Zexion replied sternly, watching her intently as she didn't respond, but rather, gazed harder at the ground. That was all he could do, and if that didn't convince her, he didn't know what will. Wanting to change the subject, however, even though she was probably thinking...and the problem was that she thought too much over this and the cons, he went to casually ask, "So, have you heard of the upcoming masked ball?" Larxene blinked, snapping from her contemplations roughly, and her eyebrow raised itself in confusion. She was still a bit on her questioning mind, but she caught what Zexion had said. "What masked ball?" The Cloaked Schemer simply pointed in a direction silently, and turning over to it, she found a poster on the wall, one that said animatedly about this masked ball, that was tomorrow. She stared at it blankly, not knowing why Zexion pointed this out. She wasn't one for these types of things unless no choice was given, and she didn't bring any dress with her that they were asking for there. So it wasn't like she could go. "Point? Zexion shrugged. "I'm not going either, is not my environment. Just thought it might interest you." Roxas had travelled the whole hotel or resort in his wake so far, the only thing he was doing at the moment ever since he got here. He did go to the pool at one point alone, finding that it was warm, and he met other people his age that he hung out with for those minutes. But then he went back to shut himself in his room, looking over what else he could do. Considering not much time had passed, he figured that he should get to snowboarding, something that interested him, as he couldn't exactly skateboard here. Not to mention, Axel was nowhere to be found. He hadn't seen the redhead, and he wondered where he had disappeared off to. At the times he headed to visit his room, he wasn't there, or maybe didn't hear him knocking. Like today, where he had come in the afternoon, yet he was avoided again. At least, that's what he thought Axel was doing. Making his way into the lobby, thirsty and craving for some chocolate, he walked straight pass everyone else, heading to the store around the corner beside the cafe. In his steps, he did a double take, spotting familiar yellow bangs that looked like antennae sprouting from a couch close to the fire place, and the obvious color of Zexion's hair. Wow, so people in the Organization were alive around here. Is like they can never be found. He thought about going over there, but then shook his head, not wanting to interrupt, and feeling as if he didn't know them that well to join in. In the end, he was just going to get his sweet and get back stuck in the hotel room.
OOC: Lol xD. Harry Potter! Oh my....D:. What's the punishment though? Janexna watched the questioning kind of dully, finding that Sora was making himself a little too innocent on the situation at some parts. Which was fine, because if he can do that, Demyx can too. Either way, she was kind of tired of hearing things basically be repeated, and she found the whole Auron thing pointless. Why pursue it? Demyx wasn't there. The only thing that can be contradicting is the Phil thing about two accounts, yet, Phil had mentioned, like Sora put it, that he was looking for another warrior, hero, fighter. In the novel scene, it was there Phil was suggesting it when they met and Demyx had fumbled with the answer in turn, then ran away, leaving Nobodies popping up, whether to stop him from following or he did it on purpose to mean harm. Which would also fit with the creatures Phil had said to Sora in KH2. So the problem lay in the settings, not the interaction. This was among other things. Drumming her fingers, she turned to Xelax with a smile, stating, "I'll be up for the questioning first, it seems. Have a few things to say." With that, her eyes shifted to look at the court, a bit impatient, "If Power ever finishes up, I mean." "Let me go!" "Not until you end your b*tch mode." "That b*tch mode will massacre your a** if you don't release me! I'm warning you." The last words came out a low, quiet snarl, resembling the lioness when on the prawl for her prey, tense as her pointy, sharp teeth revealed themselves in preparation. That alone was a strong warning for you to stay away, when it came to Larxene, but as typical of him, he didn't listen. Not that he felt threatened anyway. Her throwing kunai at him had gotten to the point where she actually was seriously about to stab him with all smiles, and of course, he had to defend himself. Larxene was a avid fighter and sure of her abilties, so she had no problem going against him. He had only managed to snatch her arms and place them behind her back, only to press her against a wall when she was momentarily distracted, secured and locked, making sure his legs were in between her own from the back in case she tried a sneaky move. This is where they found themselves now, her struggling in his grip as her face was planted on the surface of the wall, and she was fiery enough to closely let loose at times. Yet, while Larxene was a dangerous feline as she is, and he was quite slim compared to other members, his male strength still exceeded hers. She was wasting energy trying to get out, though he was aware that soon she will electrocute at some point once she will tire to prove that he had no power over her at any level. Including muscle. Axel sighed, rolling his eyes to the side dully. He smirked. "All you have to do is stop. Is that so hard for a wild cat like you?" "F**k you." "I'll pass." Not really. But he wasn't going to tell her that. Marluxia just watched this show boredly, seeing members fight times to time, including himself, so his eyes wandered from the irritating pair to the room. It was a wonder on how he ordered them before to stay in the same room in Castle Oblivion to check on Sora's progress, and had made it out alive and with good companionship somehow. Because, really. This was nonsense. Then again, this wasn't the real Axel, and tides have changed for Larxene and her opinion on the red haired male, due to his own conspiracy against them. Marluxia did think a lot on how much that actually affected her, as she never gives her trust easily, not even to him, yet Axel gained it in a small while. She unintentionally dug her own grave. Foolish. Yes. But even he saw how much Larxene