I personally lay in bed and think about how much i hate myself. Usually by the time i'm feeling like offing myself i fall asleep. Which is probably a good thing, now that i think about it.
No, you haven't done anything wrong. Not yet, anyway. What do you do to fall asleep? Count sheep, backwards from 100, etc etc.
