OOC: Does anyone miss the forum being dark? :/ I like the way the colored posts looked like...so pretty :3.

"Is going to be fine..." Zexion muttered blankly to the female in his arms as he placed her on the floor of her hotel room, noting perceptively that her eyelids were flickering, so she must be coming in and out of consciousness. Good. Being quite careful, he moved her limbs to a position on the ground perfectly, so it would seem like she had fallen, or fainted from a attack, and someone had picked her up in "shock", only to put her back down. Yes, it was time to put his acting skills to work on this one, it was his job to deceive. But first, before it was too late, he needed to find Naminé for the help needed. And fast.

Beginning to sense where she was as he closed his eyes in focus, his hands, now free, having a finger on his chin, he came into the 'smell' of some water, and then the scent of the girl was around it heavily. Reopening his eyes now that he had found her, he stood up from his bent position, outstretching his arm as he summoned a portal, the black void spiraling from mid-air, and growing to the passage it its known for, providing entryway. Zexion knew he had to leave this female for a few seconds, so he went through the darkness in quick pace, doing a bit of walking somewhat, until he came out into the other side, the shine of the twilight sky and rays meeting his vision. Keeping his concentration on the portal, so it wouldn't fade off, he found the blonde witch huddled over a fountain, doing what she always did: draw. Gazing at her for a moment behind her back, he cleared his throat, to show his presence, if she hadn't realized ityet, and looked at her straight and sternly in the face when he got her attention. "You are needed. This is a actual emergency, so go through the portal, and I'll explain everything there. Don't waste time thinking about it, and hurry. Just don't be shocked by what you see."

Roxas just nodded to his friend, beginning to step up to the door slowly, just to keep Axel walking in a way that was comfortable to him. Now that they were here, he began to wonder how they were going to clean up his lashes, cuts, and all. Roxas flushed in embarrassment, knowing he was in a predicament, because the wounds would have to be tended to without Axel's shirt on, considering the skin and all. Oh, God, someone help him. He shuddered. That was...going to be uncomfortable. There had to be another way to do this. On the train of thought of how this was going to work, his mind once more drifted over to that "Memory Witch" in contrast, wondering who she really was, and...aware that the whole truth wasn't given. Why did her name have "Memory" on it? Was she a Nobody like them? Biting his lip, he glanced over at Axel intently, pondering if he was going to say anything if he asked. Yet, there's no point in not trying, and if he insisted, he was certain Axel would spill in someway. "Hey, Axel, could you tell me more about that 'Memor-"

His question got cut short when he jumped, finding the bathroom door opening suddenly, only to widen his eyes in surprise at the figure he saw coming out. "You?!"

Larxene stared at the kid almost in the same way he was, just more stunned, as her body froze from the unexpected shout, and their entrance. However, with a blink, she recovered quite smoothly and quickly, a slight sneer curling her pink lips as she eyed Roxas in the most condescending manner as she snapped, "Yeah, me. What of it?" She raised her eyebrow daringly.

Roxas glared, but went to respond quite calmly, "Weren't you going over a jealous attack or something and marched off?" Honestly, he was quite glad she was here, even with the less than appreciated attitude that made him annoyed. Not that he didn't like her, she could be cool, to be truthful, yet it was obvious the way she behaved weren't accepted by most. But, if things worked well between her and Axel right now, clear things up, he might not have to dress Axel's wounds after all.

    Yay.

"First, I was not jealous. And second, I had a good reason for coming here," she seethed in denial, sending him a dirty, and narrowed look, frowning. True, she was lying through her teeth, but like hell she was going to admit it outloud, especially when the brat was talking to her that way. Larxene took most of her will in avoiding Axel's gaze, those damn green eyes of his burning through her if she saw him, every time he stared at her. Made her feel tensed. So, she really set her time on Roxas, and him only, as if he was the only one in the room. Her hands were wringling in the silky cloth she had in her hold, which were Axel's pajamas that he had lent to her that fateful night. She made a trip to her room for it, thinking that will be a fine excuse to come here. Her black trench coat was not present too, as it was in the bathroom while she was busy cleaning the blood stains, and so she had her under outfit, the black tight fitting pants, her boots, and her matching black, sleeveless tank top. She was not happy though, and she made sure to show that her anger and fury were in her expressions, unyielding. However, she was certain her eyes said enough on this manner. Larxene still wanted to kick something, and by some good luck, maybe that fangirl will die. Despite that, when she got back to her room to vent, she realized what she had done...and not even able to help it, the regret started to sink in predictably. That stupid, unneeded, weak, guilt about leaving Axel that way behind, when he obviously was hurt. That wasn't the main problem either, because it reminded her of the time of the misunderstanding situation, where she had thought he had abandoned her with the state she was in. Yet, here she was, actually doing it. She despised hypocrites, and she didn't want to become one herself, as accidental as it was. And that girl. Argh. It enraged her, and at the same time, made her chest ache at the fact that he could be with some other girl, or look at another in the same way, admittingly. It was one of those times when she was feeling more than enough emotions that differ each other all at once, and it made her frustrated. She couldn't even really face him right now, wondering what he thought of her for her action. Though...she wanted to chek if he was okay.

But she kept these things well hidden under her unbreakable, cold, and tight mask, and moving forward in a walk, her legs still in slight pain, she directed herself to the bed, passing by Roxas, and putting the pajamas neatly on the mattress. Before anyone opened their mouth, messing around with the clothes in a attempt to pretend she was scouting around it for no particular reason, she began, "I just wanted to return it, since he never asked for it. And I figured I'd take off my trench coat and get to cleaning it, so don't mind if you see it there."

