It's hard as hell. It's basically RE-hacking a code from one region to another. You need PS2DIS, A dump for BOTH regions of the game, and skill at doing it. You CAN use THIS, but it only works 50% of the time. These are the OFFSETS for the 50% porter: PAL to NTSC =500 PAL to FM+ = 1A114 NTSC to PAL = FFFFFB00 NTSC to FM+ = 19894 FM+ to NTSC = FFFE676C FM+ to PAL = FFFE5EEC
