oh yeah, i know a couple, there's Elfen Lied for a good anime, and Love Hina (hilarious manga) which is both anime and a manga... though i'm not sure for Elfen Lied, i've only watched the Anime... >_> edit- oh yeah! *has read FireNanaki's comment* .Hack//Sign (my friend has told me) is a really good anime too ^_^