Roxas just watched her, not really listening, but instead, studying what she was doing as if he was some psychiatrist. He knew it was more than that, and it seemed, that she did care for his best friend, and had feelings enough to come here to see if he was fine. Well. Ignoring the fact that she was covering the true reason of her presence. Passed the first test. Shifting his cerulean eyes to the redhead, he asked in a very low whisper for only Axel to hear, "Do you want me to give you some private time? I'll go to my room, and stay there for awhile...then I'll come back...if you can stand up by yourself, that is."

OOC: He's all kinds of special xD. If you see CoM, he can sense and have this sensitivity with his nose. Like he could tell something was off about Marluxia, and he 'smelled" Xemnas in Riku, due to the Ansem Heartless thing.

OOC: Alright, let's get this moving then xP.Oh, and where is the Olympus Stone located before I begin? Cause if it's in open space...>.>..anyone could take that darn thing.

"Yeah, I do have a few things to question, just a few, if Demyx can bear with me..." Janexna replied to Xelax and the rest, going to stand up neatly, with a reassuring smile at Demyx that it was quite short. His testimony was simple, and straight to the point, though it was best to clear off some things. "Some are just yes or no answers, alright? Okay, first off, Demyx.."

"Are you able to use Reflect or use a barrier?"

"So, you didn't really mean to let Nobodies, or anything, really hit Phil? Even so, you wouldn't hurt him intentionally, right?"

"So you were thinking about Roxas and how to somehow liberate him, correct? While you got the order, that was your intention?"

"Was a new order given to you after the first battle and into the second one? Or it was just that?"

"You didn't know that it was stealing it, and in your mind, you simply borrowed it? So when Goofy...that's his name, called you a 'thief', in that time, in your mind, you weren't one. And as you said, you returned the stone after use to free your powers, didn't you? Just to make things clear."

"Now, Demyx, will you explain exactly how the water clones work? Would you call it more of a challenge, than a fight? And, was there or did you say a time limit on Sora that they had to be defeated?"

Janexna breathed. "Now this is a set of question that are kind of a lot, but don't take so much to answer. Through this whole situation, can you tells us more about how you were feeling? Did you feel insulted? Were you indecisive about what to do, under pressure of the order to use aggression? Things like that."

"Did you ever intended to kill Sora, or truly hurt your friend? It shows here on the novels that you didn't like being a wuss, did anything they said hit you on that? When you said the line 'Silence, traitor!", were you simply acting tough from being tired of having these words thrown at you?"

At this, she cleared her throat. "And finally, did you ever expect to win, or did you know you were fighting a losing battle?"

" What would happen if Xemnas found out that you didn't complete the order?"

" And, when you met the second time, in the beginning, you weren't intending to attack Sora, right? And...coming from that, if none of those words were spoken, if Sora tried, would you had let him pass without problem?"

You have to understand, that the Organization members are like what we call a drug. We get addicted. We can never get enough. And in turn, RPs with their characters, who are a very colorful group, are made with them. To stop this will be like taking away the people's heroin (yeah, nice imagery), and they are going to counter and get pissed off that they have to put up less of those threads. If that order goes to pass, nobody is going to be happy with it, I'll tell you that much. And as people said, all the Org. XIII threads that have the group name on it, doesn't always mean is about THEM. They are included, but it trails off to even OC characters leading, or KH heroes, so really, there isn't a problem that others haven't said. There are a variety of RPs that pertain to real life, or originality, so is not like is full of them. There's majority, yet is not the only thing there.

I don't know what else to tell you, or what any of us can.

And about the art, I don't think is a big deal. Is just to get a precise visual of what your character looks like so everyone can use their imagination more and see her/him better when posting. If they describe the art as well, that wouldn't be originality either. To make it a simple solution, we can have under the pictures DO NOT OWN if they don't as a RP rule, if that quells anything. We can't have the artist's name unless taken directly, because those whole things are thrown in any Image search engine and Photobucket.

Otherwise, I think we all know the decision to this now.

OOC: I hope you know Janexna said only to say that the player in that video didn't give chance enough to pause to show the water clones don't attack unless provoked. Of course, the player won't stand around doing nothing. Especially as the gameplay gives you a time limit D:.

Otherwise, Janexna is cool with being penalized :D. Honestly, we all deserve some whiplash.

Now we just need to see where Amber stands.

OOC: I think due to the...situation, none of us should play Demyx ^^;, unless the prosecutors have no problem. Amber is unsure whether to quit or not (I think we scare her xD), I don't know where her mind set is yet, though. We'll see.

"Um...don't reply to that just yet," Janexna told everyone, inwardly wincing, and simply grabbed Xelax's shoulder quickly, and made her face lean down on his ear, willing to make him see some sense of the tense, very tense situation, "I think you need to think over a few things..."

I do not why I am in-vi-si-ble. Only that I was about to leave, yet, I don't know if you've been keeping up with Court, but I had to say one final thign before I rest. That's why. I was about to log off (still am). Only for awhile.

I don't want to leave, honestly D:, I love RPing T-T, is that again, the RPs there aren't...let's say, blooming xD. I have Twilight High and Rivals, but is slow for me, and unless we can get it excited as it was before, is not going to last long. Love is doomed after you leave, Wal-Mart is closely going to that, the Court RP will end someday, and new RPs don't catch my interest. I at least won't be posting as much as before. And remember, you have the TONE of writing so much awesomer than me! *thumbs up* Trust me, I'm not that good.

AND YA HUNGRY? o.O Nuuuuu! You can't starve D8. Well, hmm, I can't give you chocolate cakes through the internet *contmeplates*...

