OOC: I don't mind, and as long as you keep with the facts of the games, novels, or whatever, it should be fine. I mean, think about it. Repliku has Sora as a witness, Repliku Repliku, Riku, while he is a prosecutor (I think he has Zexion too, right? I remember he had asked for him since Daxma disappeared...and unless we need Lexaeus as a witness, he's going to have to be played by someone too). Pika has Roxas and all Disney characters at his hands. I myself have Xemnas, Larxene, and Marluxia. ICSP has Vexen, Saïx.... So far, we've done a good job, and kept them IC in decisions and words. I don't why you won't do the same. However, it is up to ICSP, I suppose.
OOC: First, Zack is kind of creeping me out o.O....xD. Second, so wait, DF isn't taking Axel's case? >.<
OOC: That made me LOL xD. So, from what I've seen in these posts, as long as the water clones were a threat and not harmless, and Sora had to fight them, etcetera, etcetera, is good. As well as distinnguishing the time limit and barriers, which never changes the Assault charge, we can move on, correct? Okay. Right. Good. If there are no objections... *gavel slams down*. Let's never revive this topic again D:. As I said, I'll agree to anything. Unfortunately, I can't respond, cause...well, the defense has nothing to say really. So I'm gonna take a break, and just read. Ah, wait. "Hey, Xelax, want to play a game of cards to waste time?" Janexna asked, as Demyx was taking way too long by this point, and rummaged around her purse on the floor that had the bag sized of sweets and Skittles, along with a card deck.
I'm still sorrowful that you're not RPing, but let it be. It probably won't work to convince you otherwise like the four pages on the Court thread >.>. Yay, for long pointlessness! 8D Yet, as much as you place me so high a writer *blush*, I can't make a RP all schemixyfied with my posts, if there isn't anything good to post about, and the people there aren't that reasonable (in making sense of what they do). Let's see if future RPs come out, because I'm still doing a few. And yeah, I'm cereal xD. At least, in the RPs you have, I can understand you o.O. I'm sure the tone is fine. And Fire, I'm not leaving any time soon. You know, Pyro, I've been wondering. Will you ever change avie? No that I mind or anything, but usually, for so long, I woul want to switch it...
Tifa shook her head. "Nope, not at all, Cloud. Leave things here, if you want, is not like they are going to disappear." She said the last part as a joke, glad that things were more comfortable after that...make-out session. Her eyes kind of flickered down when she thought of Aerith, but instead, she just headed to the bathroom, wanting to ignore it, as it wasn't going to change anything. It just wasn't. It was just the kiss they all promised. When she was in the doorway, she looked back at Cloud, quite cheerful, "I'll see you in a few seconds." It was with that, and a smile, that she got in, and shut the door behind her, thinking they wasted a bit too much time already. OOC: Yay, for Clertih!!! *shows support for once with Crisis Core pic* They look quite American/European, don't they? And 15 or 16 year old Cloud is so HAWT :D
OOC: Pika, this is happening in Larxy's home. And Tularim Rising Storm, Larxene is wearing a black skirt, but that's easy to edit if you replace pants with that ;P. And if you want, I'll take Naminé, though I didn't read so much of what was happening between her and Roxas. He gave her his number, right? And we'll see :D. Compared to CloudxTifa, is a different situation. Larxene was barely listening to him as he kept his actions going in her hazy mind, making her smile a little at the tickling his tongue was providing. Really. It tickled. However, it was at this time she opened her aquatic, big eyes when she felt him undoing her skirt, and the words that he said before now rang through her head. No boundaries? The realization of this made her think as the moment got interrupted by his cell, thankfully, wondering if he knew she meant that he could do anything he wanted considering foreplay. Not...that far. They only got together today, after all, and she wasn't promiscuous enough to suddenly give herself to a newly discovered relationship already. She didn't want him to think that she was easy, and she wasn't, if that was where his thoughts were going. Despite the fact that she truly lusted and wanted to do it with him, to run her hands around his burning skin and muscles and feeling him inside, she had more respect for herself. Her hormones were high, true, who's wouldn't? But she had control. She did have control. What if he left once he got what he wanted? Who knew what his motivation was, and unless he showed he was here for her, after a time together, he wasn't hitting it. Figuring it was time to get back reign, when Axel got back to her after he put the phone away, she lifted herself up with a smirk, putting herself and him in a sitting position for a while, whispering, "Don't put words in my mouth. I said as far as playing around..." Staring with a sharp, yet seductive stare, she