As was Toonami
Toonami was great for airing shows that at the time nobody had even heard of.
At this point only the hardcore people who actively look for more anime know what Casshern Sins and Deadman Wonderland is.
There are three things would greatly help Toonami
1. New shows like Casshern Sins that a majority of western viewers have never heard of
2. Advertisement OUSTIDE of 2 hours before it airs
3. Better time slot

Boomerang and Nick at Nite seem to do that just fine

So if this is true then this means that Square Enix has effectively been making Final Fantasy 15 since before Final Fantasy 13 ever came out and WELL before 14 ever did.
