you should re-read the post. i have not said that its unjustified if the woman is raped. A fetus is still a living human being in the womb, its alive. If you kill it, it's murder. Because killing it is wrong unless someone unnecessary will die. I.e. the mother. Using a condom prevents the fertilization, so no living fetus will ever be created. Abortion kills the baby that actually was living. Big difference. I'd like to say that not once have I said it wasn't murder. And we do not have an "overpopulation problem". If we never aborted any children, we would have a good 50-85 million more people in the US alone. The US is under-populated. Because even though illeagal, an incest baby (unless from rape) goes under the category of a male and female engaging in sexual intercourse to create a human life. If the situation came up that she would die, by all means save her and kill the child instead of losing both of them. I don't have a great argument for this one, but if they did this sick, illeagal thing, and she got pregnant from it (in the event that she will not die, and it wasn't rape), then she should be forced to have the baby. It would be just like if it wasn't incest, without leagal problems.

I believe abortion is horribly wrong in the sense that it's murder of a human generation. (The child could go on to have kids that will have kids, etc.) If you "do it" and get pregnant by accident, suck it up and have the baby. If you won't love it, then yes, adoption will put the child in the correct place. There is no need to kill the child. In the case of rape, I agree with what Jet.User said. In case of being fatal, yes, it could be justified. Why lose the baby AND the mother? If one can live with one decision, make that decision. In case of incest, they did it anyway. It's their fault. Like I said before, suck it up and have the baby. You got pregnant.

if it invloves the use of the internet servers of sony, which is theirs, its wrong. Let's say games were being Pirated as an example. from other consloles as emulators. Those people just stole a game that wasnt made by sony, under sony's watch. now sony is in trouble. You wanna hack the console, fine. go ahead. If it touches the servers of anything sony online, then you're messing with THEIR property. THEIR servers. THAT costs money to keep clean. YOU would be a problem. It's fine to keep your hacks to yourself. its not fine to hack what you didn't pay for, and dont own. tl;dr Hack offline or its virtualy illeagal.

They made the cosnole, you bought it. You play on their servers online, you play by their rules. It's worse on xbox because you pay for live. I modded my gamerscore and they reset me, made my gamerzone "cheater", and i lost ALL of the gamerscore i earned for real. On top of that, I can no longer get gamerscore for those achievements. All because i hacked it. This isn't too relevant to your "PS3 is nothing w/o hacks" problem. But this is. If you managed to hack into your school's grades online, and magically hacked your grades to 100s or As to get the most out of the education that you paid for, and get busted, you get bricked IRL. It's fine. It's fair. Deal with it.
