Donald is slot 2 and Goofy is slot 3 and then the bosses who replaces them, just use the correct slot ^^

"Time manipulation" is what I call control over time. That is true that he has been a minor org. character but at least he died third to last which could suggest a higher importance than revealed.
That's true however at least he's related to time, and I hardly think that Nomura would make two characters who have the power over time.

Perhaps his powers are limited and it takes alot of time to charge such a long journey through time, and also I don't think he's MF but that he helped him travel through time...
The weapon attachment point mod is only one line long, so it isn't that big ^^'
Perhaps he wanted to become a nobody? Nobodys dosen't age, correct? Perhaps he wanted to live forever, gambling ^^ Also I think he dosen't want to fast-forward time since that makes his game not so fun anymore ^^
