I didn't understand if you want to do that while you're running windows 7, or before you install them, and running for example Vista or XP. If you're running Vista, XP and older versions then the first program I gave you works fine.

Yeah. I was always alone, ignored. Nobody cared about me. When I broke my head in car accident, the car that hit me left and all the passers-by just kept walking and some even stepped on me. Even my parents didn't come to take me to the hospital. I had to go alone there and wait 5 days before someone asked me, "Hey, what's up? What's wrong with you?" And then I did a surgery but the doctors then forgot to put stiches where my head was cut. Yeah, I was ignored.
