Sweets don't actually give you cavities. I mean sure, the sugar is a tasty snack for the germy things that live there, but the sugar doesn't really stay long. Saliva moves that all into your stomach. As long as you brush daily, you won't get cavities off of sugar. ALSO!!! GREAT NEWS!!! I went to get my last 2 cavities filled today and apparently, I brushed/flossed one of them away! There was a cavity but I brushed with awesomeness and now it isn't there. I didn't know that could happen! Great joy!