had wanted Axel to be in their team. Just in what manner did she view him, back then? This Axel was underestimating her at the moment, though. His eyes just blinking naturally, he then pondered how long will it be until this CEO appeared. This was getting tiring. And loud. "You're slowly weakening her, Axel. Just let her go." Larxene's patience was thinning rapidly as she gritted her teeth behind her tight, pursed rosy lips. Her hands clenched into tight fists as her body shook from this unrelenting anger she was feeling and holding to. It took all her will not to shower the whole place in lightning and kill him. B@stard. How dare he think he overpowered her? Stupid, cocky, son of a- she went to thrash once more, not wanting to use her power yet as she wanted him to know that nothing will hold her down. Axel will never have any type of hold on her again. In fact, she didn't know why she was taking it easy on him. Nevertheless, it was Marluxia's comment that made her fizzle violently. Weak? She wasn't weak. She was not weak...she wasn't. Closing her eyes as Axel pressed her harder due to her almost slipping away, images flowing through her mind from her past, both from her Nobody life with the loss on Castle Oblivion, and before she even lost her heart. Memories best forgotten, taunting her. Something in her chest tightened. She was not weak. Damn them all. It was at that moment that all sense left her, and when she reopened her eyes, she tensed, smoldering wrath and rage filling her face, her orbs glowing with cold blazes as her face slowly turned around to see him. She had lasted too long from letting him get away with everything, and she found no problem on slamming her head on his face back, making him finally loosen his grasp on her. However, now that she was free, heated to where it shook her, there was no stopping her hunt. Sounds of static ranged around the room as Larxene high kicked Axel on his stomach mercilessly, striking him with lightning, as his body flew on to the other side of the wall in a loud slam. It wasn't the end there, as she summoned her kunai on one hand as her eyes lit up with a blue light that matched the color of her element, and she quickly ran to hurt again while Axel was recovering on the floor. "How dare you?!!" Just like that, she felt her own body being held back all of a sudden, and growled, looking up, only to spot a flash of pink. Her eyes narrowed. "Marluxia, back off." "No," he replied simply and sternly, his arms grabbing her by the waist tightly, this time, in a more stronger prison. Axel was to be fine, despite that he was bleeding from his nose and he had a cut lip, because he was certain that unpredicted attack will not stop him from standing. However, he could care less about his state. He was just stunned at the reaction. As was Axel. This was....it wasn't the fact that she was angry, or that this was a easy temper tantrum. One of them hit a deep, scarred spot that they shouldn't have. Which he figured was his doing, as Axel didn't say anything worth this ignition. Fortunately, he was the one touching her at the time. "Damn you to hell! You have no rule over me anymore!" she halfway screamed and spat, shaking her head vehemently as she had to get rid of another imbecile who trapped her as well. Her eyes blurring and burning, she put all the effort she could offer form her high strung insides, fighting, and fighting. Because that's what you always needed to do to get around and survive. He let out a sharp breath, saying calmly, "That may be true, but I know when you are getting out of hand that you are a danger even to yourself. This is not the time for this." He had seen many things with Larxene, yet he had never witnessed this much emotion and animosity from her so far. Not from a Nobody. When she played her games and went into battle, she always had a smile on her face, overconfident, elated at the pain she gives, but this was different. There was no laughter, there was no fun. This was pure, unfathomable fury that rose from her suddenly. Her eyes did show madness, yet there was something opposite shimmering there that he couldn't distinguish. She was greatly upset, and he did not understand why. Or why she could even feel it to such a extent. "I make my own time!" Larxene exclaimed, moving violently to get at anything. She wasn't sure even what herself. She just needed to vent. "And I make my own time as well. Which is now. I suggest you be silenced and calm yourself, or we will need to take immediate measures and higher your sentence. You'll not do this in my presence." With the new voice appearing, Larxene had startled briefly and slowly halted, her breath quick as she was roughly panting, and all eyes turned to the newcomer and owner of this realm.
OOC: That's because many of us have been lost. And before I post, I'm wondering on why the stairs? Wouldn't it be upside down as well, how would they climb that? And...I don't think stairs are around the very bottom of the ship (that's now the top) where the propellers are. We need to make this tough so it can last.
Yeah =3. Honestly, that would make a nice world to see, and we already know Merlin from there.
Pyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyrɸ, I miss you, come back! :crybaby: It hasnt' been that long, but I'm suffering withdrawal already. Happens a lot *sniff*. I guess I understand that she needs a break though. The good news is that for the rest of the college summer session, I finished my last two works, and now is the exam I have to focus on, which is just a Argumentive essay to write. Then I'm free to finally work on my fanfic.
I thought that Nomura put slapped the number Thirteen on them, not because they were unlucky for anyone to face or come in contact with, considering Demyx and all, but rather, that they were a unlucky group that had lost their hearts individually, to the point where they can't feel or have emotions, and now have no place in the world. Hence, the name of, Nobody :D. It can mean many things, as 13 is a great symbolism, and it can also attribute to being doomed. The Organization was not stable, and they had constant problems of betrayal and defects, not to mention all of them were lost. Thus, the group itself is unlucky. If it's Roxas being number 13, is because he was the last to join. That's obvious.
