Thats stupid. Then Saix should have had a bigger story in kingdom hearts than he did. If he controls darkness, then why would not be related to like Riku's story or anything relating to the dark people. I think Saix should have had more spotlight. Look at Axel, he had fire, but Saix dosn't get any love for having darkness? Thats just wrong if you ask me.
Cause thats mostly all final mix had. Only like 4 new cutscenes, and I believe like maybe 1 or 2 new keyblades. Atleast one.

He wanted to be the most powerful being he could be, and by thruth, darkness could help him. So thats why he used the darkness. He had complete control over his actions.

Okay, remember in kingdom hearts Chain of memories? When Riku (regular) was fighting Zexion? Zexion took the physical apperance of Sora, Riku didn't want to hurt Sora, becuase he didn't understand why Sora wanted to hurt him. I think Riku just didn't want to hurt Sora in kingdom hearts. Plus it was Ansem taking Riku over in kh1 too. So maybe Sora might be able to kill Ansem, but not Riku. Riku shows mercy, where as Sora didn't.
Sora is not stronger than Riku. Case closed.