    Darn it! D<

"Is not all falling on me, true, but you directed some things especifically to me, and I directed this at you. That's all it was, and why I took those ones personally. And I will guard when there's a uncalled for act in this, and which, does not even fall on Xelax. So, of course, I'm going to defend him in that regard. Like it or not, he's my partner, and my friend, and together we're a team, and when I see that perjury is not a liable charge, then I will speak. Yes, he should be warned, somehow given a type of retribution, grounded, so to speak, yet as we all see, we haven't even heard Xelax words in this, which we soon will. I can't control every one of his actions, is not like I will predict what he will do, and he has been behaving good so far after the last situation. If I have to talk to him, then I will. The reason I took the blame for the water clones, is because it was my mistake, and seeing as I'm on his side and team mate making it look like it was fact and not being clear, it falls on me. I know it was."

As this finalize the whole discussion, she sighed, rubbing her eyes, and then turned to look at Xelax, with a apologizing and guilty look in her hazel eyes. "So, I'm sorry for giving you that as a amo, and getting you excited that we had something. Though I think is about time, that you spoke for yourself...so, we'll wait for you..."

True, true, is just now I think, in the long run, that I might leave the RPing world as well. It's got nothing to offer me, and you were the one that kept me there becaus eof your AWESOMENESS =3.I respect your decision though, and at least you provided a ray of hope in there xD.

While Janexna did tell herself that she would not respond, there was too much personal issues thrown at them to ignore, and she wasn't going to let it be tainted by someone else. In her reply, she never targetted Birdman and Power, other until the end with the words to prove the irony, and he took it to another level. "I surely did not ignore the testimony, I questioned the things that should've been questioned concerning the actions, and in good reason, because they are to be seen as facts, and it affects the trial, point of view, or not. So if there is something wrong there that can contradict, it needs to be brought out, and answered. Never, ever, did I hear Sora say to me that he was at fault as well, the topic kept tracing back to Demyx all the while, what he did, and what he committed. Or the point was not made clear. We can call it miusnderstanding, since it was solved already, and there isn't a need to talk this over. We are all aware of the scenes, there's just too much painting innocence in there, without much view on what he did himself. I wouldn't have to repeat things if there weren't obvious holes that were spotted, so excuse me for doing my job. It wasn't until Xelax spoke, that the kid went and admitted all he needed to do from the very beginning."

"I could take in what he said about defending himself, but why the reaction on Demyx compared to the rest of the members that did more wrong? Sora never insulted the rest, never stood there and spoken the same way he did with him. I'm not trying to gloss over the fact and I'm not skewing, but I will also not tolerate the fact that Demyx wasn't a precise target compared to what other members have done to Sora, including after his frustrations, him being tired, and him having enough, were. If it was for Demyx's attitude and actions prior, the same could be said for the rest of the Organization, but it never happened. Even Sora wanted answers and seemed frustrated when he wanted to know who was this Roxas, nobody told him, yet he never outright insulted them by calling them names, or any other form that will be seen as ill-will. It doesn't justify anything, especially with anyone's personality, that doesn't mean they have right a just because they were confused. He was confused the whole way, even when he couldnt use his Keyblade anymore due to helping the Org.'s goal. I don't know why he proceeded to this with Demyx amongst other horrible crimes. This is one of the holes I spotted, so don't give me that excuse constantly, is not going to work. I don't even know why you don't take this into account, I'm not making this up."

"I never, ever denied anything about the second fight, or that it was not mutual. That wasn't even a topic for me, except what happened before the battle. Demyx was not doing anything in the second meeting in the beginning and that's fact, you can't deny this. You can say this for the first battle, but not the second. Once more, while is up to Sora to bring out weapons to keep on guard, the added insults were not needed in this situation. At all. Honestly, they weren't. What for? Just. What. For? Wasn't that enough for him? Why go ahead and instigate something that wasn't going on at the second? I never contradicted my own statements, and I'm sure that was Xelax was trying to say that while yes, Demyx did appear, he did not commit any harm yet, unlike before where there wasn't even time to say a word, and Sora merely follow his prejudgment on him, which is basically what happened. You've been saying it yourself. Due to the first battle, he got alert for the second battle because of what occurred. Isn't that considered, prejudgment? That paragraph shouldn't have even been taken into account, because it really does not contradict anything the prosecutors and the witness themselves had stated, and is not a lie. Do you understand me now? It didn't come out of a rock. I'll leave this more to Xelax's response. Thus, moving, I didn't find the need to present the video because from what I saw, there wasn't a need to show what everyone knew. I thought that what I was saying was already seen, so there was not a need to bring it out. And it wasn't even the proper time to present it, because you can't do so between testimonies and cross-examinations, so I was saving it when, you know, comes the time when we actually discuss this. Did you really think I didn't see the video itself, and knew that it might've been countered? The water clones, as shown, really were dancing and floating around when not provoked. While they attacked when Sora attacked, the fact is they didn't go ouright and hit him the moment they appeared. Don't do anything, and they don't do anything. This is fact right now, why are you arguing this? You can't disprove that. I said why I understand Sora in this, but again, that fact does not change. And I know that doesn't mean that the Assault charge will also be removed. I take fault in that because not only did I confuse the court, or rather you, I confused my partner, and he might've thought that it was fact from misinterpreting what I said, and should not be held against him for my mistake. I take the blame."