OOC: Wow xD. I just noticed that. Though it might get presented officially later on. I swear, this Court got me to watching 48 Hours: Hard Evidence, and other crime shows. Something that I hated my mom for watching. Go figure. Night, ICSP. Janexna just took the smirk as a answer, and shrugging, simply marked the page and set it aside as she closed it. Rubbing her eyes, she turned back to Xelax to answer his question, "You can do so first, if you wish. I may or may not have something to ask yet, I'm still undecided. It depends how the other questioning goes. Still, we can't inquire of Sora about his own attitude, as the charge isn't there for it where it needs to." She tilted her head. "Which makes me wonder on why we need the testimony....the first battle was there for us to see and the reaction of the Phil scene was shown to piece up the blanks...unless it's about Radient Garden..." She shrugged, only to see Sora come up to testify, and say a basic summary...a bit off hand with facts, though. "See what I tell you? Is pointless, is only to make Demyx appear more harmful than he was. Good thing he's up next though..." Larxene did not jump in surprise despite the fact that she looked like she got startled. After all, it appeared like, not that she did. And that was the case as the platform randomly levated up swiftly, going at reasonably quick speed, and she wondered what was going on...she was aware they were blatantly going somewhere, the question within her was the destination. Her wide, big aquatic eyes stared up as they kept ascending, noticing that a dark vortex appeared above, that reminded her closely of a black hole, albeit a weak one. It wasn't big, and she definitely could see it wasn't that strong, just to transport...and they were heading straight into it. The last glance she had seen before she went fully and utterly blind with nothing but thick ebony, was of Axel and Marluxia lounging around calmly in their respective spots and positions as if this was simple elevator ride. Admittedly, it kind of was, she hadn't even bothered to get up off the ground, and the redhead idiot didn't either. Just that alone gave her motivation enough not to be in the same height level as him. Either way, nothing was heard for awhile except the revving of the platform, so she just waited. "We're going to the CEO's office," Axel provided to them knowingly, not needing to, and not wanting to, but doing it anyway because he just felt like it. Tch. He had never really met the "it" itself, so this made him quite interested. As one could be when a Nobody. It was a shame he was written to be like them, without a heart to match the real Axel's situation as he was suppose to be his character. Couldn't Janexna do a plot twist and write him as a special case, though? While Marluxia remained silent to the outspoken words, though she couldn't know whether his eyes or anything shifted, her vision went in the direction where she heard Axel's voice coming from, as this was the pitchest of black and she could only go by the sense of sound. She had the urge to snap something back, but held back for some reason. Before she could process the matter further, there was a slight jolt as the platform finally stopped, though nothing really changed as seconds passed and passed. It wasn't until one small square glass panel in the ceiling lit up brightly out of the blue, making her shut her eyes as they had gotten used to the darkness they were in for that while, white flashes presenting themselves in her closed eyelids. Once they had recovered enough to reopen them, she blinked at the place she found herself in. The glass panel that reflected the light, now was lined up perfectly with other of its tiny kinds in a straight line right smack in the middle, that slapped across the whole room. The room itself was kind of odd. Looking down, she saw that the platform, which was a sort of metallic, smooth and rich polished slate gray now had no trace of being apart as it molded with the floor. In fact...this whole place had the same kind of metallic build and with the same color. The walls, the ceiling other than the lighting, the sides. Even the desk that was perched in front of them was followed the pattern, perfectly squared, clean, not one speck of dust from her view, and it seemed that it was attached to the ground as well. The only difference that contrasted with it all was the vast window that took up the whole wall behind the table, which only showed a green haze with lighter green number spiraling up and down...like a matrix; then there was the black, leather chair that appeared mighty expensive to normal standards. Either way, everything fitted, and she absolutely hated it already. Plain. She detested plain. Standing up on her feet as she saw Axel do so, not wanting to be the one down, thoughts were interrupted when a female voice vibrated around the whole empty space, spoken through a intercom that could not be specifically located. "Welcome to the Fanfiction Realm, and the main office. Please, for your pleasure, relax yourself with the continuing music presented until the right authority will be right with you." I'm in love with a girl who knows me better, Fell for the women just when I met her, Took my sweet time when I was bitter, Someone understands, And she knows how to treat a fella right, Give me that feeling every night, Wants to make love when I wanna fight, Now someone understand me, I'm in love with a girl... Larxene's eye twitched once. Then twice a few seconds later. This was so ridiculous. As she studied Marluxia to conclude his reaction, which was just searching the room as she was before blankly, she turned to see what Axel was doing, and found him actually mouthing out the words in sync with the music, his expression roughing up a bit when it hit the more high rocking notes. Since when was he so modern? Oh wait, scratch that. Feeling a intense, heated gaze on him, his green eyes locked sharply with acid blue ones, and he just gave a small smirk at her, as if daring her to say something, not stopping from whispering out the lyrics. He knew them, and he knew the song, nothing wrong with that. To get on her nerves though, and to somehow express his own sentiment concerning her, he tauntingly shoved the next course of the chorus at her silently as he wiggled his eyebrows suggestively, "I'm in loooove with a girl..." The response was a scoff, and a yellow and blue kunai that narrowly missed his face thrown at admirable speed rate, but it did scratch the surface of his hair, making small specks of fire red float down in the atmosphere. He just chuckled though. You kind of get used to Larxene after a while. He had to give it to her, however, that even when his focus was on her and her movements, he didn't note her preparing a weapon lunge at how fast it was. The girl was deadly if given the chance. Coming from that, he had to dodge another one, she perhaps doing it for added effect. That one was close to be more fatal, however. He wasn't looking forwad for a third one, or else he'll be jumping on the floor.
