Fardel was overjoyed when Alisha came to them telling that the time that they would meet the emperor would be merely moments away! Fardel tried not to see too excited and walked slowly up the steps. "Well, that's good to hear. Let's get going then." Even though Fardel was trying not to act over excited, he wasn't going to sit there and wait for the others to start moving. After all, they sort of slowed him down anyway. Fardel entered the palace and then turned to Alisha.
Well, I know that 3.6 doesn't work with slims. It's alright though. I actually found out what was the problem. When I made my order, the description was that I would get two disks for Swap Magic 3.8, one of the disks would be DVD (What I need to start the game) and one would be CD (What I would need to start an imported soundtrack or something like that.) I just realized that they gave me two CD's! It's alright though I've sent the people who sold me it an e-mail. Hopefully they will give me a DVD swap magic for free. Seeing as how that's what I was supposed to get in the first place. LOL, but thanks for the help! I should have just edited the thread saying: "PROBLEM SOLVED!"
Okay, so I have Kingdom Hearts Final Mix (The first one not the second one) and I've also got a Swap Magic 3.8 and I'm having trouble getting the game to start. See, Before I was just using the Swap Magic and then putting in the game. But then I realized I had to get a flip top (I have a PS2 slim) So I got that as well... Now, Even though I'm using the flip top. No matter what I option I press I keep getting BSOD everytime I insert Kingdom Hearts final mix. Am I supposed to be using codes with the Swap Magic? Do I have to use those to get it to work? Or am I just not doing it right or I'm missing something?
AHAHAHAHAHA Oh man. Is this code supposed to be used on an emulator? Or am I not doing something right?
Fardel looked oddly at the newest person to join the group "Warning me? Where have you been, under a rock? Everyone knows that the dark seekers are all headed this way. It's only a matter of time before they get here and kill the emperor themselves. I would even go so far to say that our travels have only given us a small lead on them. They could be here any second. Why do you think the emperor got rid of his gaurds? On any other day, they'd be here."
Music "Possibly" said Fardel joining Michelo in speculation "However, if I were in the dark seekers position I would think that this would just make him an easier target." Fardel knew what the answer would be. Fardel also knew that the emperor must have been stronger than he anticipated. In all honesty, Fardel had never paid much attention to the government. When the troops entered his village he never thought they would do the innocents harm. And for a while they proved that theory. Now, Fardel only wished he had listened to the others who told of the troops evil and trechary. If only he had listened... Then his wife and child might be alive... Fardel then shifted his focus to the gates. No matter how tough the emperor was, Fardel knew he would do anything to bring the emperor to his knees!
Fardel was a little upset with this but tried not to show it. "We WILL get to meet the emperor afterwords of course. Am I correct in saying this?"
A newcomer also joined them. This group of theirs was getting more popular by the minute. The only real threat of having this many people around would be that Fardel would have to make sure none of them would be able to stop him when he would kill the emperor. "Greetings, friend. We are off to see the emperor. If you wish to join us, you may. But stay cautious. Things could start to get ugly with the threat of the dark seekers getting closer." Then they had finally made it to the palace. And after finally catching up with Alisha, could not help but marvel at the emperor's grand home. "Well? What are we waiting for? Let's go!" Said Fardel running up the steps heading for the doorway.
Fardel finally caught up to them and examined both of them before asking "Why did you stop?"
OOC: Dear god! How did I become a prenium member! I only had five hundred posts a couple days ago! BIC: Fardel caught up to them. He couldn't let her fall out of his sight. If he lost her, his chance in getting to the Emperor would be lost.
Fardel wasn't satisfied with the answer but took what he got. He tried to keep up with the girl but she was suprisingly faster than he had thought.
Fardel sprinted after her. He ran along side her while he talked "Excuse me, but I'd like to meet the emperor, do you think you could take me too him? If only for the reason of getting the honor of meeting him?"
Fardel was surprised by the fact that he would look so young. In fact, Fardel hardly believed it and felt like he was being joked around with. Suddenly a horse with a person atop it came thundering towards them and the horsemen began talking to the girl.
"No... no I wouldn't. How young does he appear to be?" asked Fardel having his question answered and now moving on to small talk.
Fardel was shocked and knew that he might be able to use this girl to get close to the emperor. But was that what he wanted to do? Fardel didn't know. He was unsure. Where would this murder of the emperor get him? Would it really make him feel better? Fardel might actually be doing the emperor a favor with the Dark Seeker's closing in... Fardel walked alongside the Soldier and the Hunter down the road to the capital. "Personal soldier of the emperor? How personal is that?" asked Fardel curious to see how close he would be able to get.
Fardel realized that the town was actually his home town... now truly everything in his past was gone. Erased. Out of mind and forever out of sight. Now, only one thing mattered. Getting justice. "My name is Fardel." He said to the girl. He had a feeling that they would be getting to know each other well over the walk to the city. This other man was interesting though. What was he doing out here? And what was he doing waiting for food when he could have gone to the city and bought food there?
"I'm sorry for the bad start. I am Fardel. A farmer and master swordsman of the village back there." Said Fardel... however he did not recall the enemy being so close when he left. "Where exactly is the enemy?"
Fardel realized he had spoken too soon. If anyone knew his plan they would try to stop him. "Uh... Yes, I am on official bussiness for the emperor. I was on my way to see him when I ran into you."
Fardel lowered his weapon a bit, but wasn't willing to take chances. Fardel also spoke out loud but to himself. "What am I doing? I'm wasting time. I have to get to the general and the emperor."
Fardel was about to ask her a question before he say Michelo pop up out of the bushes with his axe raised. Fardel quickly pushed the girl behind him and raised his blade in defense.