"The word of the judge already said, mind you, before all this, that he never planned to toss out Sora's testimony, or that it was not validated or accepted. So, really, what more are you looking for? You began this whole thing by presenting it in the first place when proven before, that some things that Xelax says should not be taken so seriously if there is no facts. Is the same with Mr. Power. So if there is no evidence, the judge will not take what he said in the first place. Hence, making this whole thing pointless. If you simply bring this into the light to the judge himself, we wouldn't even be having this debate."

"You keep blaming me, and us, that we minimize Demyx's actions, but here you are, trying to make it not look as worse as it did, and more innocent. The 'no hearts' factors was a talk between them, and Demyx said that don't say that, that we too have hearts, almost, like the witness said, to understand. Just because someone says something to another person, does not mean that it isn't directed at the subject in question. And the response to that was a yell, along with a accusing tone. The point is, Sora did insult, called out that 'How a wimp like you get into Organization XII?", or 'Bet you can even fight!' and then comes, 'But we can!". I don't know, it sounds itself. Is not just the 'kook' and 'wimp' here, is the words surrounding them as well. As I explained....I can't even tell how many times, there's no denying what Demyx did, show me, where I mentioned that he did no wrong, and was completely innocent? There's no tossing all the blame on Sora, there's just tossing all the blame on Demyx, which of course, I'm not going to let happen. If there wasn't just a mention that Demyx did this, and he did that, while Sora's own part was never thoroughly explained to garner both reactions of the two involved, then there is a right to defend. Which I did. You might've thoguth the opposite, but that's the view on the matter, and as agreed, it was solved. I wasn't the one that brought it up, it was Mr. Power, which is why I was replying to him on that matter."

Janexna stared at him almost questionably. "He's not the only one guilty of this. Why do you think some of the arguments and charges against Org. members were dismissed? How about Mr. Power's constant tirades and attacks, to the point where he kept arguing with the judge himself before? Sure, while Xelax might direct it at the witness, doesn't change the actual action of them that was committed in other places."

"You, or Sora, do not know either. And again, you did not understand what was it that I said. The order might've have said a certain 'how to', but it was up to Demyx to show how to use it. He used aggression, so he didn't exactly break it, but his own reason seemed to be centered on getting Roxas to come out somehow, or reaching out to him in some way or other. We can't prove just yet, because Demyx hasn't been able to talk his side, and this is being dicussed without his testimony. Once more, we weren't the ones that brought this up in the wrong time."

"So why is his personal opinion being attacked? We all have our personal opinions brought out all the time in here. If it has nothing to do with lying or blaming, again, why is it being countered to such a extent? While the Organization themselves show that they don't really value friendship to that great amount, there were Axel, Roxas, and even proven, Demyx, who cared, and showed that it was not impossible for Nobodies to accept friendship as a importance if they give it a try. So, yes, the importance was shown in the game. We're not talking about the group here as a whole, Birdman, we're talking about the defendant at hand, and his actions and sentiments."

"Which goes back to above. You're not going to be happy, Sora wasn't, but why in the behavior of the way he acted to Demyx, solely? That's what I find is offensive, is like...oh, and let me say this, I said 'is like', not that 'he did'...is like he was picking on the one who had more faults in not fighting as tough as other Organization members. You would think that someone taking it easy compared to other members' attacks , that you wouldn't go call them a wimp of all things. How could you not see this? And considering the way Demyx reacted outwardly, and his thoughts that were given in the novel, it obviously was a topic that he had a problem with inwardly. It still doesn't give anyone the right to blabber off such words as this when there were more important things to handle at the world, and waste time saying them. There's always being straight-forward, instead of holding up and answering what Demyx was saying instead. If he was in hurry, it wouldn't even matter if Demyx was in the way, if he wasn't doing anything, the best bet is to ignore, and if he does attack, then you get into the battle to solve it. Problem solved. If it was stalling, why stall even more? So stop giving Sora extra justifications on his own wrongs, then, and we call it a truce. If you can't see that you've done this, then is time that you look back. They were both at fault for certain reasons, nobody's denying this. Period. The topic got brought up again because of what Mr. Power had said, so there was a need to clarify, and I never cornered Sora alone in my replies, and noted that they were both wrong no matter what the circumstances were. And once more, we never got to Demyx's testimony yet."

"Again, there was never a disagreement with this, so why even answer?"

"The stance was understandable, but not the attitude, and that's were the fault lies. Mr. Power did contradict himself, look back on what Xelax said, and even Birdman has stated, 'Sora did nothing to Demyx the first battle and therefore it was Sora and his team that had a reason to have the stance and attitude towards Demyx they did the second battle'. There's the pre-judgment, and the fact that this pre-judgment made Sora act the way he had done when Demyx provided no attack in the beginning of the second meeting , is the whole point of the paragraph. This speaks for itself, I have no more to say. I will say this though...

