Posted Sonic's nightmare. Stern is gonna seem a bit out-of-character, but I needed to do that for the nightmare.
~The Nightmares~ Sonic instantly began to feel sleepy...Very, very sleepy. "Hey! What're...You......" He fell over and went to sleep. He began to dream. In this dream, he awoke in Green Hill. But there was something very different about it. The sky was dark and without a sun, and the wildlife that filled it's trees and grass were nowhere to be seen. An ominous wind blew through Green Hill. "Tails? Kn-Knuckles? Anyone?" He started walking through Green Hill, attempting to find his friends, when suddenly... "Hello...Sonic..." As the sound of those words stopped, a small doll resembling Tails descended from the sky and floated before Sonic. Sonic wasn't sure how to react to the doll. "What's the matter? Don't you recognize your best friend?" It said, it's mouth not even opening, nor it's expression changing. "Y-You're not Tails...You're just some...Ch-Cheap imitation!" "Aww...Now that's not nice...Come on, Sonic...PLAY WITH ME!!!" At those last words, the Tails Doll's mouth opened, revealing a set of sharp, bloody teeth. The voice also changed from an innocent, childish voice to an echoed, demonic voice. At the sight of this, Sonic backed away slowly before turning around and running away. "Don't run, Sonic! I only want to PLAY!" Just then, the world around him began to distort. The clouds in the skies twisted and turned, and the water in the distance turned a blood red. "It's not real...It's not real...It's not..." Sonic was stopped by yet another doll, this time being in the form of Knuckles. "What's wrong, Sonic? You look like you've seen a ghost?" "Knuckles...Not you too..." "Are you afraid of our new forms, Sonic? There's nothing to fear, Sonic...All we want to do is...PLAY!" Sonic ran past "Knuckles" as fast as he could. The world around him distorted more. It began to rain, but the rain was black, and red lightning began to strike everywhere. The red water also began to boil. "It's not real...None of it...None..." Sonic came upon yet a third doll. This time, of Shadow. It stayed silent for a moment. "You neglect us, Sonic. You run around this world, feeling as if you're the only one capable of keeping it safe...But in reality, you are the WEAKEST of us all." There was a moment of silence. "If you're such a hero...Then why is Maria dead? Why was she killed by the humans of your world? WHY WAS I LEFT ALONE FOR YEARS IN A POD!? If you can't answer for these..Then you are nothing more than a pathetic, useless fool." Sonic was on the brink of tears at this point. "But I am willing to forgive you. All you have to do...Is PLAY!!" "Enough!" A familiar voice echoed across Green Hill, and instantly the dolls fell to the ground, lifeless. Sonic turned around to see someone he had been longing to see again for a long time. Stern. "Stern! It's you!" Sonic ran over to Stern and hugged her. "It's good to see you again, Stern." "I missed you, Sonic. I really did." "I missed you too, Stern." "I want to make sure we're never separated again. Can you promise me we'll never go our separate ways again, Sonic?" "...Sure. I'll make sure we-" "Liar." Sonic let go of Stern and stood back. "W-What?" "How dare you lie to me, Sonic the Hedgehog." "Stern, what are you talking about!? I'm not-" "Silence. There is only one way to make sure we are never separated again. Stand still, Sonic." Sonic was shaking, tears rolling down his eyes, as Stern aimed her Device at him. He then attempted to run away. "I said...Stand still!" She stopped Sonic with a bind, holding him in place. Stern floated over to Sonic. "See? You did lie to me. You tried to run away and separate us again." "S-Stern, no, I-" "Don't worry, Sonic. I'm not going to hurt you. I'm going to make you just..." Lightning flashed, covering Stern's face for a split second. When her face was in sight again, she had a twisted smile on her face. "Like..." Lightning flashed again, this time, the Tails, Knuckles, and Shadow dolls appearing around Stern. "Them!" Stern aimed her device at Sonic once again, a light emanating from the tip. Sonic was crying hard at this point. He couldn't get away, and he couldn't stop the one he cared for most...From turning him into a cursed doll. "Stern...I'm sorry..." "I'm sorry too...Sonic the Hedgehog." Stern fired off the light at Sonic. There was a bright light...A sharp pain...And then darkness.
I'm working on Sonic's dream right now. Poor hedgehog is losing all of his friends. ;_;
Ah, I see. Makes sense. If you're not gar for Nanoha...Well, she'll befriend you until you are.
Ah, okay...That must be why a lot of the lines in the English dub are exactly the same as the Japanese ones then. According to the subs, anyway....
I didn't know it was the same scriptwriter for both dubs either. Well, at least they did it half-decent. It's better than nothing.
Well that's certainly interesting...So the English dub has been saying it right all along. Was it pronounced that way in the god-awful English dub?
Oh, so none of them are actually saying Breaker, it's just how they pronounce it that makes it sound like that?

~Savannah~ Yoko and Genome both noticed the female Kamina (I'm assuming she's visible to everyone now?). Yoko was left nearly speechless. "B-But...That's..." Genome on the other hand, said nothing. While he was pretty freaked out, Zen reflected another feeling he had. You see, when Genome saw Female Kamina, a drill extended straight out from Zen's forehead (Behind which lay Genome's lower body). Yoko saw this, immediately understanding the gesture. "Pervert!" Yoko yelled, smacking Genome over the head with her gun. "Agh...Totally worth it..." Yoko walked up beside Gurren Lagann and examined Kokuren Lagann, along with it's pilots. "Y'know...For being girl versions of you two...They certainly have a cooler looking Gunman." Upon hearing this, Genome shot up, running over to Yoko and leaving Zen on the ground. "Hey! You watch your mouth, lady! There's no way that some cheap rip-off is gonna beat the original Gurren Lagann!" "You'd better watch your mouth, you little-Huh?" Yoko noticed something in the sky...The clouds seemed to shifting strangely. "What's the matter-Whoa...What's up with the clouds?" Yoko looked into them with her scope, trying to see if she could see anything...She found nothing worth noticing. "Not sure...It's like something's moving them, but...I don't know what..."
Alright, yeah, that's about the extent I was gonna go anyway.
Ah, I see. Indeed I will, bro o' mine. For my Justice, along with my drill, WILL PIERCE THE HEAVENS!
