GROUP B Their negotiation tactics were puzzling to say the least. They seemed friendly, but their instance on attacking was only making him more and more unsure as to if he could side with them. His conversation with the man in the iron mask told him that once he 'took care of them,' he would give him all the answers he needed. But what if that man was the one in the wrong. These could be innocent youths he was threatening, but awakening from a twenty year long rest was not the best state of mind for him to be rationalizing. In his mind, all he saw was an opportunity to undo the monstrosity that he had become. "I'm sorry..." he said. "But if I deny this chance now, i might as well go right back to that coffin." ~MISSION START!~ ------------------------------------------ Merlin nodded to them all. "Well it seems we are all in agreement, off to Madame Mi-" "Hey! What about me!" Gilgamesh interrupted. "You're not gonna send me back into the void right? I mean, you don't know what it's like to be trapped somewhere that has no real feel to it... Everyday feels like a fight for your life in that place, and I still need to get that blade! You gotta let me stay until I pull it out. And if not me, then I'll fight the person who pulls it out until I earn it. My only request Master mizu. If Rin was here, she-" "Don't you talk about her!" she barked angrily. Gilgamesh held his tongue. "Your strong. I get that. Now let me have my chance." Mizu looked at the muscular man with a mixture of empathy and pity. Sighing, she replied. "Fine, stay by the sword... I'll deal with you, when I get back." "Yes!" he exclaimed excitedly. "And just so I know you'll be good... BLIZZAGOLEM!" She raised her hands high above her head, forcing small flurries of snow to materialize and construct itself into two solid snow golems. Their entire body created from snow, with solid ice used for the limbs. Their eyes, being two deep holes, that changed shape for eyebrow effects. Currently, One looked angry, the other neutral. "These two will keep you company until we get back," Mizu commanded. "And Wart here will stay behind as well," the wizard pushed the boy into the company of Gilgamesh. "Aww, do I have to?" he questioned. "Lad, I can't have you going toe to toe against a pair of crazy witches... Heh, actually reminds me of the last magus wedding I attended." Once again, Merlin was off in his own mind. "I'm sure what Merlin means, is that he just wants to make sure yer safe!" Goofy added. "If you want, I can stay behind with yah?" Wart apprecieated his sympathy, but he just felt more and more like a burden if Goofy missed on his chance to prove himself to stay and watch him. "It's okay Goofy... you can go," he replied. "Then we're off!" Mizu claimed. ~MISSION START!~ ------------------------------------------
"No, no, no! Master Krowley knows how crucial using those belts are! He'd know better." Mizu argued. "Whoever that masked guy is, isn't the mentor I've come to know. It's true that I'm part of the order, but I'm not here for a princess. I actually came to to talk to Merlin here about this whole mess." She looked to Merlin. "Yeah, we're all looking for the princesses one at a time, but something else has been uncovered. Merlin, the sword of honor is gone..." Merlin's eyes widen. "So the witch you suspect here is..." "After Excalibur. Right. Before I journeyed here, I stopped by the Land of Dragons. Mulan was safe, but her sword had been stolen. That's what the emperor told me anyways." "Thank goodness he had been keeping an eye on things. Every world has it's keeper, and now that we know, we can keep a better tab on things," Merlin mentioned. "Whoa, whoa, whoa! Question! So the reason that masked lady is here is for... but then she... OH HO HO! Things just got a whole lot interesting!" Gilgamesh explained. The three spoke as if everyone already knew, but the group was still in the dark. "Gee uh, mind fillin' us in on that then?" Somethin' about swords and witches?" "Well, let's just put it this was Mr. Goof. Should this witch acquaintance of there's seize that sword, things could grow increasingly worse in a shorter amount of time!" "Right! And according to Gilgamesh, she's going to be visiting the witch of this world," Mizu pointed out Goofy smiled and nodded, still unaware of things. "And uhh, who would that be?" "Madame Mim," Merlin stated. "Doesn't matter the cause or crime. If there's a chance to spread some chaos, she'll do it. That old bag of magic will do anything for a laugh. She's mad you know?" "Madame Mim is... Mad?" Wart asked. "Quite so, dear boy, quite so." -------------------------------------------------------------- GROUP A "Well as pleased as I am to move, I'm afraid I can't," the wardrobe spoke. "Why not?" Krowley asked picking himself up. "Well, if the rest of the staff sent you, you'll know that tonight, the master has made very special plans for him and Belle. The kind lady is inside, changing into the ballgown he had prepared for an enchanted evening and I cannot let you pass until-" "It's alright Madame... I'm ready," she spoke from inside. "They can come in?" "Are yous sure you want to still go miss? I heard that you and he had a strong disagreement and-" "It's fine. The Beast can