Mr. Birdman keeps talking about prejudice, biased claims, saying things without facts and evidence, called assumptions out of context, attacks, no proof, and unfounded statements. All that he had given, we're all at fault. He's no holier than thou. All you have to do is look back on all these trials, one by one, from Larxene to now, and you see that this whole court is full of them. COMPLETELY FULL OF THEM. I don't even need to provide evidence for this, is all there. He keeps talking about justice, but the prosecution themselves had said their own assumptions, without exact prove to connect it, which in perfect sense, got cut off in the end. And none ever got called out for perjury among all these talks and debates, and personal attacks. What Birdman just summarized is all the wrongs we have done, and continue to do, and now, because of the misunderstanding that the judge is making his own opinions on the matter, which if he says outloud, the whole bang will blow up as it doesnt meet their standards, this is the only time this is taken into account? Not to mention never said that he was not going to toss out Sora's testimony, there is now this blame game that we should all be penalized in reality. Is unacceptable as well, yet no one cared until now. We had kept our mouths shut, and one prosecutor kept getting away with it. While Xelax has a penchant for blaming the witnesses, the actual acts that Birdman had spoken fit us all, so this is nothing new. That whole argument is not even worth anything. There was not even a chance for you to answer this, your Honour, and if there was a problem in the first place about this, it should've been brought out to you first, and let you handle it, and talk it out before making any decisions and pressing a perjury charge. If Birdman says that Xelax retracted his statement, and is able to do this himself again, then I don't see what the big deal is over here unless this is a threat about what would happen if he doesn't. Is out of control, and we're making a big issue out of something that could and can be solved a different way other than outright shouting 'Perjury', and making this whole trial harder than it needs to be. It would not be tolerated, yet there was a better path to make a conclusion out of it to discuss it, and it was reckless throwing out anything that they could. I'm sure Xelax will explain himself if the situation falls on him, and if there is wrong in his own words, then it wil lbe taken care of just the same. This whole behavior was uncalled for."

Janexna then breathed, crossing her legs. "I'm sorry to reply to this, but to me, Birdman didn't need to answer my opposition that was already argued over, only to be brought up again by Mr. Power, and then make another argument up in the while about us, and what I'm to blame, and I'm not going to let that go. If he wants it personal that way, then so will I. Also, let me tell you a thing about real perjury:"

"Have any of us swore under oath? At all? Does it come to the package of laayers and prosecutors? I'll let you handle that yourselves. Unless the prosecution has a counter, I rest my case."

EDIT: Thought I'd bring it up.

We've tried all that, actually. Amber, if there is any questions or something of what you should do, we are all here in this family. Me and ICSP. Also, actually reading, as hard as it is in Court, helps a lot, because points are being brought up. You might want to read Pika_Power's argument right now (the most recent one that I answered to this night morning), because it basically summarizes everything that's been discussed xD. And is not that long either. Just two posts. If you still don't want to quit, might as well take the chance now before it gets worse. Cause it will D:.

I'm getting tired myself of the Court RP, is just too much effort, and you need to research and all that stuff, and since I'm lazy, that takes a toll on me ^^;. RPs aren't like this, is to be free and fun. We're basically putting the "Was Sora Justified" thread into a court trial.

I'm still scarred that Pyrɸ will be leaving RPing :(...T-T. Is going to be so boring without her existence in there.

However, now we can return to random talk.

Janexna cracked her knuckles, wondering why this was relevant. It doesn't change anything on the charge itself. However, they were attempting to blame Xelax of perjury, and in that regard, they were messing with the wrong b*tch when it came to her partner. "It can work the same way for Sora. Would it be wise to insult, instigate, egg on, and keep going knowing the possibility of a counter? Of a negative result? How do fights usually start, tell me, Mr. Power? Verbally abusive. Are you entitled to start something up when it's not needed, and is a vent of frustration? If I yelled at you right now, calling you names, and trust me, is not hard to, would that make me in the right? Do you think you would stay shut? Is a matter of both wrongs. Sora didn't make it easier on himself for this, and he also didn't react the same way to other members who were much at fault than Demyx was. Why not insult them? And as we can get from the witness, it was a mutual fight due to this. It takes two to tango, so to speak."

"That would be my fault, because it seems, Xelax, and the rest, took misinterpretation in my words of 'didn't do much of anything', and I would now explain it," Janexna stated, stretching her arms . "I'm not dumb enough not to see what would be presented considering I saw the video myself. The reason I stated that, is because of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GiZJDko4Z70 "

"The video Mr. Power posted, as you can see, has no break in the fighting, and it just keeps going on and on without stop. In this other, as I present, look at what happens when Sora doesn't do anything to the water clones; they dance and float around him. From the two videos, the water clones only attack once Sora provokes and begins to hit, battle, in other words, and thus, they counter. That's why I said they didn't do much of anything, because if left alone, they wouldn't do anything. Of course, I also don't blame Sora for attacking, considering they were summoned for some reason, after all, and it was based on instinct. However, the whole point is moot to bring up, because my intention was never to break the charge on Sora at all. Just switch it to what it is. Assault. Which if I have to, I would also make clear."

She licked her lips there, before continuing. "The Olympus Stone had nothing to do with the battle here, because as said, it was Assault, and Sora needed a means to defend. You can also realize, that Demyx gave up the stone, and put it in the floor for them to get without much of a problem. What would other members have done? Also, unelss Mr. Power can prove that the barriers belongs to Demyx, it is pointless. As for evading, Demyx hadn't done or had made any charge, and while he was standing in the way, nothing had been said that Sora couldn't do another form of option. He was a wimp, in his eyes. There was not a need to insult, even a battle could've been avoided if explored. There's no doubt a chance was presented in the second meeting."

"True. Yet, it doesn't change the fact that he was pumped, so Xelax wasn't contemptiously wrong. But if it's irrelevant in the first place, why bring it up? I'm sure the judge is smart enough to know the difference."

"It wasn't more of his own intention, but rather the order given to him. Many times you can see him hesitate, or not be certain. If it was his intention, he wouldn't have thought twice," Janexna said, not needing anything she hadn't given out to prove this. Or nothing anyone didn't see already in the game. "And considering Roxas was Sora, in the same mind, character, there's also a chance that it could mean to bring Roxas's own self out in the form of thinking, or acting, or himself. Is not unheard of. In Twilight Town, we've seen the way Roxas's own emotions reached through Sora, and spill tears. With this in account, making him listen was possible. Diz did the same thing. Hence, the 'true', in the written note, at least, on Demyx's own side of the matter. It doesn't make sense about 'true' if it was only to hit on Sora, or else, it would be 'use aggression to liberate his disposition'. There's something faulty in that. I mean, if you use aggression, obviously the disposition will change regardless. And again, there wasn't any movement of taking out the assault on Sora in the first place, whatever the case may be, is still lthere."

