You must configurate them properly in order to get ePSXe to work. And because graphics plugins have more options than the other plugins, try a few combinations and the program will should work...

Use another cd/dvd plugin. http://www.pbernert.com/cdrpeops104.zip Extract the archive in the plugins directory of epsxe, and then select it from the options menu. Make sure to configurate it correctly. I think it'll work. AND SOMEBODY MOVE THIS TO THE TECH & TECH SUPPORT SECTION.