Janexna sighed, sitting down in a almost impatient manner. "You're wrong. That's just assau- *pause*....fine. When they are done with the testimonies, they could reply to that back later on." She'll let Mr. Power and his partner to their talking, and let the new judge and Pikahcu handle their...tension. Honestly, she was hoping to skip the testimonies by this point, she didn't think they needed them all each trial, especially for Demyx, as any information, other than reflections and thoughts, which really won't do anything on real court, could be found. That, and she wanted to get this moving. She was sure there was a reason fo rit, as they were so adamant. She really couldn't believe that after Demyx, there was Axel, who was number eight. Saïx won't give much of a argument, and neither Xaldin or Xemnas, and the rest like Zexion and Lexaeus, weren't that bad. The only one she thought would really last long due to the whole Repliku thing was Vexen's because of acceptance whether the relationship between them should be taken as father and son, or parental. It wasn't like the law had something about clones and their creators...yet. By the scientific rate they were moving... Either way, wow...they were almost done then...it kind of seemed unreal for it to end, as she had put so much effort into this case. Blocking off another yawn, they might as well get this part over with. She can probably even question some things herself. Getting out a law book to occupy herself with for future preparations, she opened the guide book on the page of Assaults and Aggravated Assaults, reading up on her knowledge. As her eyes wandered around, Demyx can simply be a misdeameanor. Demyx didn't use a weapon precisely in that sense, rather, played some tunes on a sitar to summon water clones that did not provide harm or may have caused any use for grievously body harm, as they just stood there doing nothing. The water clones were more of a "weapon" than the actual sitar, in her opinion. Let's see...a person has committed aggravated assault when they attempt to cause serious body injury, which Demyx didn't attempt to, as proven, or else the clones would have done more than just be targets for hitting. Next, is when it does cause injury purposely, didn't happen either. Attempts...there were no attempts to injuries and none of it was caused on Sora or his friends. Leaning her chin on her hand as she continued scrolling down, aggravated assault also boils down to the offender's intent. Hmm...she went back to the introduction. And the likely result was not death or injury again, she meant from water splashing around in forms that were quieted. The best they can do here is minor assault. It wasn't simple assault either which was another case...just assault. Assault can refer to something like a immediate show of force, which was more fitting. Aggravated Assault is more of a straight attack. Basically, it was Larxene. Of course, she wanted to read up on this more to see if she missed something along the lines... Scratching her nose, while the commotion was going on elsewhere until they got Sora or Demyx up there, she showed these pages to Xelax, wondering his opinion as she wasn't sure. He's been a longer attorney than she has been, as she was just new. Janexna almost shoved the book in his face like curious childlike earnest. "Hey, what do you think of this? They have to prove the water clones were harmful or something?"
Janexna sighed, now her brain was drifting away from her previous thoughts that were still swirling. Oh man, that's what happens when the contemplating is heavy. She needed to hear the case, though it didn't seem that it was so complicated. Taking a huge sip of her water that still remained due to Zack, which was honestly nice of him despite his motivations, she stretched her arms all the way up as well as her body, before standing on her feet, the chair sliding on the floor as it was pushed back. Now...what was it...ah yeah, of course. Trying not to yawn, as she was still in a daze, she figured she would start as Xelax seemed to be quiet. Was this her first time going well..first? "I wouldn't really called that Aggravated Assault," Janexna stated, and thinking she needed to make that particular thing clear, she added in explanation, "There was no bodily harm or any hurt. If you've seen the battle, if you can call it that, the water figures simply stand there jumping or...swaying, or moving around. Even when Sora is not attacking, they don't...do anything. In fact, it seems more like practice and Sora just had to take care of those things, but he wasn't facing any threat, really. And while Demyx's sitar can be used as a weapon and as a musical instrument, or something to summon water clones with, it wasn't really used to attack as there was no injury involved. I'll provide the video if need be." Honestly, she would call that a practice session, like someone training at a gym of the sort, but she didn't know where that situation fell. It was definitiely not Aggravated Assault though. "Can you expand on that precisely?" Janexna asked incredulously, not sure what exactly they were talking about, or where does it go in. She was obviously going more for lower Nobodies, which weren't always on the Organization's orders and have their own freedom until called (where else do they go?), but she still wanted to be certain. "Are you talking about the water clones or lower Nobodies? And does it connect to the yet still to be investigated charge?" She blinked for a moment, before saying, "And speaking of that, any sort of what has been investigated? Also, does that concern the army that Sora had to fight on the cliffs and open ground? Or something else?....yet, weren't you suppose to know the exact charges before coming to court and have them at the ready? She really didn't know what was up with the investigation. In court, from her training and teachings, the investigation and evidence is collected up before the trial, which is why investigators work hard on gathering them up enough to convict in time. If it's not there, then it's not there, and the judge or the whole court won't wait until they research when by this point, it was to be simply presented to see if it was enough to prosecute compared to other facts. The Bio and ID channels on her cable TV that show various investigations also helped on that. She needed to ask Xelax, who seems to