I was actually thinking about this, and I think either the haircut will happen with a scene shown in the credits (kinda like how the KH1, KH2, and BBS credits showed what happened with the Disney characters in the game), or they may rewrite the scenario to where the haircut won't happen.
The Famitsu interview with Kingdom Hearts series director, Tetsuya Nomura, which was mentioned recently, has been fully translated courtesy of KHInsider's Zephyr. The interview can be read below, where Nomura mentions working with Disney creators, evolving elements from KH2 and KH3D for use in Kingdom Hearts III, and hinting of a secret movie being included:

What he actually said was that they can't comment on what would and wouldn't be in the game. He never said it wouldn't be in the game. The closest he was to saying a property wouldn't be in the game was regarding Star Wars, saying how trying to get the rights to it were complicated.[DOUBLEPOST=1435101416][/DOUBLEPOST]And since we're doing speculation, I think I'll list some worlds I believe won't be in KH3: -Star Wars The storyline spans decades of events happening across so many different worlds (and is still expanding). And as mentioned, getting rights to use the property in Kingdom Hearts is a bit complicated. At best, MAYBE a secret boss, summon, weapon, or easter egg, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. -Marvel The characters have gone through so many iterations over the years. Even if they decided to stick to one iteration (ex. the MCU), like Star Wars, it's still too big to fit into just one world. And just like Star Wars, getting rights to them could be complicated, so best case scenario... secret boss, summon, weapon, or easter egg. And again, I wouldn't get my hopes up. -Atlantica Was voted as least favorite world by fans in a survey (with Nomura agreeing). Now while the world won't appear, this doesn't rule out characters from it appearing in the game (ex. Ursula in KH3D). -Deep Jungle Legal reasons have prevented the use of the Tarzan world beyond KH1. Don't expect it to return anytime soon (especially with Nomura having tried to include a Jungle Book world for so long). -Atlantis: The Lost Empire The 2000s have generally been a dark time for Disney Animation Studious (mostly the first half). The Disney Renaissance had come to an end. Less people were going to the theaters to watch traditionally animated movies. Atlantis was one of the movies negatively affected by this. With a budget of $120 million dollar, the movie only made $186.1 million dollars. Movies typically need to make at the minimum twice as much as the budget in order to be considered a success. So while I wouldn't call Atlantis a box office bomb, it wasn't exactly a success either. While it is true that properties included in the series weren't initially successes (ex. Fantasia, Pinocchio), the difference is that as they aged, they became popular, achieving "classic" status. 14 years isn't enough time to make Atlantis popular, because outside online forums, I don't see Atlantis on the same level of popularity as more recognizable Disney properties. -The Emperor's New Groove Same reason as Atlantis (and writing this hurts me because I really really love The Emperor's New Groove). Budget of $100 million, the movie made $169.3 million. And just like Atlantis, not a bomb, but not really a success either. Needs more time before it reaches "recognizable Disney property" status. -Treasure Planet Ah, Treasure Planet... the one movie people request that makes me shake my head. Sure, Atlantis and Emperor weren't successes, but at least they weren't bombs. Treasure Planet, however, with a budget of $140 million (not including marketing costs), only made $109.6 million, and was hence, a bomb. In fact, Disney was so disappointed with its performance, it cancelled a sequel for the movie, while Atlantis and Emperor, despite their performance, at least got direct-to-DVD sequels (and a show in Emperor's case). Out of all the movies released by Disney Animation Studious in the 2000s, Treasure Planet is the one that needs the longest amount of time to achieve "recognizable Disney property" status. So, I wouldn't expect it appearing in the series until Kingdom Hearts 6 (and that's being generous).
That there is what's keeping me from sending a very angry letter to Nomura being too bummed about it. If they can do to Olympus Coliseum what they did to Traverse Town in KH3D, I'll not mind it too much.
Honestly, whenever I see that flag, I feel a sense of uneasiness inside me. To me, that flag reminds me of everything I found wrong with the arguments the South made for seceding from the Union more than a century ago. I actually am shocked to see that people still proudly display them to this day. On the other hand, as much as I hate to admit it, people do have the right to display them if they want. As cliched as it sounds, rights like these were what the United States were founded on. But if we're talking about places such as government buildings, then I think that flag has no place there.

Please, pleeeease don't make what ever other returning world or two be Agrabah or Wonderland. I'm still a bit disappointed that Olympus will return for the millionth time already...
My thoughts are basically this: the guy is a sick freak. Reading through it it's clear he has a phobia of different kinds of people (Blacks, Hispanics, Jews... I'm actually really surprised he didn't mention my people). He actually thinks being a patriotic American means only protecting White people. Really? What ever happened to "All men are created equal?" As far as I'm concerned, given the horrific thing he did, I'd label him a terrorist.

One, Norway, which Arendelle is a part of, doesn't actually have a Ministry of Magic. Not since World War II ended. As a matter of fact, less and less countries have a Ministry of Magic nowadays. For example, Japan hasn't had one in over a century. As for Europe, I believe the only ones that still do have a Ministry of Magic are Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Romania. But the second reason, however, is the simple fact that Elsa is not considered a witch. She has powers, yes. But legally speaking, she would be labelled as a Conduit with cryogenic powers. Magic refers to spells and enchantments. Witches and wizards such as yourself are the only ones who are able to practice magic. But anyway, I do agree that forcefully concealing one's powers, whatever they may be, can potentially lead to negative effects. I can't comment on her family's wisdom to force Elsa on concealing her cryogenic powers, but who knows what would've happened if some power of hers she has been forcefully hiding for so many years suddenly comes out. The dangers could've been minimal, or drastic. No one knows. Either way, the purpose of your trial is to ask the question... 'Should you be punished for hiding information on Elsa's whereabouts?'" There are two points that need to be made clear to the court to prove that you are innocent. One, we need to focus on the point that Elsa seemed to have lost control of her powers at the moment she ran away. Powers that, when apparently she last used, hurt her own sister. Second point, is that you were able to place Elsa in a safe and isolated environment where she can learn to control her powers, in which case she wouldn't be a danger to others." In Re:CoM HD, there have been times when the game freezes during gameplay in Halloween Town (I believe while playing as Riku). Can't remember if this existed in the PS2 version of Re:CoM as well... And if we're mentioning gripes... -Ansem's model in Re:CoM HD is the old one, not the updated one from KHFM HD. -They really should've used the updated BGM from KHFM HD for the returning worlds in Re:CoM HD. What's funny is that those remastered themes were used for the 358/2 Days movie instead.

Glad to hear the possibility of Drive forms returning. Wonder if they'll be entirely new or a mix of old (from KH2) and new.
Personally, I'd much rather they keep asking for a Frozen world than a Star Wars world.