She shook her head. "You misundertsood. I'm sure that Demyx was trying to reach Roxas considering his constant mentions of him to come out, and that's where 'the friendship between Nobodies' comment derives as well. Note that also when Demyx and Sora finished the battle, when it goes all slow motion, Demyx says 'Nice job, Roxas'. So again, Roxas was the main component in this."

Now, she was positive Xelax could handle his own battles, but a little extra help wouldn't hurt. Besides, they were a team. They formed as one. So if they blame this on him, she was also in the course of the charge.

"There's also no excuse to pick on someone, compared to other members, before and after, that didn't present any harm at first, and at least, tried to keep it civil. Is not only a duck's mouth that blabbered off, it was everyone in that situation. Sora wasn't acting innocent by saying 'I bet you can't even fight!' as his words of peace. As I said, anger and frustration is not a excuse or justification. It doesn't work for court, and in real life."

"It was more than just that at the present, Mr. Power, which you failed to see. Is not as simple as just Sora's taunts, Demyx was in obvious indecision, did not like acting like a wuss, but apparently couldn't help himself, the order was in the air, and he had to be faced with a pressing choice. Insults doesn't help matters. Two wrongs, don't make a right. And as it stands, it was mutual behavior on both parties to battle. Moving on...let's see what was it that Xelax said."

Janexna couldn't help, but giggle. "Now look here, this is another classic form of irony. Even Mr. Power contradicted himself, which I'm going to place an example of..."

"In other words, your Honor, Xelax wasn't simply rambling, and this does not prove to be untrue. Even Sora himself admitted this wrong. I think is taken to a exaggerated matter, to be honest. While personal views and emotions aren't as important as facts, they are still relevant, because if the motivation is hidden, or if it's wrong, the one convicted can be placed as a much worse being than he truly is, or a much better one. So the good move is to bring the truth in the air. Prosecutors and lawyers alike always reference or take into content, as well as the judge and jury, in some point or another, the reactions, words, and feelings to give a fair and proper sentence. Thus, if there's something wrong with the testimony, is the right to question it and point it out."

Feeling her throat dry, she went to drink a cup of her cool water once more, gulping the whole thing out to quench her thirst. Giving herself a moment to wipe her mouth, she proceeded, "While Xelax might have gone far, he took back his statement, and reworded himself to make this clear, because he knew he was perhaps harsh, but as he said, his intention was never calling him a liar. Every one of us is guilty to at least put blame on someone throughout this whole patch of trials. In fact, Xelax was merely taking this out with Sora, and asking him to answer or not, giving him a chance, and he did. To this, the whole situation is already dealt with overall, so there's no need to accuse of perjury. If someone outright calls someone else a liar, they wont give a chance to explain, and merely keep blaming. Xelax offered Sora a open spot to response. Not to mention, while you said we were making good points, you said yourself, you never did intent to write off Sora's testimony. The Assault on Sora would not be taken away either, so all these points are not worth it. Your, Honor, we can fight this all the way through, but I really don't think there's a need to. Is pointless. A waste of time. And Demyx is waiting. Unless you want to give Xelax a chance to defend himself with this blame, is better to just move this forward now that everything is clear on this matter, or else, will be here forever in this same argument. You shoudl know by now. Is because of this, that I will refrain from replying back to any replies, because once more, there's no point on arguing this over. Nothing truly changes except your view on the matter."

She went to look at the prosecution. "They call what Xelax did a desperate move, yet when they thought that you were going to call out Sora's testimony, they immediately went to attack in the form of perjury to him, and without good reason. They even went ahead without consulting you about the mistake in the perception of what you said. If that's not a act of desperation either, I don't know what is." At this, she tilted her head to turn on him. "Does this situation make a difference, though? Truthfully?"

OOC: Love will soon...:(. Gawd, I'm feeling so emo right now...

"What now is, that I'll take care of everything," Zexion merely stated to a beaten Axel and a fine Roxas, knowing the ploy set in mind, whle he tried to "smell" where Devon's room might be by her suffocating scent. He felt close to around the second floor, and hunted the rooms there, following where it led him. It finally halted at a spot, that protruded very strongly of Devon, and noted to portal there as the destination was detected. Looking back and focusing on the two before him, he simply said, "You two go back to Axel's room, or yours, Roxas, and stay there. As well as not lie in bed, we can't risk staining the sheets, so if Axel has to rest, the bathtub is a better option. It would be preferable to burn your clothes too, Axel. And the towels if there is need to use them. We can't have you running around bloody, especially at what the scene of the crime will be. What I'm going to do myself is pretend I found Devon in this state in the confines of her room, no one will know none the better at who the culprit was. While I call the hospiital, the Memory Witch will do her part of the job."

He caught Axel's eyes, in warning to keep who she is quiet, ignoring Roxas's own curious gaze, before continuing, "After Devon is gone with the paramedics, and her memory redone, I'll explore Vexen's caverns and find something to get rid of all this blood in the snow. I can't hold the illusion forever."

"Yeah, but, who's this Memory Witch?" Roxas asked inevitably, as he made himself more comfortable with being Axel's personal crutch. He wasn't stupid, he saw the look, and he could tell it was one of those things that are being hidden from him. While he would be impressed with Zexion's plotting mind and how he revised the steps, this weighted on him more. Way more. He couldn't help, but feel somehow attracted to the topic of this female.