be more accustomed to how this court worked, if they are allowed to investigate in the middle of a trial. "Erm, give me a moment," she said quite sheepishly, sweatdropping as her hands were ruffling in her suitcase where the various documents were. After Larxene and Marluxia had left, she did a bit of a clean up as the table was quite a mess, but she had ordered and filed them accordingly. Smirking as she finally got what she was looking for, she took Demyx's folder out, and went to get the assorted papers. She breathed. "Alright..." #1 #2 #3 "I put the first two in because while one can explain a reason why Phil is knocked out to fill a missing space, the other is better translated and organized while it doesn't have that particular sentence," Janexna presented, and a part of her did want to show the one where the Nobodies didn't appear, yet, she was fair, and it would not be right. Besides, it didn't look like Demyx did so in ill-will. The thing is, she wondered why the other translation missed it. "I will change that to Assault on Phil by Proxy, if there are no disagreements." Demyx ran away first...it was still a assault either way no matter what the reason was as Nobodies did appear in his wake. Whether he summoned them and they acted on their own after he left, or that he ordered them, it was cast in shadow. She went with that they acted on their own only because it didn't fit with the scene or Demyx's reaction and action, both of them. What she didn't understand was the part of Saïx. Was he simply playing with minds by saying that Sora is to be turn into a Heartless to taunt Axel, something Saïx warned the Keyblade wielder about before, yet....the redhead didn't even know until that point. Hmm. She could've used that in Axel's trial, yet is better that the prosecution knows now before writing up the charges. Less things to argue over. "By the way, Numer 3 was just a extra to show Demyx's thoughs on the whole order, but...um, it seems this battles Axel's too automatically. We'll ignore the Axel excerpt for now, unless the prosecution will like to note that down for the trial next up." Composing herself, she also went to say, "I also showed the Phil and Demyx scene, for people to compare with what Phil said in KH2, to what actually happened, which made it sound worse or in a very negative light. Is to see that not everything is what it seems, and that before acting, there's a need to have knowledge of the story itself from both sides..." She directed this at one person in particular, yet did not make any signs as to whom. From what they were discussing before all this that she now reminded herself, she also asked, "Are you still planning to bring Sora to the stand still as a witness or...what?"
Took you long enough ;P. I have nothing to say on greatness that I didn't already, so hopefully, this would continue forward in due time, and you're back in action for this fic >D.
Janexna had overheard Repliku's speech, it was hard not to miss, especially as she wasn't doing anything right now. And she didn't know whether to roll her eyes, or say something to make him understand. She didn't know what the hell he was complaining about, honestly, it was like he was asking and should be more pitied than the Organization by her, and Xelax, but she never even said once that she considered him a doll, but rather, enunciated the fact that the members at Castle Oblivion perceived him that way. Which was correct. And the focus was not even on him in this trial until Vexen was up, so of course, they weren't going to start defending his own rights when he was not a defendant. All this drama because of something...just one, tiny word that Larxene, of all people, said? No, really. That was the only real mention of him being a "doll"...well, she forgot if Xelax said anything...she couldn't quite remember how the trial went. Hell, she did get charged with the crime against him in the end, and she let that happen because it was right in her opinion, so what was his problem? Marluxia had no hand in him at all, other than knowing of his creation and letting the rest do what they needed to, especially as Vexen was the one mainly in charge of him, who didn't even listen to Marluxia in the first place if not threatened by the Superior. Just because he was responsible for the castle, didn't mean he had to control what the members did on their own free will without him present. They didn't even speak to each other, which was why she was confused by the claim Harvey made in the first place of Repliku being controlled by him when nothing, absolutely nothing, proved that he was. By that time, Repliku was even rebelling. The only moment they interacted through the whole thing, was when Repliku attacked Marluxia and he retaliated. It was understandable, of course, but in court, it still wasn't the first blow made by the Graceful Assasin. And the charge could not stand wihout show of evidence that Marluxia, did indeed, forced him to do things. She played the games and Chain of Memories enough to know that. In her opinion, that was fair. Marluxia knew his wrongs, he just didnt care for them, because he can't, and is was why he thought it was pointless to argue his case. Larxene didn't hide her wrongs or make excuses either except for that lucky charm, it was just her view of the situation, and it was in her personality not to got sob a sorry to anyone. He also didn't see the charges the prosecutors sometimes placed were ridiculous, in which, she will argue for. Seriously. Blaming Marluxia for a journal that he did not know existed, or had any prove that he erased it at all? Come on, now. If she was so adamant that the Organization was so innocent, so right, so guiltless, than she would've been dragging ALL the charges they placed on all members until the debate got tired out, in the way of Mr. Power, and would not be understanding enough to leave some on. Her job was to get the charges that the members did right on the dot, instead of putting random add ons that had nothing to with it, and that's what the hell she was being paid for. She's a attorney, the Org. were her defendants, she wasn't just going to sit there and let charges get in so lightly. And understanding is something that's missed in these trials. These humanoid Nobodies are obviously not taken in consideration about who they are and what they can't feel, and how this connects to how