Posted. I was gonna do more, but I wanted to really get this show on the road.
~Savannah; Team Gurren vs. The Spiral King's Army~ Guame's laugh echoed from Dai-Gundo as Gurren Lagann failed it even scratching it's surface. "What's wrong? Can't pierce Dai-Gundo's shell with your drills?" The top of Dai-Gundo opened, and out jumped Guame's Gunman, Gember. "Perhaps it's time I showed you two why I am the Spiral King's first General!" Guame said from inside Gember, which was standing atop Dai-Gundo. He held his arms outward, were several large openings were revealed. From these openings, a spike emerged. "Cytomander, move!" The spikes finished loading. "Gember Hailstorm!" As he called the attack's name, the spikes fired out from Gember's arms and towards Gurren Lagann. As they flew toward Kamina and Simon, Gember slid down Dai-Gundo, preparing itself to attack Gurren Lagann if the Hailstorm attack landed. Genome watched in awe as Guy's mech appeared from nowhere. It was bigger than Gurren Lagann! Why does everyone have a giant mech but Genome? "Looks like luck isn't on your side today, Spiral King. Bring as many as you want, but Team Gurren's still gonna kick your ass back to Teppelin!" Zen yet again jumped into the air, green flames keeping it up there. Drill erected from Zen's hands and forehead. "You're finished, Lordgenome." -Minutes before- Meanwhile, Sonic and Viral were still fighting...But Viral was starting to get the upper hand. Sonic had been hit a couple of times due to well-timed strikes from Viral. "Heh, what's wrong, Hedgehog? Running out of steam-" It was then that Kamina punched him over. "Damn you..." Immediately after, Adiane and Cytomander arrived in their Dai-Gunmen. "You're finished now, you naked apes. You're powerless against ALL...Or, well, MOST of the Spiral King's generals!" Sonic had taken a bit of a beating from Viral, but kept him composure, all while still holding on to Stern's crystal...Which seemed to have started glowing somewhat. Tails approached Sonic from behind. "Sonic, I'm here to help-" "Tails...Take the other versions of us and get somewhere safe. You're gonna get hurt here." "But, Sonic, I-" "I said go, Tails!" Tails hesitantly nodded before going to go get himself and the classic versions of himself and Sonic to safety. He turned back to Viral, only to see Enkidu's foot mere inches above him. Time seemed to slow down for a moment. "Stern...I sure hope this crystal of yours works..." The crystal grew incredibly cold and began to glow, but alas Sonic was seemingly crushed by Enkidu's giant foot. "That will teach you to betray your Beastman heritage, fool!"
