A lot of what happens in the Heroes of Olympus series will be insanely difficult to understand without reading Percy Jackson though. What, Circe's Island? Who's this Grover guy and why is he hanging out with Rachel? Why was Percy upset when Hagno mentioned seeing Pan again? Who is Calypso and how is she connected to Percy and what is this thing that she can't leave the island?

I always do first playthrough sans walkthrough, on any game. Second playthrough has a walkthrough so I can get everything.

Clearly, you need some Canadians on staff. After that gold and whatnot.

    Hint: I'm a Canadian.

No, I'm good without. It's an expensive habit I'm not interested in nursing. I'd rather save the money for video games, books, and food. Plus, I don't like the smell.

I heard somewhere that 26 is your prime. At 26 years old, your body is at it's best and it's all downhill from there. It kind of makes sense. Back in the way-back-whens, when people died around 60, 26 was half of your life. At 50 you were a senior, at 65 you were ancient.

As for personal experience, my brother and I are much stronger than my mom and dad. Dad can lift more, but not for as long and Mom can't lift as much for any amount of time. Dad has worn out his shoulder sockets from years of carpentry and lost one of his discs due to infection. Mom is immuno-deficient and got sick with pneumonia a few years ago. She lost about 15 pounds of weight and never got it back (she's at 82 pounds right now. Healthy is 95 for her). I think that as you age, your body starts accumulating wear and tear as you go. So @Amaury, maybe your mom gets tired quicker because her muscles and bones are worn out, so it takes more energy to move them than it does for younger people with shiny new parts. Similar I guess to how an older engine won't run as efficiently as a new one, if we want to speak in car terms I guess.

If it was NBC prompting her or writing her script, then yeah, waaaay too far. But if it was just her, then she probably wasn't thinking at all or maybe she can't read the mood. Seriously though, when a man starts crying on national television and it's your fault, just cut the footage. Don't linger for 45 seconds, don't ask more questions.

Oh well. If it ever gets explained, I'll be happy. If not, well, at least I have something to complain about besides the weather.

I was just wondering if we were going to have the Queen of Hearts Tea Party this year. The thread is normally posted by now.

I was allowed to be at home alone at 12. I could even make my own grilled cheese sandwiches. I was also allowed to go to the store for a slurpee when I was 8.

Yeah, but even he barely got away with it.

It was a four second conversation with barely any relevance to the plot. I guess people didn't notice it.

That one was never explained and it bugs the crap out of me. Was he saving it up from the time she gave up her regenerations for him? How does that even work?