they can't see their wrongs even with their memes. Emotions, like guilt and regret, drive a person's decision on what is right, and what is not. They had lost that understanding. Putting logic into a simple explanation that KH is, is liking beating a dead horse. In the game, the heart is a important essence, and since the world and audience has viewed that one without a heart is cold and unfeeling, robotic, then that's the symbolism of Nobodies that is presented. At least, that was the point shown by their actions and character, as far as she knew. And there were a few rogues, like Axel and Demyx, that didn't fully give in to the fact that they couldn't feel. Demyx because he was pure that way, and Axel because of Roxas and his future experiences....he will probably be in the same train of thoughts as Saïx if he hadn't got that, without a conscience. After all, he did kill Vexen and had Repliku do the dirty job of killing Zexion all without feeling any remorse and smirking. Unlike the rest, he was lucky to have that enlightenment with him. And it can be proved in her own human world scientifically with the fact of a hypothalamus, which is a part of the brain that make them feel emotions, or connects it. Maybe she should introduce that word to them and have them research it to get the facts straight. As well as the fact that Repliku missed that yeah, the Org. were not suppose to exist, but yet they do. It was even quoted somewhere...maybe in Chain Of Memories. They were seen as nothing, worthless, even Ansem viewed them that they could not exist and have no right in these worlds, so it wasn't like Repliku had it so damn bad and the rest didn't have anything to deal with that was the same and had to suffer through. Roxas himself for demonstration, fought for his right to exist and live his life and not just be Sora, or be forced to go back into him because that's just the way it was. The problem was that the members in Castle Oblivion didn't see Repliku with the same situation, in the way he was treated, so that was clouded. So yeah, soooo sorry to say that the Organization is misunderstood. She was positive that if they weren't up for a goal to have a heart, the whole lot of them would do no harm and just live life emptiless, roaming. Except for Xemnas, perhaps. It was stupid that they were considered threats to society after the job was over when they had nothing to work towards anymore. So, if there were any other humanoid Nobodies out there, they were considered threats without doing anything as well until they had a chance to have a heart and help to further it? Repliku and the Nobodies existences were different as well, the same concept, but different. Repliku was made by hands, built, and experimented, which is why Larxene called him a "doll" and referred to him as one by definition standards, that she explained. Yet even while she said that she didn't deny the fact that he had his own sense of self, it turned out to be like this big, personal nuclear blow or something. It was like she said before....with feelings or no feelings, or that he had his own thoughts, did he think Larxene was going to have mercy on him either way? No. Furthermore, Nobodies weren't "created" the way he had been, and in fact, are part of someone else that has just strayed. So in his view, if a person lost his finger or a organ, that means that the said finger was just "created"? It was just a part of someone that got cut off. It applies. Unless he's talking about how a male and female get together to do the naughty to create a fetus that turns out to be baby, and that the finger was part of that creation, then she didn't know where it went. It was like Emblem Heartless will be considered typical creations, for example. But as it seems, her and Xelax were held against everything as if they didn't have their own reasons, just like the prosecution, all because they were defending the group. So, was this discrimination? And apparently, her and Xelax were oblivious to the Organization's wrong doings, which was complete bull. Was that how they appeared like? Of course, she couldn't really speak for her partner, but considering he had agreed to the charges for Luxord and the rest as it were for what they honestly committed despite his arguments, than he had the shared sentiments. And by what she's seen, people and fans actually feel and pity Repliku. So again, what the hell is he complaining for? For her, now was not the time to do feel pity and she had to concentrate on the task at hand, which was the Organization, and her work as a attorney. And now, she needed to get on to Demyx. She didn't get the third charge...didn't they get that over with Luxord? Otherwise, wow...Demyx was simple. OOC: OMG! :D I think I made a new record! >D
Well, we're comparing and contrasting right now, and Sakura came up as a example ^^;. Might as well give reason why Kairi's development is bland below other female fighters. No problem. I kind of left the Naturo explanations about Sakura to you, since I'm not such a avid watcher, though I have understood Sakura's character and everyone's growth in the show. That, my friend, would consequently doom Kairi's character completely. By that point, she has risen above Sue status, to the point where she isn't real. All hope, if any, is lost. If Nomura wants to do any good for her, in KH3, if Kairi has to be a out of nowhere fighter with a out of nowhere Keyblade, the best path is to show her growth and learning at how she handles the weapon, and the skills she slowly learns, to make some mistakes and sometimes fall, with only her determination making her keep up, instead of being such a incredible expert the next time we see her. Now that...THAT, is what I would appreciate. Along with some flaws in personality. And not make her do awesome things just to show off how "strong" and "bad@ss" she's suppose to be like they did in KH2. For some reason, if she does end up fighting if the Keyblade ever appears again, I predict that it would pull something like Sora and Riku trained her while in the islands, and now she's all nasty with her moves :/. Worse outcome, is that she's just amazing without any training at all. Naminé managed to affect. She's flawed. In fact, being emotionally weak, meek, and so introverted are flaws in itself (and even "shallow", as someone else placed it). Those are seen as negative (compared to Kairi, who's