gave him a quick kiss to his lips, lasting only a few seconds, before she began to strip him of his upper clothes without a warning suddenly. Larxene took off the sleeves of the trench coat on his arms roughly, like she was utterly impatient, and frustrated that she didn't have enough revealed of him, and then threw the cloth out of the way to the floor. No sooner, did she then began to lift up the black tank top he had under, pulling it over his head, only for it to join the cloak on the ground, the Wal-Mart vest, along with his gloves. She really noticed that the males had heavy clothing to work there, and she was glad she never exactly followed uniform conduct. Satisfied, she eyed deliciously with a adoring curl in her mouth at the bare broad chest and torso presented to her, and licking her lips, she pressed her hand on the surface, before sliding it down slowly, then around, as if taking every inch of muscled line he had. Feeling her desire swell even stronger when she traced his abs, she let her touch remain there, before purring quietly, "For someone skinny, you sure are damn fit as hell." This was probably pointless, as they weren't going to make it to that level, yet she had been wanting to see this from the beginning, and by damn if it depended on her, she will. Leaning over to him, she pressed herself against him in a half-embrace, chest to chest, though she still had the one piece of cloth in the way, yet that wasn't what she was aiming for. Making her lips kiss his shoulder blade, and nibbling it a little, she didn't do anything else, going into thought as she shut her eyes again. It was now she really took notice of the scent that was filing her nose...one that belonged to Axel, and she couldn't help, but feel attracted to it, like some kind of magnet. It was a hint of something spicy, something like cinnamon as a natural aroma, and then the amazing smell of body spray made her let out a breath in relaxation, for once. By God, this guy was so screwable. The thing, she was uncertain of, is what to do. They could continue having their fun without it leading to intercourse, yet what were his thoughts? It was here, she also remembered that she used to have a no strings attached, purely sexual relationship with someone for awhile. Yet it was also at that time, that she promised herself she would not be so loose again. It was up to her.
OOC: So what do we do with Devon, heal her ourselves? So we can say she's not dying, just very badly hurt? But since we already reached that conclusion, how can it be turned around? Unless Naminé says something. Roxas just nodded, waiting for Axel to finish composing himself as he got off his support painfully, and he watched to see if he could stand. He knew those two needed some time to themselves, or at least Larxene did, and he could feel a kind of heavy tension in the chemistry. Either way, he stayed there, for a while, his eyes following Axel as he began to walk, not yet leaving until he was positive his friend could make it. Once he disappeared into the bathroom in a slow process, he flickered his eyes to Larxene, who was now sitting on the bed instead of fidgeting with the pajamas once the redhead's presence went away. Thinking he should say something before he left, he stated, "You know, is not good to jump to conclusions. The least you could've done is asked him. There's still time to fix it." He didn't receive any type of response from her as her gaze settled sharply at the wall, and sighing, still a bit concerned for Axel, he began to portal out, the black leisurely blocking his vision of the room, before he was engulfed by it. The best he can do is trust Larxene with him. In his mind, as he conjured up in his room, he wondered how the hurt girl was doing too...and that witch in question. Was she in Zexion's room now? The Cloaked Schemer was going to get her. Axel did tell him to stay put, yet... Larxene didn't turn to eye the boy when she knew he had gone, and while she hated that she was being condescended by a 15 year old, she knew deep down he had a point. The guilty churn swelled in her stomach and chest, however, the fact that they found this amusing kind of downgraded it. It was not as strong as before, and if she did speak to Axel, there was no way in hell she was going to apologize because of that. Not that she was going to anyway. Letting out a breath, she remained seated for a long while, in her own thoughts, debating whether or not to follow him in there, and see what he said. If he was going to die by Xaldin just saving a female he only met a few times, she was definitely going to smack him for being a idiot. How was she to know, that he would care so damn much for a worthless random girl, in a day? What else does that indicate? Friendship already? It wasn't like she wasn't justified in her assumption. But, at the same time, in leaving him, not really. Besides, that b!tch must have done something to get Xaldin to that state of anger, so if anything, she deserved to be horribly injured for also being a idiot. So they got two imbeciles now. And Xaldin. Who's a