"Just a old lady. She's forbidden to be spoken outloud for certain reasons, though she has been working for the Organization. Is more like a taboo for us older members, excluding you, who's new," Zexion admitted somewhat truthfully, but then took matters into his own hands. "We can't chit-chat about this longer. I need to take this girl up and get her some treatment before this will truly convert into a murder scene."

Roxas frowned, unsatisified, but let it go this time. For now. This wasn't the time to question things that can be dealt with later on, a life was at stake. Thinking of that, he stared with slight concern and compassion at the bloodied female in Zexion's arms, and had to inquire, "You do think she'll be okay, right?"

Zexion smirked secretly to himself, almost victoriously. "Yes, if given time. The more you worry, the sooner she'll lbe taken away. Now, I shall take my leave here, and get this underway quickly. Mind my advice." Letting a sharp look grace the two males thoroughly, hoping they will follow the instructions laid out for them, not wasting any time any longer, he began to portal himself out with the girl in hand, darkness swallowing them whole, before the wisps floated in the atmosphere, the spot clear and vacant once more, Zexion heading to the place of the "assault".

He blinked at the speed of how this was going. Zexion just went up to them, explained what they needed to know, answered just two questions, and ran off like the wind. Honestly, the Cloaked Schemer left Roxas with more confusion and question, than anything. Not that he could be blamed, they had a problem that they were facing now, and time was of the essence, as Xemnas would say. Roxas didn't even know why he was quoting the Superior, yet it fitted now. Sighing to himself, his eyes, seeing as they were now alone, flickered up highto Axel, due to the height difference, and simply said, "Guess that leaves us. Let's go then..." He wanted Axel to settle in his quarters, more so to pester him about this Memory Witch. He seemed okay enough to talk. Trying his best to hold his best friend up, he began to be covered with the same black essence, and in the same result, they transported out as the sphere surrounded them, Roxas heading for Axel's room the best.

OOC: I personally think it's a waste of time considering the Assault charge will still be there and Zack never tossed out Sora's testimony as thought before. And is not only in Ace Attorney, real court cases expose many flaws in testimonies, whether factual or opinionated/POV. A good example is a killer. Prosecutors and lawyers can always refer to his mind state and emotions at the time (that can also provide a difference between first and second degree murder if taken seriously), which is why is the witness say he felt remorse at the crime, they can disprove that. As I said, facts aren't the only thing that matters in trials.

Xelax doesn't have much to worry about, if at all. If they want to continue with this, though, let them.

OOC: She is wearing one, so no prob xP.

Larxene almost jumped when she felt the slight touch of Axel's fingers beginning to gently unbutton her shirt, feeling the blouse slowly opening...one button to the next, making her somehow aroused at the move. She didn't open her eyes just yet, not wanting to as she liked the experience of the unknown and using her senses to get the full experience. She felt the open cool air caress her heated skin, as her top body was exposed to the outside. Larxene didn't stop Axel from discarding the cloth, after all, she had still her bra to cover up her chest, but she also couldn't help feeling self-conscious at the same to me. What did he think of her body now? Was it not to his standards? The wait of what he was going to do excited her more to cloud that thought a little, however, it was still there in the back of her head, until her breath suddenly hitched in her throat when he licked her on the stomach, making her have goosebumps from the sensation in turn. Letting out a slight hum deep within her throat in encouragement, she curved her body slightly to give him more freedom. He said she could say if he wanted him to stop...

In a calming breath, close to a groan, she answered, "Is fine....keep going all you want."

She rather have Axel continue, mostly in expectancy of where he was going to go with this, whether up...or down. Her desire on wanting him completely kept rising, making her blood run like the wind in her veins, to the point where she just wanted to rip him of his clothes and do him right then and there as she wished, but she needed to have control of herself, and not let a man subdue her. As if that was going to happen.

Marluxia didn't have a chance to answer at what Roxas said before the kid disappeared, and he just kept the reply. He should be glad he only got a warning. If anything, that was kind for Xemnas considering the way he usually is.

Xemnas watched Roxas leave with his eyes following his steps, and it wasn't until the door shut that he sighed. That boy...at least he isn't in any danger as the other two. Axel would not be such a big deal, because as Roxas, he's been doing his job, except recently, with the distractions. Larxene...was a hard case. He did not want to fire her, as she was a sufficient worker when she felt like it, yet she had been the most laziest at times, and had gotten many warnings. Not to mention, he needed her for the show. Hard case indeed. Turning back to the waiting Marlxuia, who was staring at him with expectant big blue eyes, Xemnas went to rub his temples, a habit he was pursuing. "Fine, Marluxia. Lily does not have to be in it as long as there is a replacement."

Marluxia smirked in victory, relief filling him as his best man-eating plant would not be the target for a horrible death. "Thank you, Sir. I appreciate you hearing my thoughts on this, especially with the current situation on Larxene hating me, and not hesitating on killing anything of mine."

"We can't hate," Xemnas corrected monotonously, thinking that this all was just a trick on their minds and a illusion that was being played. There was no need for drama in the working environment when they can't even make one. Seeing as the main objective of Marluxia was over, he went to deliver the punishment he will receive. "It was nice of you to recall the story to me, Marluxia. However, you still had a part in the disaster that occurred, so your job is to clean the mess yourself, without any other hand help. I'll be watching you. Is that clear?"

Marluxia nodded, keeping his own negativity to himself.