filled with positives in personality), and is funny or ironic, because what was posted about her to say she isn't better than Kairi is the exact reason why Naminé is more likeable. With that, she's overshadowed her Other by miles. If you don't like what a particular character is doing or how they are, then they are on the right destination. Kairi is different in dislike, because is not her flaws that give her depth in the story that turns off the viewer, but rather, her lack of it and perfection. Kind of odd. -------- However, I do disagree with the whole liking Roxas thing. In my opinion, it's psychological, the Sora situation was that she was tired of being lonely, and kind of selfishly, wanted Sora to be her hero, or at least have one person who mattered, just like Kairi did (she later found this with Roxas...not as strong, and just beginning, but there). She didn't want to be by herself any longer, it just got out of hand due to the obvious circumstances she was in. Not to mention, Sora, as his friends put it, was really laying it on thick with her, being so sweet and nice. Any girl will blush xD. It was just more of a want, then a actual crush or liking, and Sora was utterly kind. For Roxas, in the most part, she was just being helpful to him, as she has been for the time. They had a few hints around, but naturally, they weren't going to make Paopu drawings five minutes later, and it seems like they both just really liked each other's company (take that as you will) as they kept bonding. Not love at first sight or anything....just more innocent. Is like smitten with somebody, which is not unusual with any us when you meet someone at first. Is not like she was, "ZOMG!Roxas! We'llbetogetherforever*glomps*" And is not like they had a choice in the end when they had to return to the originals, did they? It was lucky enough they got to know each other and met to develop something. Then again, there's also the argument that being Sora and Kairi's Nobodies, they would have that connection and just click. I didn't see it as canon OOC as Naminé never changed her persona, or that it was something new we've seen. You have to consider the knowledge she acquired a year after Castle Oblivion and that it wasn't just Sora anymore by that point, her thoughts were on meeting everyone who had something to do with her, including Kairi, as she said outloud in the FM+ new scene as well. This showed a change on view enough that she can move forward and not depend on solely Sora as she did before. She even spent much of her time with Axel, who at one point, kept her safe from Saïx (well, that was more in the novels...). Riku also didn't get rid of her at Ansem's orders as well. Is that not a show of concern from others? Roxas was just next on that list. It was fair, and in retrospect, she got what she was looking for. She gained half of Sora to be her own knight in shining armor :P (*coughs*andinmyeyesthebetterhalf*coughs*). I don't know..I didn't find it absurd. But yeah, I'm getting rather off-topic ^^;, I just needed to add my two cents as the statement came up.
Xemnas simply eyed Roxas nonchalantly as he came towards him, his expression unreadable as he did not say anything on his fake smile, wanting to see what excuse he could come up with. Apparently, it wasn't a very good one, and his lips frowned at the boy in dubious danger, to show he was not pleased. Waiting a while before answering, gazing at the blond boy sternly and sharply, he replied in a low, dark tone, "Lying does not make you look any better. Fortunately for you, you've been behaving so far on the job, so I'll call this a first strike and a warning." His orange, cold eyes narrowed. "Second strike, your payments will be cut for a few weeks. Third, you'll get fired. Period. You've been notified, so do not fail." At this, his face became more placid and calm, and his voice appeared more light as he inquired as a brow raised, "Is there anything else you would like to say?" Marluixa just took this in quite boredly, though he was a bit impatient about the answer to his Lily question. The best he could do, if there needs to be a man-eating plant, was one of normal, lifeless, without will species, which were ruining his garden anyway. As he watched the scene before him, he shook his head, wondering if Roxas truly thought that would work. Either way, he was becoming quite concerned for Larxene, as this wasn't the first time she's been procrastinating on work. Larxene blinked in befuddlement for a moment at his request, only to then half-lid her eyes suspiciously. Of course, she had yet to completely trust Axel, and she wanted to, but this was yet fairly new. You can never be too careful, and since she was aware that her trust was hard to gain...maybe now would be a good time to start, she guessed. Larxene wondered what he was going to do, because Axel can be one to do a prank, but giving him the benefit of the doubt, she slowly closed her eyes cautiously, her body mildly alert in case she got thrown water or something. Considering the mood and the place, however, she knew that it was nothing of the sort, so she let herself relax as she waited for what he was going to do. Naturally, she was very interested and curious.
Gritz has just pwned xP, so I don't have much to say. If you've been noticing in Naruto, which you haven't apparently, Sakura has come a long way, and she's actually being useful and helpful. She grew, she learned, she processed, and she got depth as a character throughout all arcs. 12 to the Sakura now after the time skip is highly different. She became more sensitive and caring, even understanding. I use to not like her, hated her, but she changed, and my view did with her. She's flawed, and she's not perfect. And it doesn't matter how much screen time, as been said. In those small moments, no matter how scarce, her character should grasp the viewers, and whatever Kairi gave, obviously did not cut it. It didn't. Is not even her "uselessness" as much as she's just plain not interesting. Whatever she tries, it comes out pathetic or forced, she's perfect in every possible way, I don't think there's any negative personality in her, and she's a deus ex machina, which I truly despise. Unless she does something that gets my attention finally, she'll remain that way. And to others in this thread. You know there's something wrong if people prefer her Nobody better.