mindless moron anyway. Frowning at the situation, Larxene contemplated a moment longer, feeling her anger rise, before standing up at her feet. Might as well clear things, at least. And he was groaning and limping while he was heading there. Quietly and stealthily walking, she reached the door in a silent breeze, and in the same graceful steps, went inside the bathroom, the only thing that can give her away being the clicks of her heels. She went to lean herself in the doorway, her eyes travelling on Axel's body sprawled in the tub unceremoniously. While something ached seeing him like this, she lifted herself up and began to go towards, saying acidly in the opposite of what she truly felt, "Well, well..." She bent down one her knees once she was near the bathtub, before taking her seat comfortably, still not looking at his face. "If it isn't the guy who got his @ss royally kicked. For a dumb fangirl, no less..." As she leaned her head and the most upper part of her body in the tub, staring at his stomach, she only paused for a moment, feeling quite flustered, before she mentally shook her head, and grabbed the zipper of his coat, opening it. There was no helping him with all these clothes on. In fact, he needed to take everything off, in case he also got wet, because she was planning to use the water here. Less mess. In a demanding tone, she ordered, "Tell me where are you hurt and where your wounds are." OOC: I forgot if Axel had his coat on or not. If so, I'll just edit. Zexion didn't appear to care for Naminé's screeches and screams, as he had warned her. Yet, the other girl was awake, and can quite move, considering she wasn't in the spot he had left her in. He didn't know how exactly did Naminé work her powers, whether the victim had to be asleep or awake, or if she could do both. Whatever the case, he stepped next to her as they both gazed at the female before them, and told her steadily without giving her time to breathe from the shock, "I need you to erase a few pieces of her memory. The connection, that you need, is already there for you to work with. It needs to be done, and thus, erase anything of Xaldin, who attacked her, and her fighting with him, as well as seeing Axel being beaten. Also, make sure she forgets that both Axel and Xaldin had conjured their weapon out of thin air. She is a human, and Xaldin did the brash action of revealing who we are. If you can, add a reason or memory of how come she was injured. Whether falling down a slope with jagged rocks of snow, or anything of that affect. We can't have her be suspicious. Do you understand me?" He stared at the blonde expectantly. He had said this, while it was a lot to take in, slowly, so she should be positive of the instructions laid out for her. Plus, he had now sensed Roxas leaving Axel's room to his, but it didn't greatly matter, as long as they remain hidden. It seems that Larxene had stayed, and he wondered why she had left the way she had done in the first place. Interesting. With the girl conscious, perhaps she wasn't as in danger of dying as they all originally thought, and they can be saved by not having the paramedics, or cops, into this. However, he still needed to take a trip to Vexen's room. Tilting his head, he added shortly, "Can you do your power whether one is awake or not? If so, I'll find a way to make her sleep."
OOC: And here I thought we had the answers -_-. Can we say they could attack first, but they just didn't at that time, but after Sora whacked one, they all went ape on him? Honestly, is kind of odd making sense of a game that had Goofy hit by a huge boulder, right in the skull, and be alright 5 minutes later. And popping out ice cream out of nowhere. That, and with the player losing, and Sora going KOd and back to the save point, I think is more of the fact that Sora, in the reality of the game, passed and won that first battle (hence, the cutscene after it, and seeing that there's no alternate scene like KH1 Leon's, whether you win or lose), so the players themselves in the gameplay can't move forward if they don't win, unless they destroy those water clones at the outside time limit the mechanics give them. It still doesn't mess with the real realm of the game that Sora had to do something, does it? (in other words, is still outside of Sora's and Demyx's reality). The Assault charge won't change either way. That's my last opinion on it to a final end, and the rest is up to decision of you guys, whatever goes on from here. I think if you can find a good reason, we can take yours, since you're the judge, and settle this. Or we can ignore it completely. You can talk it out with ICSP if still not agreed with, or another solution *shrug*. By the way, Pyrɸ, I WILL protect my man!! D< Don't think just because ICSP will handle it more, I'm not going to say anything! *huggles Axel plushie* Janexna wonder what was taking Demyx so long, but she guessed Power was being a bit confusing with his comments. She thought they all had a good idea of what happened, and in her opinion, Demyx's testimony was just to see his side of the matter.