be very stubborn sometimes, but I know he has a good heart... He just has trouble showing it sometimes." Her mark was especially surprising to him. Her answer was sincere and without hate. You'd think a prisoner would feel more resentful, but she seemed like she was already his wife, excusing his poor attitude and amending his behavior. "They can come in if they want," she added. The wardrobe nodded accordingly, and hopped to the right to allow the group passage. Before any of them could open the doorknob, Belle opened the door, revealing herself in a beautiful arrangement of a ballgown, with her hair done up so lovely. "You're the ones from before, aren't you?" GROUP B --------------------------------------------------------------- Unsure if they were in agreement or not, Rapunzel stretched out her legs to make long sidesteps to the group speaking with one another. "Look, today is kinda the biggest day of my life. And I need-" she went to Flynn and pulled him to the group. "I need you not to get him arrested. Maximus huffed loudly. "Just for twenty four hours! And then, you can chase each other to your hearts content, you can find your princess, and you three can go off galavanting as you please, okay?" she spoke to all three groups of interest hoping to find some common ground to get things moving along before her mothers return. Maximus looked away in disagreement. It was absurd to him! He had his job and intended to see it through. "And it's also my birthday... Just so you know," she quickly added. Well damn, Maximus thought, sighing in submission. He trotted towards the theif, Flynn unsure what the horse would do. Lifting his hoof, Rider flinched thinking he would be gut punched, but he instead held it out like a hand to shake. Surprised, Flynn agreed and returned the gesture. Rapunzel smiled at the progress, before turning to the other four. "And you guys?" While her back was turned, Maximus got in a quick gut punch, laughing as Flynn held his stomach before falling to the floor in pain.

"A different time...Krowley?" Beuce suggested. Mizu's eyes lit up at the mention of the name. After Ananta's confirmation of it, she began to grow increasingly confused. But that's not possible, she thought to herself. Ananta also had difficulty recalling another traveler told to be from the future. "Blaze! His name was Blaze. And they talked out some weird belts that could mess with the time of worlds or whatever. Is that what you mean Mizu?" she said. They knew so much already? And here, she thought she was being extra careful with keeping the secrets, that other members were just blurting it out like it was nothing. "You're from the order, aren't you?" Beuce continued. Aaaand, there was the last bit. One of the few things she'd manage to keep hidden. She even messed up with not having an actual codename. A fitting end to a quick investigation. "Well that's just great! I take super special care of staying allof, and everyone else just does as they please. Lea, I get, but Master Krowley! He's the one that told us to keep it a secret in the first place. Now he's off in the world? What's up with that?!" Scorn, she made a very sad and immature pouting face. She continued to do so until a revelation came upon her. "Wait a second... Krowley doesn't have either of the belts! I call fraud!" ------------------------------------------------------------ GROUP A "Alright...next step, Krowley?" Base asked him. He felt awful for not even stopping to tend to his allies... In previous worlds, he did the same thing. Run off, and follow the events that transpired. But what about them? Were they just tag-alongs to him? Didn't he care enough to stop and see if they were doing okay? I guess move the wardrobe and see what's inside?" he questioned. He had wasted all that time running here, the least he could do was try and do a bit of investigating, despite his disposition. He stayed strong, and picked up his shoulders, unaware of how heavy this piece of furniture really was. Getting a good bend in his legs, he walked to the wide of the wardrobe, ready to push with his hands. With both firmly flattened and pressed, he gave a strong pushing motion forward, before the wardrobe made it's own push and jolted him back to the floor. "Well isn't that just plain rude! Didn't even bother to ask, the wardrobe spoke. Oh right, he remembered. Talking furniture. GROUP B The hulking figure looked to Kross. "I am from the castle. But not a beast." The creature husked out his words in a gruff, monstrous voice. Again, still relaxed, but brooding nevertheless. "A beast can be anything related to common nature. A beast is a natural or supernatural creation. I... I'm just an experiment gone wrong..." he sounded very sad in his short exposition. A creature with disdain over himself. "I was asleep in the castle for twenty years until he woke me up. The man in the black iron mask. He said there were those with keys that could lead me to Hojo... the man that did this to me..." He lowered his back, and returned to all fours, stalking the three in front of him now. "He told me their termination would give me salvation..." He revealed his large teeth at them to show his seriousness. "Your fate now depends on what you do next."