OOC: I was hesitating on asking for Roxas, since it is four. But I figured since none are being used...but if anyone wants him, they're free. So, thanks :P. Now I just need to think on how to bring Roxas in. Larxene materialized carefully hidden in the shadow of a hall, conveniently next to a trash can. Seeing as no one spotted her, she took out the basins in her hands and threw those in the garbage, while she kept the plates belonging to the buffet still. Stepping out, she fixed her trench coat with one free hand, before beginning to walk down the path to the lobby, reaching the familiar vast and huge space as she eyed her surroundings. Larxene spotted what seemed to be a buffet in front of a opened restaurant, people moving around, picking the delicious food that she had tasted, and she headed there naturally, wanting to get rid of her baggage as soon as possible. It didn't take long, and noting that people who were done eating place the plates in a sink that connected to the inside of the restaurant, to perhaps the kitchen for cleaning, she went there, doing the same as the rest and following their actions. She waited to see what would happen, and her eyes grew a little when he saw a man's hands appear and take them the newly put dishes, the only thing keeping her from seeing him was the brick wall. Odd way of doing things. Letting out a breath, she turned back, not knowing where to go or what to exactly do. Her blue eyes searched around the whole area constantly, trying to find anything... Honestly, she was kind of hoping Axel might've been around, yet she knew that if he was, he could easily be seen with that mass of fire red hair of his. No one in the building had that color, and it made him stick out like a sore thumb. And just like that, a sudden thirst for him tugged at her chest, a bit faded, far away, almost as if it wasn't there, yet it was strong. Placing her hand on top of it, she halted, closing her eyes to this tingling sensation, and for a moment, she found slim, but strong arms wrap around her waist tightly, bringing her close to his warm and comfortable body in a embrace as she laid her head in his broad chest. His recognizable smell wafted through her nose in earnest, getting lost, feeling his hot breath hovering over jaw as it sent a shiver down her spine, before she found burning, soft lips...those belonging to him, kiss on the smooth skin of her neck, and she sighed blissfully. Axel... Yet as much as it began, it was over, and she snapped back to reality, blinking open her eyes rapidly as everything returned to normal, and the warmth was gone. Watching as some people gave her weird glances, while some seemed concerned, as she had her hand on her chest in a grip, she stood there, feeling on the spot. They probably thought she was having some kind of attack or something. A bit embarassed that she stopped to daydream in the middle of a crowd, she simply gave a piercing look to them all, before quickly scurrying away to get out of sight. Well. That was stupid. Quite out of breath, she passed by her favorite spot on the fireplace, the flames flickering brightly in its orange, yellow glow, and it appeared everything was going to remind her of that cursed redhead. Deciding to sit in one of the couches there to think and be in serenity, she found herself moving into the carpeted section, only to see a figure cloaked in black reading a book. Larxene wasn't surprised. She saw Zexion give her a fleeting glance, before going back to his choice of literature. Ignoring him, she sat on the next sofa beside him that was the closest to the fire, not saying anything as she cuddled herself. Zexion blocked out a yawn, already sensing Larxene coming since long ago, and he was aware of the actions that took place. Not visually, but he could imagine that things didn't go smoothly once more. He could tell something had occurred, as Marluxia had left in a bad mood, he could pick it up with his "smell", taking in immense sadness. And Axel had gone as well. Quietly, not taking his focus off the words on the pages, he asked her in patient understanding, "Care to share anything?" And he listened intently as she began to spill her guts.
"You don't need luck, Dem-Dem. Compared to the rest, you have nothing to worry about, really," Janexna stated, turning around to face the adorable member of the Organization. She was rubbing her eyes to get the sleep out of them and gave out a silent, small yawn, seeing as they were going to go at it again. So, that was it...Zack was the judge for now. He thankfully sent Luxord back to the KH universe, which ALL should be on, since setting all these characters away from where they came from can affect the plot development and story, just like Axel was suppose to be in his original self by now, and maybe others as well. This was doing nothing, but stop that, getting in the way. Once Marluxia and Larxene are done, they needed to go back to their respective realm as soon as possible...it was dumb bringing them back alive, now what were they suppose to do? Make them fade again? Nomura won't be a very happy camper. Even Xemnas might be the important role in all this, or at least Xehanort, and she wondered how much the game will be different with them messing around all the time because of these trials. That was another thing that bothered her other than them being forced to be here. The future of the series after KH2. How was this wreck in the time line going to be fixed? Sora and the rest can easily go to their respective places, but the Organization was gone. Xemnas was here. Axel was here. It was then her thoughts were distracted by the space and atmosphere around them shifting. Was she the only one who sensed that? OOC: I've really been wondering about that, with taking characters off their universe and messing with it when their use might not be over.
OOC: I thought we were being held on about what to do, whether to continue without Erkz's ruling or not. Whatever the case, it doesn't matter, obviously. I asked of ICSP cause he's gone until Sunday (and I don't think is good to start without him, as he might have something to argue) so the best we can do is set Demyx up with the charges, and get ready. But are you going to do what Base asked for in a earlier post (cause he kind of put something...there, and I don't know if you plan on taking one of them...). Janexna was still halfway asleep, as she was just finished waking up, so when she heard that the judge was moved away because of something and taken somewhere else, and Zack of all people, was going to be the new judge, she had to do a double take, and blink, wondering if she was still dreaming. How many judges did they have to go through now? And....Zack? The womanizer? It didn't matter if he was judge, the verdict might be different, but as Marluxia was one of the worse ones, he only got to be in a M-rated yaoi fic...that was kind of horrible. She really wouldn't want to be forced and stay stuck in a fanfiction world while making love or kissing another girl. That would be really hard, and she halfway wondered if Marluxia was going to go through with it, or else he's going to be there for awhile. The point was, it could not be as bad as that. But Zack as a judge...flirt, violent, and all. Not that she didn't like him, but his personality was very...eccentric? Thank goodness Larxene's trial was over before he took the judge's seat though, her punishment might've been something naughty of that sort. That is, if Larxene didn't castrate his manhood in the long run. Either way...was this it? Now to Demyx?