OOC: It wasn't really the whole point, cause a video did show that they did not attack if not touched, and this, if we had it in the first place, all of this could have gone down well. So, it was four pages wasted. I guess that means you stay :P. I won't have Janexna argue it if that's the case, just how is it going to be presented? By one playing the game, or...something >.<. You can't just say it, after all.
OOC: I think Zack could handle it, and I mean, he's evil, but can do the job right so far (and I also like the judge chosen, I just can't believe we actually got her to agree :D). And I don't think it can't bend the truth, because, at times, we have to figure this is a game, and the characters are just brought out of it. Considering that there are various features in, there has to some sort of passage that we have to take. This isn't a normal court. If a need arises that something should be talked about it concerning situations like those, it could be taken care of when IC. And I do think that's the best way to the solution, in the future, if anything comes up again. And by then, we might get a new judge. If it turns out that the deal is the creatures would and can attack, did some damage, and if what you said just now is right (I'm surprised we didn't find the conclusion to the water clones by one of us playing it ourselves >.>, because then we have to depend on others' videos. We should've done that in the first place. This whole thing could've been avoided...*sigh* I'm trusting your word here), then we can agree. It also doesn't go against Amber's answer either so much. I think this is the core where the misunderstanding took place, and what started this whole mess (which I was trying to find out after the whole argument). Well, there goes that one... For some reason, I find it funny. In the ironic way.
OOC: Again, there is no need to quit, and while I do have a answer to what you say concerning the time limit and game mechanics (I'm just not going to report it here just to start things over, and is more like questions), there is a rational way to do it IC, as well. Quitting should be the last option in this case if nothing works out, but things can take another turn peacefully. Considering that Sora and Demyx, are not held accountable for something that they are not aware of, we can't simply blame this and tell them they were lying, which you explained. In this case, since the game mechanics are out of their "realm", so to speak, we can have Janexna and Birdman, have a private consultation with Zack, who is the judge, and come to a final decision based on his last word. DF, can choose for Birdman to explain himself first, then after he's done (it can happen vice-verss too), for Janexna to give hers, and it can go back and forth until DF, or Zack, has enough to decide on which path depending on the circumstances. That way, ICSP and Pika_Power, considering they are opposing sides, don't have to answer, and we can get a opinion from one that is neutral. I think this is the best road, and we can understand each other better. I believe there was a miscommunication between us somewhere under all this talk, and one that has to come out. I got the idea when in one of my college English classes, the teacher set up a debate for National I.D. cards, and formed two groups. One that opposed it, and another that were up for it. Of course, once one started, everyone was blurting out their reasons and not letting someone finish as they cut in xD, because, is in human nature to be opinionated (which we both are, a lot), and have things seen your way. It wasn't unitl the teacher, did the same thing I suggested, and one took the turn, while the other side had to raise their hand if they have a counter for it after they are done. So yes, we can solve this IC. Is possible. The question from me is, are you saying that the water clones can attack first, or that they provided the first hit?
OOC: *shrinks from Pyro and hides under a rock* And to be honest, that's the most unfathomable decision you have made so far, Repliku. While the first debate of, the novel thing, was calm and we agreed that we weren't understanding each other, you're going to let one (because this, I think, is the first time it ended this way) simple argument, in a forum, in a RP, that shouldn't have escalated the way it did, and that we are both sorry for, make you leave? Ridiculous :/. That shouldn't stop anyone. Obviously, there are times when we all get too high of ourselves, it's bound to happen sometimes, but to simply quit for this reason, is just not worth it. This could easily be forgotten and glossed over, just like a argument between a wife and a husband is (don't get me wrong xD), and everything will be alright once things calmed down. Hell, I don't even care anymore what the hell we were talking about before, and whatever anger or annoyance I felt from it, left after a good rest. Is a message board. Is nothing to take so seriously, to the point where you are leaving people who want you here (including me), and don't want you to go, and a prosecutor that the court actually needs. Pika_Power and Xelax are the reckless and fired ones, while we remain levle-headed and disccus evidence, and go to a decision that is fair. No offense ^^;, but Pika_Power will definitely need your help (with me and ICSP in there), and I don't know who can we find who's better and make good arguments on the prosecution's side. That, and I already hinted at the fact that I would prefer things likes this to be argued IC. I can't force you to change your decision, but you're going to let meaningless squabbles that we can forget a hour or 30 minutes later drive you away? You can take a break if you think you need a breath of fresh air from this, but as I said, quitting is not worth it. Think about it. If I don't let this get to me, so can you, and we can all move on as if it never happened soon (just like other arguments before that I don't even remember about).