Xemnas eyed him. "Would that be all?"

    "Yes, Sir."

    "Then you are dismissed."

He just nodded respectfully, wanting to play it out for the sake of his job, and went to get up with grace, bowing slightly, before beginning to head to the door. Turning the knob, he went out without another word in a silent stride, closing the door behind him as he stepped into the store. He must get to work then, to now clean all that crap up by himself. Great. Sighing, he went to obtain the utilities he will need for it, not really looking forward to it or even wanting to.

Axel turned to Phisoxa. "As I said, Tiffany would be first considering she has the floating suitcases, it will be hard for us to climb if that was in the middle of us all, so she's first. I will go after her with Shigiku." He looked at everyone to see if that explained it well, or if there were any objections, before he got momentarily interrupted when he heard Shigiku's answer. The child did seem unsure, yet, he will figure out a way to get her comfortable, and keep her secured. Somehow. He'll be pushing daisies before he let anything happen to the kid. It wasn't like they had a choice in the end. His eyes growing a little when he saw Naminé offering Shigiku water, he smiled slightly for a moment for the help as he held her, and seeing as the blonde was here, he could tell her what the order of the climb will be with the dress problem. "Naminé, you don't have to be last. After me, are the ladies, so you will go first, Larxene will be under you, because, unless she's a lesbo, she wouldn't peek or care. Then comes Phisoxa, you hear, girl? And of course, Marluxia, Zexion, Demyx, and Roxas can decide their own order as the last ones. Good enough?"

"Works for me, unless we are all immature and have a need to be first than everyone," Roxas stated, as he began to see the rest step up around the elevator shaft in preparation, Axel in the lead. Thinking this over, however, he wanted not to be that far away from Naminé in case of anything, and went to add, looking at the remaining guys, "However, I would like to go after all the girls, if none of you mind. I feel better if I have Naminé at least in the corner of my eyes if something were to happen..."

Zexion just shrugged boredly. "I don't really care. Just as long as we get out."

"Look, Demyx will have to be last anyway as he's the one holding the water for us to get through in time. And is good that he is, because if he notices the water coming closer, he can try again to hold it back, that way, will be safer. I know he'll probably be nervous, but this is a time where cowardice is not needed," Axel explained, staring at Demyx sharply, yet in a comforting gaze, asking him if he'll be alright to do this. "So then Roxas, either Zexion or Marluxia, and Demyx. Now we got to get going, hurry up, Tiff."

He glanced at the girl expectantly, making certain that everyone made way for her to get the baggage in and herself.

Tiffany was too busy gazing with wide eyes at Demyx playing a instrument, and controlling water, to notice much. She didn't know how a sitar, can be used as a weapon, but she could see that he also had the same type of relevance as Roxas did. A type of object, and with added power. It wasn't until Axel's voice snapped her out of her second shock that her mind left the pheomenon as to who were they all once more, and realized that she shouldn't question anything right now to them. They were in peril, and her inquiring will only hold them all back. She hated being in the dark about this, yet, as none seemed bad people or out to hurt her, she will just have to deal until the proper time. Besides, Axel was there if anything. Nodding a bit reluctantly, she moved her hand, and the suitcases flew expertly and smoothly into the elevator shaft, and with a flick of her finger, disappeared from the doors as they flew up. Walking after them, she cautiously peered at this tunnel, trying her best not to look down, and went to see the dents in the wall in which she could climb. It was needless to say she was nervous, and a bit scared, but she shakily placed one hand on the dents, and moved her leg in one at the bottom, and taking a big breath, swung her body into the surface of the wall, whimpering a little.

Calming herself down as she held on tightly, she mumbled a squeaked, "O-okay." Anxious, she took another step into another dent with her feet, her hands grabbing another as well at the same time. She slowly began to go up, then started to go a bit quick. She was first, after all. If she was slow, than everyone esle will be, and they couldn't afford that.

Axel breathed to himself when he heard the sign for him that it was alright, and he apprehensively went to look at Shigiku, his hands now holding her sides as if to move her. "Okay, Shi, try to move to my back now, I'll help you. When you do so, wrap your legs around my waist, and your arms around my neck. Don't worry about choking me, just make sure you hang on tight. And I mean, tight. If you feel yourself loosening, then tell me, and Il'l see what I can do..." He eyed the pink haired girl seriously, noting to her the dangerous situation. "Do you understand?"

OOC: I keep forgetting your name change.

"H-huh? Oh, over here," Tifa stuttered quietly, scrambling up quickly to her bureau, and opening the third. She could tell that Cloud also realized what they were doing, and he perhaps reached the same guilty verdict as she did. But it wasn't like they meant it...well, they did, yet not to be cruel or forget about Aerith and her feelings. It just escalated. Besides, she might have her chance at a kiss too, and well...who knows where that will lead. What they did...wasn't...that wrong, she just did what Cloud had asked them to, though he did kiss her first. It made her wonder, for even a moment, if he did have the decision, would he have chosen her. The signs seemd to point that way to her, but she wasn't going to get the good feeling or her hopes up. Things might not be what they seemed, and Cloud could just desire her body. He loved her, sure...but her body, not to be shallow, turns any men on due to her assets. She hated her chest at times.

Trying to focus on something else, she dug her hands deep under all the clothes, knowing that since it was never used, it was all the way at the bottom. Finally, she saw something blue, and she pulled it out carefully, spotting that it was the bathing trunks needed. Closing back the drawer, attempting to get things back to a normal atmosphere, she whistled, and then threw the clothing at Cloud for him to catch with a forced smile. "Here you go! You can either change in here or the bathroom."
