Umm, I really can't think of any bad songs from Flobots, but here's my favorite songs from each of their albums Something Grown Together Iraq, Mayday!!!, Same Thing (really, theres' no song on Fight with Tools that I don't love.) Defend Atlantis, White Flag Warrior (ft. Tim McIlrath from Rise Against), Whip$ and Chain$ And from The Circle in the Square? All of them. Seriously. My LEAST favorite on this one are Loneliness, Gonna Be Free, and Sides and I love those.