OOC: I'm not saying we should see it my way, I'm just pointing out there are other possible ways that Sora had reason to fight. And another reason why the time limit cannot be counted. Is not that the story gets mangled, and I don't think it goes against it, it just doesn't have to be "they attack first". Because, they really didn't. You're talking about something in-game, that shows is truly happening, to something that's outside of it that only players can see. is not that I'm not trying to work things out, is just that there's a difference between the two. I can see his case, ICSP, yet it also doesn't appear the compromise is right. I was going to suggest of Sora being trapped better, as it doesn't go in any side, and it still shows that he has to get rid of them, and was forced to, but I guess I said it in the wrongest ways. And I really apologize for the rudeness I presented, but the only reason I said "chill" was that your post, or rather, when you answered the Olympus Stone, you seemed angry or frustrated. One or something negative, like condescending. I guess "chill" wasn't the right word to use (or slang), but I definitely felt that it was getting personal there, so it kind of started something with me. I suppose I misintepreted your intention or something, and I should've not be so reckless myself. Maybe I was heated up. I'm sorry... I'm guessing this should've been better to discuss IC when the time is right, because at least, we know is not the real person talking OOC :/.
OOC: You don't know what Sora was thinking or why he thought to stay either. It could've been anything. Just because you think that he wouldn't have stayed otherwise without a reason to attack because they didn't attack first, doesn't mean you can't accept the facts as they are, and that there could've been other options in his mind, or reason. You can't decide on something you're not sure of or haven't seen just because you don't agree with it. At least the time limit does not count because it was outside of the actual reality for the players to see, and it was not Demyx's own doing as well. He didn't have that power to make time, nor can he say, "Oh, look up there, Sora! See that clock thing above you? You have to defeat them before you get KOd". For the water clones, you can see the transition of the cutscene drift to the battle play on Sora's view for you to know that the water clones are there. Because of that, we know that the cutscene swerved into the battle, to prove that it's like a continuation before the player takes over. Is not just game mechanics, is what happened. *shrug* You can see the video yourself and check what I mean. Demyx, a Organization member, the group that are attacking Sora, summoned his sitar (where Sora summoned his Keyblade as well after, so he saw he had to defend himself), obviously to provide a challenge, and threw water clones at him. They kept following and trailing after him, while they didn't hit, they would not leave him alone. You can watch, everytime he walked, they were in the way. It was obvious that he had to get rid of them or have water clones for the rest of the time in Olympus Coliseum on his tracks. Is not like he had a choice. Either that, or whack Demyx for them to stop. This is the actual truth. You can say that he was trapped that way or something. It doesn't matter if they attacked first or not, they were still a threat. I'm sorry, but I think that is not a reasonable compromise :/. What I'm saying is in the game at least, yet you want to say that they attacked him first when it shows otherwise, and putting it in anyway because you can't find another reason that fits more to the liking except that they hit him first. You don't know what Sora's reasons were, is never shown. We should leave it like that. I didn't say that what I presented was also true, just examples of what it could've been. I honestly don't see the fair compromise here. Do you think the charge will change or something? Chill. I only questioned on why, since, you know, they are Gods and omnipotent beings with power over human kind. If that stone was in some guard, they let someone take it? That's all. Oh, okay. I remember that this was a topic, where you were thinking of having everyone under oath or something or not. I was lost a little bit. Alright.