Goofy and Wart turned to Merlin in a small pause of irony. "If that old dog is in the knowledge of what's going on, I can safely trust his judgement. Never before have I met such a wizard devoted to the balance of the worlds. If he gives you his blessing, then I see no reason why I can't." He smiled before patting Beuce on the back. "Worlds have names now?" Gilgamesh questioned. Mizu turned to him angrily before chopping his left leg. "D'oww!!" He yelped, hopping on one foot, while grasping the other. "What the heck was that for!" "I told you to speak when spoken to!" she barked. "Don't go acting like your the boss of me! I'm-" Mizu lifted her chopping hand, causing Gilgamesh to flinch before he ceased his jumping. She turned back to the group. "You know about the princesses then?" Mizu began. Her look gave off a concerned glare. "But even this Yen Sid guy doesn't know everything... You would have needed a source from my time. Tell me, who sent you?" --------------------------------------------------------------------------- GROUP A "Krowley, what are you chasing?" Base huffed. He continued his dash around the corner in the ever eager attempt to not lose sight of Aux. "It's him! Aux! I know it is!" This was his small chance to finally convince his friend to return. It was a long shot, but any opportunity he had got him that much closer to resolving this whole mess. Now entering into the hall of armored suits, he ran across the empty husks of metal, feeling the soft shag of the red carpet as he ran along it. He followed the carpet all the way to the end of the hall, which turned out to be a dead end. There was nothing there but a door on the left side, which was currently barricaded by a tall, white wardrobe. "No..." he sighed, catching his breath. He hung his head at missing another chance to talk to him. The only way he could have evaded him was through a corridor of darkness, or the small chance that he resided in the room with the wardrobe blocking it. But a small part of him always felt like he would always be one step behind him. Fear that he wouldn't be listened to when it came to reason. He was too anxious on the matter and wanted to face it now. But why would he show up here? Is Belle a princess? he thought to himself. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Maximus took a step back, giving a quick up-and-down scan of Etrius. He was a royal horse that followed the captain of the guard. He had his orders and wouldn't be persuaded by some meddlesome boy with a fancy weapon. Instead, the white stallion gave a huff at him and looked back to Rider. Getting back on his feet, Flynn was almost re-assured, until his eyes met with the horse. "Uh-oh..." Maximus charged against the thief once again, but this time, would not be interrupted. Instead of a another chase, he dove straight for the legs, managing to get a chomp on the leather of one of his boots. Holding a tight grip, he dragged Flynn along the grass like a sack of potatoes. "AHHHH! No, no put me down. No, no!" In the midst of Rapunzel enjoying all the company, she quickly caught sight of the man being dragged off like dead preyto the predators cave. In her effort to rescue Flynn, she ran towards him and retained a firm grip on his wrists, pulling him while Maximus did so in the other direction. "Give me him!" she grunted, with the horse matching her determination. They each pulled with all her might, until Rider was released, by his foot popping out of the boot that Maximus was holding on to.Both sides fell back with Rider stumbling aside. Reprising, the horse looked back to Rider, still with boot in mouth, but was stopped by Rapunzel, who held her hands up high, trying to catch his attention. "Whoa! Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Easy boy, easy, calm down. Easy boy. Easy." He neighed relentlessly, but had his eyes oddly enough softened at the sight of the small chameleon Pascal on her head. "That's it," Rapunzel replied, unaware, Pascal was the one now in control. "Sit," she commanded. Maximus hesitated, but at the sigh of the chameleons directional order, he dropped his behind onto the ground. "Now drop the boot," she added. Maximus shook his head. "Drop itttt," she insisted. Without even a bother to argue, he plopped it out of his mouth onto the floor. "Oh, you are such a good boy. Yes you are!" she scratched the bottom of his chin, watching him react like a dog to the pleasant treatment. "You all tired, chasing the bad man all over the place?" Maximus nodded sadly, while she walked up to hug him. "Excuse me?" Flynn asked while retrieving his boot. "Nobody appreciates you, do they?" He shook his head. "Do they?" she asked again with more sympathy. Maximus had now warmed up to Rapunzel! "Come on, he's a bad horse!| Flynn argued. Macimus sprung his head in a quick motion at the rude comment. "Aw, he's nothing but a big sweetheart. Isn't that right, uhh..." She didn't know what to call him. "Excuse me?" she called to Kaida. "What's your horse's name?
