Do what you can to support her, but treat her mostly like normal, because she wouldn't want to think about all this. I wish her good luck, and good on you for being a supportive friend. Make some memories so you can remember her as a happy person. I really hope she improves, or at least doesn't get worse, but if there's still time, there's hope.

In the twenty-first century, nobody needs or wants a dress code. Some public schools around here let people get away with not always wearing the uniform, but my school this year and my new one next year don't even allow denim. On a news feature uniforms were described as a way to prepare us for business and uniforms in later life. Seriously, we don't need training to wear clothes... I'm sick of uniforms, and since everything is grey except a white shirt at my new school for year 11 I'm even more against them.