OOC: But didn't Sora armed himself while Demyx was getting ready, even before summoning the water clones? So he must have at least perceived it as a threat of some kind from Demyx took out hsi sitar, which explains most of the reason of why he could've thought that it was a danger to himself. So in his mind, he had to face it. Especially from past experiences of Organization members along with it. The point is, Demyx threw this at him without no explanation of what they are capable of, and he couldn't sit there and wait to find out. Is not wise. After all, while the water clones didn't attack until they were attacked, they still can give damage. So, while they didn't do anything wihout being provoked, they aren't so innocent once they strike back (and who controls them? Demyx did use aggression, just not as high unlike the second). If a person who belongs to a group that is against you summons water creatures, who dance and follow you around constantly, wouldn't you feel the need to hit instead of wait until they pulled something? (and you know, they could've, if Demyx controlled them any other way) Never leaving you alone? And Demyx must've summoned them to him for a reason as well. With all these factors, I don't think it makes so much less sense as you make it out to be, honestly. There was still the air of a hazard around them. The barrier wouldn't be a viable reason for Sora not to turn back either, because there's no prove that some type of blockage was there for him not to turn back around, or even go pass Demyx, before the second battle. Once the fight started, he obviously couldn't leave it, especially as they both went at it. And of course, the barrier placed by the game was conveniently put there for the player. It wouldn't make much sense for one to leave a boss battle. That's why it isn't accountable to Demyx, because he had nothing to do with it by that point. Sora can't just sense the game play when it doesn't really exist in that form of reality, so it would've been a better move just not to hint at it at all. It just doesn't fit. Is not fair to mold the game play into the testimony when it doesn't play a part in the actual universe and scene (and to have senses of it either). Janexna shook her head at Mr. Power's questioning. He was simply questioning about Nobody's emotions, when the question of that was complex in the first place. And the perjury? No one was under oath. And she didn't even know what perjury he presented when that was exactly what happened, wasn't it? He was just ignoring the novel presentation, and calling it a lie, when it really wasn't. Whatever. She didn't know what else to think, and just hoped that Demyx answers truthfully. Sora never mentioned anything about a time limit at all, and Mr. Power was twisting his words to confuse the kid.
OOC: Yep. Haven't you been reading? Lol xP.
OOC: Fire, is not like I'm using Saïx xD. For a long while :/. Though if Rise takes it, that can work too.
OOC: Saïx possibly wasn't the only one, but the point still stands that they were seenutilizing by themselves, meaning they are capable of it. Demyx didn't do no such thing. And if the Olympus Stone is guarded by Gods...how in the world did Demyx manage to do that? xD They just look at it being taken? >.> The thing is, Repliku, the mechanics of the water clones does not really stick, mostly because it's obvious that Demyx controls them and is using them, and Sora in the game, since Demyx summoned them to do something obviously, has reason enough to attack them despite that they don't until provoked. While Demyx didn't say that there was a time limit or that a time limit was put into it, he also didn't say that they won't do anything either if he doesn't touch them. He says nothing. And Sora also wasn't aware what would happen in the end if he doesn't defeat them, so is either find out, or do something, cause you are being challenged. By that alone, it would make Sora put in and defend himself, if he has any battle smarts. It might've not been Demyx's intentions but Sora had no way of knowing either. Remember, we make up the minds of these characters we play here, so is not like we know what they think at that exact time, the game doesn't tell us, so we have to make up for it. So, no, don't try to take that off. There's no good liable reason for it. The problem with the time limit, is that it doesn't come from Demyx's own power or within it, so if he doesnt have it, it's game mechanics the most that's making it and playing a hand here. At least the water clones were real, both Sora and Demyx were aware of it and saw them, in the battle and in the game, yet the time limit is outside, only for the player to see. Even without the time limit, the whole battle wouldn't change, except that the player can take his or her time slowly without anything hard. I mean, that would be extremely easy. See what I'm saying? Take the time limit away, and it doesn't make a difference, Sora would still have to defeat them if in battle (in some way, one or another). It doesn't really count here. And I truthfully don't think it should. Is the same with the barriers, which also shouldn't be added. Obviously, when Sora is attacked and gets into battle when somebody tries to hurt him or his friends are in trouble (Sephiroth, Xaldin, Saïx, etc.), he's not going to be like, "Oh, snapz! Scram! *hauls @ss*". Sora, in the game, defeats the actual fights he's in, that's why the game does not move forward unless you get through the obstacle. The only time it was different was back when you fight Leon the first time, that there can be cutscenes whether you lose or win to him depending. It doesn't happen that way for the rest at all. That's why, when is game over, Sora doesn't get killed in the actual game world, or else, KH2 would have ended >.<. The best that game over means to the player is that you lost, fainted, got KOd , and you need to do it again until you win. Because Sora wins, and that's why the next custcene they show them fading. And if the Org. member doesn't die there, then when does he/her die? There's no other battle for it. Is also the same way that Sephiroth wouldn't summon a barrier to keep Sora in, when he could slash the kid, send him flying, and make him fall off the cliff they were in and win (not to mention, kill him). I don't think gameplay or game mechanics liek that should really count (and I mean those with the time limits, barriers, things to make the player only find things harder), unless there's prove in-game that the bosses could do it. Deal? This is not Demyx's fault. A good example is Luxord, because as his power is Time, is blatant that he would give Sora time limits to do things and does it in different creative ways (Nomura really dwindled the power of time here D<, Luxord could've gone back to, like BBS). Is the same with how Luxord makes Sora's friends disappear as cards twist around them (and that cutscene travels into the game play, because Luxord did do it, and that's why they are not seen). While the others, like Saïx and Xaldin, or whoever else, actually do forbid Sora to go out intentionally by creating one themselves. We witness it in the cutscene, and we see they have the power to do so. These characters don't know they are in a game where people in another universe can control them xP, that has to be kept in mind. I think is the best way to deal with this. If they are seen doing it, it can be used as argument, because they know they are responsible. If not, then is just the gameplay outside of that world, and shouldn't be used. There are too many flaws otherwise.
Janexna nodded, and she sat down, quite satisfied. "Thanks, Demyx. You did quite well, and we're really done. So, unless the prosecution has something to say, let's get this moving on." With another smile (he was so cute, damn it!), she took a new sip of water as she poured it in the glass, and simply waited to for it to continue. This was much more simpler than Sora's testimony, and she was glad that it was, since she got a bit tired out protecting her partner before. OOC: Also, speaking of which, we need to clear something up before we run this. First, the time limit. This is not Demyx's doing, obviously, and since Sora hinted at it (or rather, sensed it), it shouldn't have really been mentioned as it complicates things (the outcome wouldn't change, as he was still by instinct, thought to hit them). Demyx doesn't have the power of time. Nor did he say anything in the scene or anywhere else about instructions. And neither did Sora. Unless you can prove the gameplay affects the actual reality of the game itself, it should be dropped. I'm only saying this in case it comes up once more. That was only added to make it harder for the player. Is the same with the barrier. Mind you, I only asked because inevitably Pikachu therewas going to, our argue it, but everyone knows is also part of the gameplay. Every boss battle has this, is not part of their actual power. Is the same with others...and Sephiroth, as good example. It prevents the player from flying Sora off the cliff and down the pits below to die when the One Winged Angel swings (why the hell would he protect the kid?). What I'm really tyring to get at , is if gameplays are going to count or be added? (that shouldn't be, unless it pertains to the the abilities presented by the boss) Because, honestly, this isn't the first time the subject came up. The one that can happen in the actual game is Luxord, Time, durf >.>, and Saïx was the only one seen making a barrier to block Sora's friends out and preventing escape. Then Axel's firewall at times when he does it. And Xemnas's jumping to another vortex, locking them both in.
OOC: Four, actually >.<. The forgotten Saïx.Yet, if you want me to play Zexion for you for the while to give you something to do, I will. Tifa laughed at his Axel comment, digging around for her own bathing suit in another drawer as she listened to him, already having chosen what to wear. Perfect. The tension was going away. "I told you, didn't I? It was the reason he abandoned it in the first place and never wore it once. It's either black, red, or green. I think you'll ike Axel. He's like Reno...and I mean, like Reno, even in appearance, but he's also a bit different. He's not as lazy or messy. And for some reason, I think you two think the same..." Grabbing her dark purple bikini, which wasn't too revealing, but just good enough, since there was another guy coming, she closed the drawer, and turned around to him. Starting to walk her way, she shrugged at his question as she stopped in front of him. "I have nothing embarrassing out, so you can go in. It depends on what you want, Cloud. I'll stay in whichever, not much of a difference..." Tilting her head in though, she then went to say, "If you want, I'll take the bathroom then."
